Came here to get food for my family in the drive thru as that's the only option. My six year old son explains he needs to use the restroom very badly. My husband attempts to take him inside. He was REFUSED. They explained we could use the nearby Target. My son couldn't make it. He had to urinate in the parking lot in some grass near other shoppers and cars. I think this CFA strives to be the slowest CFA on planet earth. And in the spirit of the Olympics, if they could win a medal for the slowest restaurant, this one would win gold 10 times over. I was hoping it would be faster after they remodeled and got multiple lanes, but nope, it is always still so slow. This store was closed for months to renovate and when it opens it even worse. 30 min lines going out to the street for the drive thru and they always screw up the order. The mobile app mostly shows only available for delivery but you drive up and there's 100 cars in the drive thru. Maybe they need to open another store or something but I'm done. F off. read more

This is the most unorganized, unorganized, professional,nasty Chick-fil-a I've ever visited. There were several employees working the food but one person taking orders. The drive-through line was long, and the line nside was long as well. The employees were talking over each other, not paying attention and getting orders wrong. I observed one young man who wore a straw hat was using his bare hands to grab the fries. Then he would rub his face. NASTY!!!! I asked Sam, the cashier to ask the young man to use a napkin to grab my fries. The employee put on a glove but kept getting fries with the other hand with no glove. I would be interested to know how many cars get dinged up here. I had a car bump into my BMW once. The parking lot is so sequestered. You actually have to park a good distance away if you want to eat in. Someone messed up when it came to finding a location for this place (City Council?) The damage is done now I suppose, for future reference - wake up, this is a Chic-fil-A, you are going to need a much larger plot of land. I asked the guy taking my order if someone had an allergy to tomatoes if they would remove them and he said, "unfortunately No I would tell them the same thing" seriously every other location I've ever been to has accommodated this request. As a previous employee of another Chick-fil-a, this location is an absolute train wreck. Ryan Southers, the operator of this location, seriously has his work cut out for him. When you order, it seems like you have about a 1/10 chance of your order being correct. If you enjoy sauces with your meal, you can forget about it here. If you go through the drive through, you're probably not getting them. If you enjoy kind service, this isn't the place. People in other reviews complain about the "teenagers" being rude, but through my experience at this location, it is almost everyone. If you have a child and would like for them to play on the playground, do not bother. The playground looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. From food, to hand prints, to spills, you name it. It is DISGUSTING. From the overwhelming amount of bad reviews this location has, it seems Mr.Southers and his team have no intention on making this location better any time soon. read more

Very disappointed to write this but something has changed with the Gtown Chickfila service. Ordered delivery thru the Chickfila App (so that Chickfila would be responsible for the order.) The order shows up incomplete -- I call the store and speak to 'Denise the Manager' who advises me that Chickfila is not responsible and to call doordash. However, I am more than welcome to come to the store to get the food or a refund -- defeating the entire point of delivery. The Chickfila Corporate service line was no help -- there was a time when they would make things right but that time seems to have passed. read more

The teenagers at this particular location were very rude. I made my order very clear and then come to find out when I got home none of the sauces that I ordered with my wife and I's meal were in the bag. I had to go all the way back to this location to get them, and when I got there it took a solid 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged due to a group of teenagers simply just talking and playing around by the drive thru. When I was finally acknowledged I asked for my sauces and asked for a refund due to the fact that I had to drive all the way back for something that should've been right the first time. I got told that they were unable to do that due to the fact that I had already made it home and "could be making a fuss for no reason". For some reason, google won't allow reviews for this location so I'm leaving it here... This is, by far, the SLOWEST CFA I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. They do not have a way to get out of the line if you've been waiting for 17 minutes and realize you're now running late for work. The entire reason I even go to chick fil a in the mornings is because I can trust that they will be quick. Not this one. In Atlanta, no matter where I was, I could get in and out of a CFA drive through in under 5 minutes. This location needs to step its game up and provide the level of service that we've come to know and expect from this franchise. Not only is their dining room closed still, in May of 2022, but they've also had 2 years to get their drive thru line organized and still can't get it right. Employees were running through the parking lot telling people they were in the wrong line (line signs were not visible until farther up in the line) and making them move lines. Cars were backed up both ways into the street with passing cars blaring horns because CFA has a huge parking lot and dining room wasting away. I moved here two years ago and the food at this restaurant was good. In the last couple of months the food has and service have gotten awful. A couple of weeks ago, my order contained chicken nuggets although I ordered chicken strips. Today, both servings of my Mac and cheese had apparently been scraped from the bottom of the cooking container and contained burned scraps. The dish was also dry with grease on the bottom. I was notified that they were of of muffins for my breakfast sandwich at the window. The only option given was biscuit. I don't like biscuits. They crumble too much and get soggy. It was a bout a ten min wait for 6:31am to 6:41am on a Thursday morning. And they charged me for bacon when I did not order bacon. They gave me the bacon but I never asked for it. Chic-fil-A. One of my favorite, go-to fast food restaurants. I work close by and normally take my lunch daily. Fridge problems at home, so I'm without one until this evening. I couldn't bring my lunch, so I thought I'd pop over and get me some Chic-fil-A! Got back to work and opened my bag to this... a 1/2 container of waffle fries! Never a problem until today.
