Came here for the first time. This restaurant is less than a month old and took over the Nick the Greek restaurant which we loved. Luckily, they have another location so with restaurant being awesome too, it's a double win for us. We ordered the Cheeseburger with Uncrustable (peanut butter jelly sandwich within the burger), Double Cheeseburger, and the Big Daddy with Loaded Fries. Everything is cooked in Beef Tallow so it unhealthy and greasy, but sooo good lol. They have their own secret sauce like the "animal" sauce from In-N-Out. Overall, simple menu, delicious and very affordable. The Uncrustable is weirdly delicious and very creative. The staff are super friendly and fast. Lots of dining tables and parking. Your combo comes with either a self-serve fountain drinks or one of their bottled drinks.

$3.99 pre-cooked microwave bacon on a double meat burger.

The burger is good. I did not try it with the special sauce. We added bacon for $3.99 on a burger that cost $4.99. The reason I am writing this review is to save future customers from spending $3.99 for bacon. It appears to be pre-cooked microwave bacon and you get one piece of pre-cooked bacon broken into 2-3 pieces. It also looks like the thinly sliced bacon that is transparent bacon Subway sandwiches, which is almost transparent and not fresh. If it were real bacon, cooked fresh, it might be worth the $3.99. However, if you get an extra patty, for only $1, you will get more bang for your buck and it will definitely more filling. The fries were a little stale. I ate two and they tasted like cardboard. Overall the burger was good, if you like a good, greasy burger. The meat and cheese were fresh but don't waste your money on bacon or fries. The burger is good. It was an order to go so I can't speak to service or ambiance.

One word, "Incredible!" I had the big burger with spicy sauce and jalapeños. The seed-oil free beef tallow fries reminded me of how fries used to be in the 70s and 80s. I will definitely return!

Okayyy Patty Daddy! Nice dining area/ ambiance, they had the good music playing! Great menu selection and pricing. Staff is friendly too. Ordered the single smash and a basket of fries extra crispy to share. The burger was pretty yummy and packed a lot of flavor!! A lil skimpy on the onions and pickles IMO when i opened the burger to check it out, but again the burger was $4. The fries i am so in the middle about. My friend comes here a lot so I've tried them 3x now, the tallow flavor is the best!!!!! I'm not sure if they come unseasoned or what tho, but they need some salt or something on there!! They were also not well done, but nothing an air fryer can't fix. I'll be back to dine in one of these days soon when they start serving beer too! Thanks y'all!

I absolutely loved how the burgers were juicy and saucy with delicious grilled onions and pickles my absolutely favorite toppings. Now, I have a sensitive stomach when it comes to greasy foods and this made me love burgers again. I feel completely fine, like i had another satisfying meal. The fries were different, like unique, but i got full from the burgers so no much opinion on that. I adored how kind and courteous the staff was, as was the owner. I will definitely come back and not gate keep The Patty Daddy!!

This was probably the best burger I've had. I got a triple (make it spicy!!) The beef tallow fries that came with it were incredible as well! They said they've only been open for about a week, but this place will stay packed once the word gets out. On top of everything else, it was very reasonably priced, especially for the quality of the food. The owner came and spoke to me for a few minutes and seemed like

Cheese burger and fries

Super good. Had the triple which is like a 5 guys double. Better than 5 guys and you don't need a bank loan to eat. I got the sauce on the side and glad I did because I'm a mustard person and the sauce is a bit on the mayo side. Patties were seasoned well and great. Fries were delish. Definitely going back!

Today, ate at Chicken Oil Company. They were amazing growing up! Wow how they went downhill!…read more Koppe Bridge is what Chicken Oil use to be. You place your order, they make your burger and it goes from the grill to the bun. Nice and greasy like it should be. Chicken Oil has become so packed you can't move. The burgers have become an assembly line. They cook 10-20 and toss them in a pan where they sit until it's moved down the line. Dry & cold. Koppe Bridge has a wonderful atmosphere. Old school country music playing. Creaky wooden floors. The one thing I CAN give the edge to Chicken Oil is the friendly and helpful staff! Because honestly..I've eaten at Koppe numerous times and literally every single time, the girls in the front are essentially snotty Sorority-type girls. Always different girls but always the same type. (Rude, eye rolls, zero friendly customer service). Maybe they need to hire staff based on personality and not how cute they are.

I've had their burgers so many times that it should be rated on Texas Monthly. They are great. This time I changed it up and went with the chicken friend steak sandwich basket. The parking seems small, but just circle around. Whatever side you come on, go to the "back" and you'll find room. When you come in go straight to the cash registers and place your order/state your name. Grab your drinks and find a seat. Pay attention because when the guy screams your name into the cheap-axst speaker system, you might loose it. Consider it an audiology exam. If you come in with a parent that was on Peanuts, they will understand the PA perfectly. Everyone else takes their chances. With the basket you get a PILE of bar fries. They are great and there's a mountain of them. This alone should lure you in. I went with the chicket fried steak sandwich. Very tasty, but for some reason I thought it would come with gravy. Nope. If that changes your impression of a chicken fried steak, you may want to pass. I just covered it in ketchup and enjoyed the change up. Pro-Tip: Don't even try to come here on game days.

The building is everything a burger bar should be - including footrests for the booths, a great idea! There's a lineup of appealing burgers and some appealing sides. And beer (yes!). However: (1) The Hopdoddy website says "Located in the heart of the Texas A&M campus, Hopdoddy..." - what are they talking about??? It's literally off-campus. (2) We thought "shareable fries" meant a size big enough to share. It should be be thought of more literally: "something you can share". (3) After a meal, if the service has been good, I tip generously. But asking for a tip before there's been any service isn't just out of order, it's a bit of a hostage situation. My refusal to go along with it must have affected the attitude of the girl who brought our food, because she wasn't the least bit friendly.

We were BLOWN AWAY by the number of college students, dressed in their Sunday's best, openly praying over their food before enjoying some awesome chicken. It was SO NICE TO SEE! We ordered a family meal (20 pieces), 2 sides of fries and a chicken sandwich meal. We paid around $40. Great value! The food came out quick and arrived hot and fresh. I had a slight "issue" where I thought my chicken wasn't fully cooked and the manager reassured me that it was just breading but happily remade my sandwich to give me peace of mind. I REALLY appreciated that. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals, literally leaving "not a fry left behind." The size of my chicken on the sandwich was HUGE- had to be hanging off the roll by 2" on each side! Staff were phenomenal. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Love the laid back decor.
