Bad experience using the drive-thru. Might not come back as a result. The drive thru two lane merging into one is dumb and creates an unnecessarily stressful environment. Today was absurd when for some reason the outer lane was slow. At least 5 cars that arrived after me got to order before me in the other lane. The car behind me actually reversed and switched to the other lane. I order my food and get to the merge and am about to merge behind the car that had ordered just before me guns it and nearly hits me. He realizes he can't get in front of me and stops but then keeps angling like he's waiting for me and to move out of his way somehow. In crazy guys defense, the people taking your order don't say get behind this car so maybe he thought if he cut in front of me he'd get his food faster. It's a terrible system. I'm certain many accidents have happened here. The food is okay. Basic fast food. Nothing special. McDonald's is better. Update: the owner response makes it clear they have no clue about the customer experience and cements that I should avoid this place. It's always been low-quality food here so it's good to have another reason to avoid it even if I'm passing by. read more

Eventually, even the great ones fall. CFA used to be such a titan of the customer experience. Things have slipped as of late but after tonight, their reign is officially over. CK one of the "directors " completely ruined our families evening. We came in after swim class (like we have on a regular basis for years). Ordered three full meals. My sandwich arrived and was incredibly dry compared to my husband's. His glistened while mine was dry and fibrous. I had two bites out of it and my husband took it to the front. He's a loyalist and insisted they'd want to stand by their product. CK came out with the new sandwich and loudly exclaimed in front of the entire dining room, "we'll honor it this time but half the sandwich was gone." I am absolutely mortified. I tried to reiterate I had taken only two bites. People are now looking and he continues to rudely push as if we were trying to steal from them. We bought three meals. I didn't take anything else back and it was the cheapest item out of everything on the table. I have no idea why he persisted in such a dogged manner. I am so embarrassed. It ruined my entire night, I didn't even want to eat anything after he walked away. I definitely will not be returning. At the end, he stated "I'm one of the directors and we are operationally having to tighten our belts." I guess they are on a diet from their customer service. read more

We come here almost every Monday night and my kids are addicted to the spicy chicken sandwich! It's literally perfection on a bun! Spicy, crispy, and juicy breast meat. We always add American cheese and no pickles. The app makes it so easy to order and pay ahead of time so you give your name at the drive thru and it's made to order. Even though they have a lot of customers, the line moves quickly. read more

My 103 year old Mother and I stopped here for a Chicken sandwich and waffle fries for lunch. It is a maze to get into the queue and very confusing. The employees were very pleasant. The chicken was well cooked and moist, but flavorless and the fries could have been more well done. Mom and I had the same thing and after eating I made it to a restroom, but just barely. I had to ge 4 times before I was able to get back to Mt Hood Village. It was a very bad experience and nothing like the Chick-fil-A in Massachusetts. We were very disappointed and will NEVER go back. We had several orders with our large group. The orders were taken, and in a reasonable time. There was a line, and only one cashier. For me, that's not a great start for customer service. We got our orders in a timely manner. There were a couple of mistakes, but they fixed them right away. That's great service to me. The restaurant looked clean. I think their food is just ok. I'm not sure of Chick-fil-A anymore. They used to have THE best waffle fries. But I can make better, less floppy fries with more crunch and salt, at home in my air fryer. The service isn't great and you may wait 10 minutes for JUST fries. But the prices don't reflect that. I'm also uncomfortable by the very religious atmosphere there, and that's my OWN personal issue but aside from a church, Chick-fil-A is CLEARLY a religious destination. So maybe not for everyone. I ordered a Spicy Southwest Salad (to go). It was super "Yummy" ! However, It came with ONLY 1 "Avacado Lime" Salad dressing packet; which for me is just enough for a few bites. I "Prefer" a lot of salad dressing on my salads; This is NOT a Caesar Salad !...which NEVER comes with enough salad dressing either. This Salad "ALSO" (for my preference) would require another 5 packets of salad dressing. I had to add 5 (Additional) Chick-fil-A "Original" sauces before I ate it. I also added about 1/2 cup of Pepper Jack cheese to the salad...it didn't have enough cheese. Also, I love the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, but if you don't have some "Original" Sauce with "EVERY" bite, you are "Missing" the FULL "Experience" of THIS Delicious Sandwich ! I was excited to see that Chick-fil-A had gluten free options. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun. The grilled chicken patty was very good and the bun was in a sealed package to ensure there was no cross contamination. However, they could have done better. The bun had obviously been removed from the fridge for service. A little heat or, at least, room temp would be nice. It was VERY dry, so dry it was hard to swallow. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the place - As we entered their front doors, the first thing we saw was their indoor playground! I didn't know they had one, which was a plus in my books! As we walked towards the cashier to place our order, I noticed real flowers as their centerpieces on their dining tables. It was as simple as a single carnation flower with its short stem in a little vase, but their extra attention to detail, made a huge positive impact on the look of their indoor environment. We hardly dine-in in fast food places, especially since the pandemic, but I've never been in a fast food restaurant that looked so clean and welcoming inside like here. All to those extra details (fresh flowers) and brightness inside the place. On to the food - we enjoyed their chicken sandwiches. We especially liked the variety of sauces we were able to choose. The original flavored sauce was one of our favorites. For kids, they also provided a paper activity and crayons for them to work on while waiting for the food. Great little spot to take your toddler to on a rainy day or any day you want to get out. Play area is limited to smaller kids which makes it nice for toddlers to play and eat! We love that high chairs have sanitation wipes and table covers for our grandkids. We also love chick-fil-a sandwiches and fries. My goodness I didn't realize that customers would get that type of friendly, helpful, attentive customer service. We genuinely don't like their politics, my family has LGBTQ members and we are die hard liberals. But, we have a thing for the spicy southwest salad, the tortilla soup, the superfood side, the mac and cheese ,the waffle fries, the chicken strips, and my kid loves the sweet tea. Great tasting food everytime! We always get the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich which comes with lettuce, cheese, tomatoe and a juicy spicy chicken patty. The fries are also mostly always fresh and warm and the sauces are delicous. Personally love the honey mustard, ranch and zesty buffalo. We also like getting the chicken nuggets for our toddler who enjoys the soft pieces of chicken. I've also tried their Southwest chicken salad which you can get with grilled chicken or fried chicken and both taste delicous and are packed with flavor from the beans, corn, dressing and tortilla chip toppings. I am into this cult and dont eat out at any other fast food place because the quality truly speaks for itself and the staff is always so welcoming and friendly. After yesterday's horrible (no that isn't an exaggeration) experience at Popeye's, I was lazer focused on having a tasty lunch today. I just happen to be off and puppy sitting at my In-Laws house (Oh Joy begin), and it isn't Sunday. I just made sure that all the puppers had taken care of business and drove down to Cedar Hills Blvd. I really didn't want to eat in my car, so I decided to park the Focus and go inside. The dining area was open and I walked my masked self inside. I ordered my new usual. The deluxe chicken sandwich with waffle fries and a Diet Coke. This turned out very well for me. The chicken sandwich gets an A- from me. The only reason for the minus is because the tomato was pretty sad. I think that if there is any yellow on the tomato, it shouldn't be allowed on the sandwich. Everything else was amazing. The chicken was juicy and breaded just right. The lettuce and pickles gave just the right amount of crunch, and the added mayo topped off the flavor with a creamy touch. The waffle fries were hot and not too salty. I accompanied them with the squeezable ketchup tubs...love them. This visit was just what I needed to see what customer actually looks like. Every trip to Oregon won't be complete until my visit to Chick-Fil-A, I need my Chick-Fil-A fix while I'm here. We were staying at near by hotel and was happy to see that this fairly new location opened up which was so perfect. I really like this location but depending on where we are @ in Oregon, we will go to one that is convenient. I am happy there are more Chick Fil A locations. Observing the parking lot, drive thru line, line at restaurant and the huge crowd dining at restaurant, I can see how popular and how much we all love Chick-Fil-A. The line to order was long as me and my daughter were waiting to order and all tables were occupied, we found an empty table as we got close to the line. I really enjoyed and love the spicy chicken sandwich along with the fries and different sauces. Our orders were deluxe combo, with (limited time) strawberry lemonade drink, spicy sandwich and another large waffle fries. Although the lines were long, it moved quick and we got our orders quick. My daughter and I enjoyed our Chick Fil A sandwich and had fun dipping our fries with the different sauce. Our favorites are the Polynesian, Chick Fil A sauce and sweet and spicy sriracha. I really love the added succulents plants on the table and as I left I noticed the community table, which is perfect for dining with a big crowd of family/friends or even for a meeting. Check out the community table as it was made by materials salvaged from unwanted and abandoned homes and the hands that built it belong to a person who also once felt unwanted and abandoned. I love this Chik fil A! I am soooo glad that they built one in my neighborhood because it was quite a drive to the other one...but I drove it! I love the customer service, the cleanliness, the prices & especially the food! I'm single so I don't have to worry about meals for anyone but myself so you can find me usually grabbing a delicious market salad with apple cider vinaigrette dressing several days a week.
