We absolutely love this burger joint! We moved here in August and I can honestly say I've eaten here more than any other establishment in BCS! We get visitors we take them to Tx Burger! Fries, tots and sweet pot fries are crisp to perfection! The burger is better than any burger we've had at other places! They have specialty ones but you can build your own as well! Atmosphere is very laid back, we usually bring Uno or a cribbage board! The service is always great and anyone I've encountered has been respectful and helpful and kind, especially when we walk in on Sunday mid day! I haven't been everywhere - still eyeing Margies and Top of the Hill for a burger, but have been to Koppe Bridge -both locations, Mooyah, C&J and Harvey Washbangers - all great burgers. TX Burger -1/3lb (seems bigger) with Lettuce, Tomato, Mayo and Ketchup may be the best of that bunch - particularly at the $6.50 price point. The Nolan Ryan beef was prepared perfectly, juicy and flavorful. The toppings were fresh and the smiling service, prompt, gracious and sweet. I forgot to leave a tip and will make up for it next time. There's curbside service and $.99 Blue Bell cups between 5p and 10p on Monday and Wednesdays. Over 1 hour wait for 1 combo of the daily special that never came out. Confusing visit today. Came for the half price burgers on Tuesday but TX Burger doesn't participate now, only Carter's Burger. TXburger.com printed on receipt but location doesn't exist on their location finder. Found it at brazosvalleyburgers.com but had no option to provide feedback. Ordered the Tuesday special in restaurant as a to-go order. After 40 minutes of waiting and seeing others that ordered after me get food, I inquired only to hear that "the kitchen was backed up and they also had to remake the burger, just 5 more minutes please." After 20 more minutes, I see the group of 8 that just came in after I checked on the order getting their food so I go back up to check only to find out that "the computer never pushed the order to the kitchen." Attached are the receipts to show the 67 minute wait with no food to show. The tip was just me rounding up for counter service, not a slight to the staff. Only saw two employees. read more

Wow! I think we just found our new favorite burger joint. The prices are very reasonable. The kids meals are $6 and come with chips, drink, and a cookie or ice cream! That is a deal! The burger I had was very delicious, loaded with a patty, jalapenos, bacon, onions, pickles, lettuce, and tomato. They have really good fries too. I got them seasoned. My wife got onion rings that were thick and tasty.. They have draft beer too which was only $4.50, I think on happy hour? The ladies working there were very nice and patient with us. It's a local chain that started in Madisonville, TX. Many different burger choices on the menu. If you are hungry, you can order a one-pound burger! TXB offers Blue Bell ice cream and has an ice cream happy hour! I had a Beach Bacon combo meal with a fried egg add-on ($1). Awesome burger. My wife and daughter had the Maverick and Bacon Cheese Lovers burgers. The corn nuggets in my combo meal were tasty. My wife's sweet potato fries were very good. The buns on the burgers are fresh. So yum! I was craving a burger so my boyfriend and I checked this place out.. he's usually not a huge burger fan but said this was the best patty melt he's had in college station. I got a Jalopeno cheeseburger and it had so much flavor! We also definitely recommend getting the seasoned fries. He liked the fries and burger so much he asked to go back there again the next day.. and we did lol. He said he couldn't stop thinking about them. Last time we were here in about late August the experience wasn't all that good. But they definitely redeemed themselves this time. The young lady who took my family and I order was very kind and patient with me and my grandparents who can't hear very well. I got their double bacon cheeseburger and it was absolutely amazing and filling plus they were very generous with their fries.
