    Side of grape tomatoes. Four for 76 cents....

    I usually have great experiences at this location....other than yesterday and today. Yes, I went two days in a row. Don't judge me. I'm really like the kale salad. Yesterday, I scanned my rewards app and then gave my order. When about to finalize my order, I realize he made a mistake. No problem. He takes the order, again, correctly. I'm guessing he started completely over, because I happened to check my account today, and my points aren't there. I go through to pick up my order, and happened to quickly check the bag and realize my dressing wasn't there. I'd already moved from the window, so I had to go in and get it. Third, upon checking my grilled nuggets at home, I realize that I was short by three. Today, I went through the drive through again. Scanned my rewards app. I asked for a side of grape tomatoes. I asked, twice, if she got my tomatoes. Both times, she said yes. Paid with my credit card. Something told me to check my order, while at the window. No tomatoes. I informed them. I was told that she didn't include them in my order and that I had to pay 76 cents. Cool. Luckily, I had some cash. I paid and they gave me a container WITH FOUR GRAPE TOMATOES. I kid you not. I uploaded a pic.

    Every now and then, I stop by Chick-fil-a for lunch or a snack. So today, I wanted sine good nuggets, so I stopped by the location in Addison on beltline Road. I ordered a side salad as well. It seemed hard for the person to comprehend. So I had to repeat the order. Although the drink I ordered was wrong , I kept it anyway. Got hone and tried to eat this order. It was the smallest nuggets I have ever seen! A little hard and old. The salad was really a very bad salad, with no greens, just stumps of hard romaine middle part. So, I have been to a lot of CF in Dallas and surrounding areas. But this is unreal. Thanks

    2019 Yelp 120 Challenge - #44 OMG! Who doesn't love Chick-fil-a and their deliciously seasoned chicken. Lately, I have been craving chick-fil-a because their food is always hot. You are greeted with a warm smile and my order is always correct. I've only been into this location once on a cold day to enjoy a yummy lunch date with my husband and the restaurant was spotless. I usually go through their drive-thru and it is alway fast. They have two ordering stations and I am always in and out in five minutes. I also love that now they have a Chick-fil-a app that allows you to scan before you paid to earn points. The apps gives out free samples/ rewards for you to try and with each dollar you spend you can earn 10 pts, 11pts or 12 pts. I highly suggest getting their app.

    Ice cream I paid more than I should

    I rarely go to chic fil a, however I like the soft serve ice cream, so I decided on Friday on my road trip to try them again even though I have had terrible experiences with them. This time it confirmed nothing has changed. I ordered sandwiches for 2 people, drinks and a soft serve ice cream. The sandwiches were basic with one pickle and the ice cream amount was literally not enough for a kid, far less for me. I requested a bit to be added to it and the lady said that was what they are required to give me. The customer service was and is trash. So much for it being their pleasure to serve me because she had nothing to say to an unsatisfied customer, I will never return. See attached image for the amount of ice cream provided. I found a replacement for the same ice cream and they give amounts that are for grown adults.

    I love the brand so much. The crew at this location did not hesitate to replace a Sprite for me. I am on a road trip and bought my lunch from another location, so I did not want to return to the store I just came from to correct the mistake. I know it's difficult to tell when the soda syrup needs to be changed for clear drinks like Sprite, so it's an easy miss. The crew here also asked for that location so they could call them and let them know to check their Sprite tap. That is why a 5 star review is appropriate. Exceptional teamwork should always be rewarded. Thank you again, y'all!

    Yesterday evening I placed an order from this location for delivery. When the Door Dash delivery person showed up without my drink, I called this location and tried to get this solved. The person who called himself the "shift lead" refused to do anything for me. Instead, he told me that I "have" to call Door Dash. Really? Door Dash made my order and sent this guy to me without my drink? Nope! It was the responsibility of this store to ensure that my entire order left with that delivery person. Calling Door Dash about this is like calling UPS to complain that someone didn't put all of my items into the shipping box. How is UPS responsible for that, and how is Door Dash responsible for this person leaving without my whole order? The shift lead didn't mention if the drink was left at the store. He didn't bother to do anything for me. It didn't occur to him to just ask me to come to the store to pickup the drink. Instead he hung up on me when I got angry. He hung up when I called back. He hung up on me several times! Who the hell is this person leading a team of other employees? He should not be in that position. He's setting a bad example to follow. He should be fired or demoted. I will never go back to this location. It's slightly closer to where I live, but I will go out of my way to visit the other location on Beltline in Addison. I have never had a bad experience with them. I contacted the franchise owner through LinkedIn. I hope he cares enough about customer service to contact me. Customers should never be told that they "have" to do something to solve their problem. Instead, we need to be told what we NEED to do. There's a difference. Being told that we "have" to do something is Chick-fil-A telling us that they don't give a damn about the problem and they want to push it onto us instead. I didn't create this problem so it is not mine to solve. This shift lead pissed off the WRONG customer. By the time I'm done with this, I hope he won't have a job. There are plenty of other restaurants who want my money.

    Really disappointed with this location. We've lived in this area for two years and have been loyal customers the entire time. We ordered through the app today and picked up our food, only to discover that my salad came with the wrong dressing. My boyfriend was kind enough to offer to go back to the store, where he had a terrible experience with the manager there. All he wanted wanted was one packet of the light balsamic vinaigrette to replace the lime ranch that we accidently got. Instead, the manager proceeded to interrogate him and acted like he was some sort of dressing thief. Why would he lie about a packet of ranch dressing?? I can literally go buy a whole bottle across the street for $1.50. I'm sure she was just stressed and having a bad day, I can't imagine how hard it is to work in food service right now, but give us a break lady. It's just fucking dressing.

This location specifically does a decent job handling orders (both dine-in and online). The cauliflower takes a bit longer, so expect to wait if you order it. The ambiance is nice - this location feels a lot more open and spacious than other ones. The tables are always clean and well-maintained. My go-to order is a cauliflower slider (Hot) with the cauliflower bites (Medium). I crave this constantly and can only hope it stays on the menu permanently this time! -1 star because one employee made a rude comment to me when I was trying to see if my online order was on the shelf (not touching anything, just looking at the receipts) and I was met with "Don't even think about it!" in a really condescending tone. We were in a rush and it was well past the completion ETA, I was just trying to see if our order was even ready. Obviously I wouldn't be touching anyone's bag. They would benefit more from a system like sweetgreen or CAVA where you can just grab your bag and go. It seems counterintuitive to have to wait in a line of people ordering just to get your online order.
