I love this place! They are quick. The food is delicious. They have real meat unlike other places *cough, cough McDonald's*. My daughter always wants to go. The employees are super helpful and professional. Every time we are dining in, they kindly ask if we need new refreshments or anything in general. The playground is a bit dirty. Kids love it but it is rarely cleaned and parents don't supervise their kids. Don't worry about this if you plan on not bringing kids. You should definitely go! read more

So I was waiting in the drive through ya know minding my business, and of course there was a huge line but it's usually pretty fast and I never wait more than like 15 minutes maybe a little more during the whole process. I receive my order, it was for my whole family so it was a pretty big order. I get home and.. my order wasn't completely wrong but I had a couple missing items and a sandwich I didn't even order. I got a little frustrated I'm not going to lie I had a small case of the hangry and I called, of course I wasn't going to be a Karen(rude), so I calmly explained that I was missing two sandwiches and they were very understanding and asked if I wanted to go back and pick up the sandwiches and well I kind of had too or else my brothers wouldn't eat so I went back! And a guy came out and asked for my receipt and I gave it to him and he came out with a whole bag of food and I was like "is it the whole order again" and he said yeah and I was hesitant to receive it because I just needed 2 sandwiches and it was the whole order but he told me it was fine so I took it. All in all made my night. 10/10 would recommend this place, no ones perfect but chick fil a comes pretty close so just double check that you have everything in your order and if not I know they'll be happy to assist you. AND DONT BE RUDE to the workers. The pandemic has affected us in one way or another and we're all struggling. So just be nice and patient to one another. :) read more

Normally I wouldn't bother leaving a review for a fast-food place since most aren't worthy of mentioning, good or bad. This one however, exceeds the standard. I have been to chick fil a before and they were all just okay. When we walked in we were greeted immediately by the cow mascot, which my daughter loved. Before eating we went into the play area which is usually a big NO for me since they are filthy but we were waiting on other people and my daughter was getting antsy. This one was so clean, shockingly so. Normally they smell like feet and feces and you can just tell they haven't been cleaned in months. This one was spotless. Onto the food. It is what it is. Fast food. Obviously if you go in expecting a five star meal you will surely be disappointed. For fast food this is pretty good. I can tell the chicken is actually chicken, not some weird concoction like McDonald's and Burger King claim as meat. I also appreciate that the sides we got (applesauce and apple juice) were organic. We were also given samples of some pretty amazing coffee for a fast food place. If we visited on a weekend I would just assume they were taking extra steps to please the busy crowds to come, but it was a Wednesday at 11 am! If we pass through again we would definitely stop here a second time. read more

Not sure this place can be called a Fast-Food place. It's just too good. The service is always great and they treat you like kings and queens at this place. The food is always great but I can't get how great these people treat you. The quality of service makes everywhere else look bad. Can be costly but once a month this place is on my stop. Fresh food all the way. Plan on waiting for a little bit during busy times however the staff make this process as simple as can be with curve side ordering and even offer parents of ordering a head of time and they will set your table up. The restaurant is clean (mostly) and the staff is usually very friendly. I did have an issue last evening with a staff member that encouraged my child to do something against my wishes, which really made me mad. I won't return as a result. Honestly, the food was a tad overcooked last evening in addition to their lack of salad (which honestly may not have been their problem due to some recalls). The kids play area is a germ fest, which I have always steered by kids clear from as a general rule. I've never witnessed them cleaning the kids area, I just hope they do. Cobb salad, with ranch dressing was really good. I would have given it 5 stars but they put hot chicken on cold salad and it went a little limp. I went through the drive-thru so I hadn't noticed until I got home. Next time I will have them put the chicken in a separate box so the salad stays cold and crisp. read more

Might have the most infuriating drive through set up of any Chic-Fil-A in Colorado, and unfortunately I've been to almost all of them thanks to the company I work for being a sub contractor for them. I'll tell you why, since it goes from one lane that stretches out into the street, thanks entirely to the fact it splits into the two drive through lanes after you come around a sharp right hand turn, which creates a bottle neck due to there being not enough room where the split happens. Which isn't even the best part, as you exit the incredibly short 2 lane drive through fiasco, both lanes are then funneled into an immediate, and I mean immediate, hairpin left turn which due to life being controlled by physics there is literally no space for two cars to attempt to converge at this juncture. Then toss in the fact that everyone's journey through the drive through is a matter of life or death, and more important than yours, so everyone just jockeys for position creating even more of a cluster.... just spent a half an hour from entry to exit. End of rant, unlike what chic fil a employees say, this has not been my pleasure. read more
