First time customer at this franchise, it was delightful! The customer service was very welcoming. The food was delicious but it was on the pricier side. The establishment was very clean!

So I've enjoyed other hot chicken spots and had to try this one. I ordered the reaper and had to sign a wavier. I ordered the extra hot tenders and medium nuggets. First off the pickles are delicious and crispy. So.yes the reaper had my eyeballs sweating for a min but I was able to recover and for the record I enjoy very spicy foods. I will say I really enjoyed the extra hot .good flavor and juicy chicken. I'd say it's worth a shot to try. Don't judge my face sweating after eating a reaper tender.

My daughter and I love hot chicken so this was just another place to check off the list! I got the hot level chicken tender and slider sandwich, she got medium level slider sandwich. The hot level was good wanted a tad bit more heat to it and her medium she as well craved a bit more heat. The flavoring and the seasonings to the chicken were well. We did have one inconvenience the chairs are not suitable to put a car seat on and there high chairs are plastic not the wooden ones to turn around and place the car seat on as back up so had to put ours on the floor only reason for my 4 star

Always consistent whichever location we ordered . Still crispy and spicy as requested . Always good and satisfying.

When I found out there was a Dave's Hot Chicken in Texas, I was especially ecstatic to try it since it's not local to Kansas City. We had a very large order and ordered inside and it took no longer than 10 minutes to prepare everything. Now, I know that preparing so much food in that short amount of time could either be a good or a bad thing. I decided to get Dave's #3: Tender and Chicken slider in mild. I think if you have a pretty low spice tolerance - this is very tolerable. I don't have a high spice tolerance and even I think I would go Medium spice level. Now let's actually talk about the food. Slider: VERY filling, I could only finish this out of my entire box. The chicken is very thick cut, wasn't too dry but wasn't juicy by any means. The pickles and slaw added a nice texture to the sandwich. Definitely best fast food chicken sandwich in the game. ADD honey to your sandwich PLEASE.. it adds so much flavor. Tender: Was nice and crispy, slightly dry. Slice of bread that was given was stale and doesn't add to the dynamic. The sauce: Had a very strong mayonnaise taste - I imagine they use this as their base of the sauce.. the sauce was just OK, i could've gone without it. I would rate my overall experience at Dave's a 3.5 but since it's technically considered fast food? 4 stars. Would I go out of my way to get Dave's? Probably not. This is also franchised now, so I understand the quality of things cannot always be maintained.

Cashier was rude, got handed the wrong order and my order was given to a doordash driver, all out mess. 1 star

The concept is great, and it has so much potential to me, but I really could not get passed just how salty the seasoning on the chicken was. And it was a dry rub type of seasoning, so it was just super messy and salty. I couldn't finish my food. Also got a shake which I was not impressed by at all. The restaurant itself was nice though. Great open space with plenty of seating and it was really clean in there and the staff was friendly and helpful.

It's a new week so it's time for some new heat! I had a chance to check out Dave's Hot Chicken yesterday and I can't deny how good it was. I got the sliders (add cheese, mild and hot, with cheese fries with honey drizzled on top) Y'all these sliders are not small... at all They are legit sandwiches (& y'all know I loved that!!! The bigger the better) The heat levels ranged from no spice‍ all the way to reaper. I decided to do one mild and one hot slider(that was as far as I was willing to go lol) Sterling had two hot and he said he needed some milk. But mines wasn't too bad, especially when I added the honey (chefs kiss) it was really magnificent So if you wanna spice up your life, try Dave's Hot Chicken. There's locations in Dallas and Plano to add some heat to your day. Trust me, you won't regret it!! As seen on menu: *Dave's #1- two tenders with fries *Dave's #2- two sliders with fries

This is one of those "must-try" places...really good!

This is my first review of 2022 and honestly I can't think of a better business for my first review of the year than Dave's Hot Chicken. My wife and I went there for lunch and we both were pleasantly surprised not just for their food but also for their great and friendly service. The menu is very simple: sliders or chicken tenders that go from "no spice" to "reaper", and a few really good and traditional sides like Mac & Cheese, cool slaw and french fries...whatever you choose you are going to like it. Did I mention that they also have beer besides soft drinks and milk shakes? I know that hot Nashville style chicken is right now a big thing...But trust me: This place has its own charm. It is a humble place, but the food and service will put a big smile on your face. Don't forget to put some honey over your hot chicken! Enjoy!!!

My stars remain the same. The bites were okay. The chicken strip was good but the prices increased drastically. One strip and fries is $10.00.

This young lady just empty the trash can tied the bag up proceeded to put the hot sticker on my boxes of food grabbed paper towels and bagged my food up. I told her I just watched you empty the trash and you went straight to bag the food up she said" ooookkk" Like are you kidding me that was wild she didn't see nothing wrong with that. I would like to add that the review is about the service. The food was freshly cooked even though they were about to close. So I appreciate that part. The manger did compensate after my review for the employee actions.

Brian K.

Solid hot chicken choice, although I am getting a bit tired of places that sell tenders only that does seem to be the trend. It'd be nice if they had a gluten-free version too, so I can take my girlfriend.

As is typical for Gateway Newsstands, it acts as a compact, quick-stop solution for a variety of daily needs. You can expect to find a standard selection of convenience store type items here: a range of beverages (soft drinks, coffee, etc.) pre-packaged snacks, candy, and often some basic grab-and-go food items like pastries or sandwiches. For reading material, I have found they typically stock a selection of local and national newspapers, as well as a variety of popular magazines. The primary benefit of this Gateway Newsstands is its accessibility for office workers in Park Central 7 & 8. It offers a quick way to grab a caffeine fix, a snack to tide you over, or a newspaper on your way into the office without having to leave the buildings.

When I visited during my lunch break there was a long line of people waiting to order sandwiches from their tiny deli counter, which is also where the cash register is. Because it's such a small shop, it was was a bit crowded and tough to navigate, but I guess that means it's a popular lunch spot for folks who work in the area. I personally have not tried the food, I was there to purchase a few birthday cards from their surprisingly large selection of greeting cards. They also sell magazines, candy, soda, lottery tickets...anything you might expect to see at a regular news stand. The cashier was friendly and they do take credit cards, which is appreciated. I'd be interested to come back and try one of their sandwiches at some point, since they seemed so popular!

It's at the left end of a nicer strip mall, appears to be very clean and tidy, and the staff was very pleasant to us. You order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. They have pizza, pasta, your basic Italian dishes, calzone , and a small salad bar. Despite it being a Friday night, most of their business appeared to be coming from takeout. My friend ordered pizza by the slice, getting two varieties. It came out looking delicious, and she reported the crust was nice and crispy. I had the chicken marinara (unsure of the name) over spaghetti along with a house salad. The piece of chicken appeared to be from a restaurant supply, but was tasty and they had done a good job with the sauce and cheese on the top. The salad bar was serve yourself, and while it's not large, everything was super fresh. We received very good service, and the staff was very kind. This would be a fantastic place to bring the family, and it even has a few game machines in the back if you've got an antsy young person. We found it to be a great place to meet after work.
