As with all Chick-fil-a restaurants, it makes sense to have the Chick-fil-a app downloaded to take advantage of mobile or carry out orders. Not only is it fast, but you can customize your items exactly as you want them, right down to the number of sauce packets. This location makes great use of the mobile lane and you can cycle through pretty quickly. Every time I've placed a mobile order from this location, it's always swift and fresh. The team is friendly and seems to be determined to stay focused on getting orders out fast and accurately. Oddly enough, even though this is the location closest to me, I've never dined in, so I don't know what it's like inside. As a mom of 4 I've been to many chick-fil-a's. My son worked really hard reading books for the summer reading challenge at the library. Proudly earning his kids meal from none other than CFA. He was determined to use it today so after a long day of swimming he dragged us all out to a new location. I didn't even read the reviews. Everything was great. Clean, big, lots of colorful flowers. The staff was so welcoming so polite. My son is on the spectrum and he ordered the food at the counter himself. The one gentleman working the counter was beyond kind. It was really special to watch. I usually have great experiences at this location....other than yesterday and today. Yes, I went two days in a row. Don't judge me. I'm really like the kale salad. Yesterday, I scanned my rewards app and then gave my order. When about to finalize my order, I realize he made a mistake. No problem. He takes the order, again, correctly. I'm guessing he started completely over, because I happened to check my account today, and my points aren't there. I go through to pick up my order, and happened to quickly check the bag and realize my dressing wasn't there. I'd already moved from the window, so I had to go in and get it. Third, upon checking my grilled nuggets at home, I realize that I was short by three. Today, I went through the drive through again. Scanned my rewards app. I asked for a side of grape tomatoes. I asked, twice, if she got my tomatoes. Both times, she said yes. Paid with my credit card. Something told me to check my order, while at the window. No tomatoes. I informed them. Every now and then, I stop by Chick-fil-a for lunch or a snack. So today, I wanted sine good nuggets, so I stopped by the location in Addison on beltline Road. I ordered a side salad as well. It seemed hard for the person to comprehend. So I had to repeat the order. Although the drink I ordered was wrong , I kept it anyway. Got hone and tried to eat this order. It was the smallest nuggets I have ever seen! A little hard and old. The salad was really a very bad salad, with no greens, just stumps of hard romaine middle part. The app no longer allows customization on milkshakes. In the past I was allowed to remove the whipped cream & cherry. Now, the only available options are to add chocolate or strawberry syrup. The reason I request the removal of whipped cream & cherry is due to safety issues. When not removed, the milkshake is left completely open to the elements of the driver. This means rain, leaves, nasty debris, etc. can easily get into the cup. Delivered ordered should ALL have a closed lid to prevent contamination. read more

2019 Yelp 120 Challenge - #44 OMG! Who doesn't love Chick-fil-a and their deliciously seasoned chicken. Lately, I have been craving chick-fil-a because their food is always hot. You are greeted with a warm smile and my order is always correct. I've only been into this location once on a cold day to enjoy a yummy lunch date with my husband and the restaurant was spotless. I usually go through their drive-thru and it is alway fast. They have two ordering stations and I am always in and out in five minutes. I also love that now they have a Chick-fil-a app that allows you to scan before you paid to earn points. The apps gives out free samples/ rewards for you to try and with each dollar you spend you can earn 10 pts, 11pts or 12 pts. I highly suggest getting their app. read more

This use to be a great Chick-fil-a..... Unfortunately, the past three times I've visited my order has been wrong... I find it easier to place my orders through the app to track them, and to get rewards and points. However, this doesn't seem to matter anymore.... The first time, I ordered a chick-fil-a sandwich and when I got home it had only 1 part of the bun..... So I called to complain and was told I'd be given a credit for the sandwich. Second time, I mostly always order waffle fries, with ketchup!!! But did not receive ANY KETCHUP!!!!! And the third time, today I ordered a chick-fil-a meal, and received NO NAPKINS, CUTLERY, KETCHUP AND MAYONNAISE..... This location really needs to do a better job on there customer service! I rarely go to chic fil a, however I like the soft serve ice cream, so I decided on Friday on my road trip to try them again even though I have had terrible experiences with them. This time it confirmed nothing has changed. I ordered sandwiches for 2 people, drinks and a soft serve ice cream. The sandwiches were basic with one pickle and the ice cream amount was literally not enough for a kid, far less for me. I requested a bit to be added to it and the lady said that was what they are required to give me. The customer service was and is trash. I am on a road trip and bought my lunch from another location, so I did not want to return to the store I just came from to correct the mistake. I know it's difficult to tell when the soda syrup needs to be changed for clear drinks like Sprite, so it's an easy miss. The crew here also asked for that location so they could call them and let them know to check their Sprite tap. That is why a 5 star review is appropriate. Yesterday evening I placed an order from this location for delivery. When the Door Dash delivery person showed up without my drink, I called this location and tried to get this solved. The person who called himself the "shift lead" refused to do anything for me. Instead, he told me that I "have" to call Door Dash. Really? Door Dash made my order and sent this guy to me without my drink? Nope! It was the responsibility of this store to ensure that my entire order left with that delivery person. Calling Door Dash about this is like calling UPS to complain that someone didn't put all of my items into the shipping box. How is UPS responsible for that, and how is Door Dash responsible for this person leaving without my whole order? The shift lead didn't mention if the drink was left at the store. He didn't bother to do anything for me. It didn't occur to him to just ask me to come to the store to pickup the drink. Instead he hung up on me when I got angry. He hung up when I called back. He hung up on me several times! Who the hell is this person leading a team of other employees? He should not be in that position. He's setting a bad example to follow. He should be fired or demoted. I will never go back to this location. It's slightly closer to where I live, but I will go out of my way to visit the other location on Beltline in Addison. I have never had a bad experience with them. I contacted the franchise owner through LinkedIn. I hope he cares enough about customer service to contact me. Customers should never be told that they "have" to do something to solve their problem. Instead, we need to be told what we NEED to do. There's a difference. Being told that we "have" to do something is Chick-fil-A telling us that they don't give a damn about the problem and they want to push it onto us instead. I didn't create this problem so it is not mine to solve. This shift lead pissed off the WRONG customer. By the time I'm done with this, I hope he won't have a job. Really disappointed with this location. We've lived in this area for two years and have been loyal customers the entire time. We ordered through the app today and picked up our food, only to discover that my salad came with the wrong dressing. My boyfriend was kind enough to offer to go back to the store, where he had a terrible experience with the manager there. All he wanted wanted was one packet of the light balsamic vinaigrette to replace the lime ranch that we accidently got. Instead, the manager proceeded to interrogate him and acted like he was some sort of dressing thief. Why would he lie about a packet of ranch dressing?? I can literally go buy a whole bottle across the street for $1.50. Honestly I'm beyond disgusted by both the food and the customer service I received after the fact. I recently visited this location and ordered a Cobb salad with grilled chicken. I finished about 3/4ths of my salad only to find a huge moth like bug in my salad. I called back to the location and received no response so decided to go back up there. Spoke with Leo the store manager and he was nonchalant like no other. Told him there was a bug in my salad and he mentioned he was unsure of how that got there. I even brought the food back up there so he could see how disgusting it was. I don't care how it got there the point is it's completely disgusting. He offered a refund and a new salad. Why would I want another salad when you don't know how the first bug got there? To make matters worse I believe the store owner was there as well and didn't even come out to speak on behalf of the incident. In fact he went to the back when I got there. I will not be back to this location not just because of the bug but due to the lack of customer service that followed behind it. The biscuit was so saturated with butter that the biscuit was falling apart. Nasty cheese too that had run over the outside of the sandwich. I will not order a biscuit here again. This will be a surprise to some, I have been told no on a order I placed. I ordered two mango passion tea lemonade and requested it to be put on a large cup. When I got to the window, I was told it couldn't be done. I was told company policy says no; I laughed and said really? The associate said, yes. So I told her then to cancel that order for my drinks, and I will pay for the remainder of my meal. I felt compelled to write a review. I normally don't for fast food restraunts, but after seeing all the negative ones I felt my happy 100% of the time at this brand new location, would help. I came to this Chick-fil-a after receiving a free chicken biscuit card in the mail; it was to let us know that they are now open in the neighborhood and to come on over for a treat.....yay! I went and immediately claimed my freebie with no problems at all and even ordered some tots for only $0.99...yummo! The box was STUFFED FULL omg....yay! They guy even gave back my freebie card and said, "Come back and see us again!". He was genuinely, very sweet especially for 6 am! I waited in the drive through no longer than 4 minutes maybe...very quick. Because of my experience I felt compelled to go back a second time and ordered the exact same thing...tots not soooo full this time, but still full and hot! And the line still long but WOW were they zippy! The female manager who greeted me this time was just as nice And my order 100% correct and hot. And EVEN a third time, Same experience! Let me say....I am not morning person...nor do I eat a lot of "fast food"...but it was so yummy (common it's Chick-fil-a here!) I felt compelled to keep going back! A few nights ago my Hubbie and I were hungry and I didn't feel like cooking as I usually do 6 nights a week....so I suggested Chick-fil-a, remembering how the customer service was all 3 times, the food being very fresh and hot. The 2 sweetest girls helped us....refilling our lemonade at least 3 times, lol. And that was a different part of the day, still with excellent service and attention to detail. Went inside to order breakfast to go. Ordered chicken minis meal (#2). My work is less than a mile from this location. When I got to work and pulled out my food I was majorly disappointed. The chicken minis and tater tots were cold. I threw the chicken away and ate the rolls. Very disappointing for paying almost 10/30/18 Went there again for breakfast. I really like this Chick-Fil-A location. What can I say? The food's always fresh with great quality. Minus 1 star for the mistakes they make when they're busy. If you go during peak hours or around lunch time, expect something to be wrong with your order. Usually it's something minor like they give you a different salad dressing than what you asked for or you don't get any sauces for your chicken nuggets. These aren't deal breakers, but as popular as they are, you'd hope by now they'd have their stuff together and be able to deal with the rush. Also, some of the staff (speaking about the manager) are butts when they're busy. For instance, we asked for sauces for our nuggets and having a clear view of our bag, we could see if someone put them in or not. We told the drive-thru cashier the sauces we wanted, but no one gave them to us. The manager starts handing us our food so we asked: "Can we get Polynesian sauce?" "It's in the bag" "Are you sure? We didn't see--" "It's in the bag!" Rude. We get home thinking maybe we're wrong but nope! No freaking sauce! You don't want to experience the misery of dry nuggets.
