Their excuse is that I ordered it online, which they told me to do , so they can't fix an incorrectly prepared order if it was ordered online even though they are the ones who made it incorrectly. Mrs. K. has a solid rating for frozen custard and Freddy's has been slowly moving up the list with a consistent firm texture and a good chocolate flavor. This one was really good. While we didn't dine in this evening, I could see that the parking lot was free of litter and the dining room was clean with no dirty tables. He paid attention to every detail and really made me feel like he was concerned about my order. Wait. There's more. "Ty" claim from behind the counter when there were no customers waiting to order. He began cleaning the tabletops, sweeping the floors beneath the tables, keeping everything neat and in order. He stopped at each of our tables to see if we were in need of anything.
