Salad for lunch? Oh yeah! First time here. Great little place. Fast, convenient, fresh, and oh yeah, friendly. We got the Cobb salad with chicken, and the Steak it off (without jalapeños). Both good choices, perfect size and portions. We'll definitely be back.

My quinoa warm bowl w/steak,veg, yuzu sauce. Good. Too much sauce. Also expensive.

We ordered from Evergreens through Door Dash one night before my kid's surgery when I was trying to bump up our nutrition. My child had an enormous $21 salad that I did not get a picture of, it had everything but the kitchen sink in it and apparently it was alright. Kid used our home dressing because the Evergreen dressing was "weird". Salads are still very hard on me since colon surgery, so I got a $17 "warm bowl" with quinoa, steak, avocado, cucumbers, roasted cauliflower, romaine, cheddar cheese, and roasted sweet potatoes. I chose a yuzu sauce which I should have gotten on the side as it saturated the quinoa and was just too much. I would get it again without the dressing probably. I ordered a tiny caramel pecan cookie that was overpriced. It was just ok. I'd skip that. Their menu pictures/past in-store pictures showed much larger cookies and we were gonna share it. Lame. I loved the sweet potatoes and cauliflower in my bowl. Totally my favorite part. We would go again but in person.

Incredible!!! Large portions, rich flavors, fast to assemble. I'd eat there more often if they extended their business hours. Majority of the bowls have rich antioxidants gut friendly veggies. Yummm!

I love their salads. I especially love their El sombrero. Everything tastes so fresh and you can add or subtract things from their designed combinations to make a completely different salad. Lots of fun little mix-ins are available. It's quick, it's tasty, it's healthy... What's not to love!

The incredibly shrinking twenty dollar salad. Pic 1/2

The food was good. It was a bit expensive for what you get but was exactly what we were looking for in that area.

The kind of place where you expect someone to be editing a documentary on a laptop made of recycled aluminum. Late afternoon visit, so the hipster crowd had clearly skateboarded back to their respective creative labs. I had the place to myself. Prime auditing conditions. First impression? This place is built for volume. You can tell. Efficient layout. Assembly-line potential. If bowls were a factory sport, this would be a playoff team. Ordered the Home Grown. Took a quick bathroom break. Came back and -- boom -- bowl was already on the counter. FAST. And it looked elite. Then I saw it. A generous dollop of peanut butter at the top, sprinkled with hemp seeds. I almost got emotional. It felt like flying over your hometown after months away. Familiar. Safe. Right. First bite? Delicious. Smooth. Creamy. Almost like frozen yogurt or soft serve. Easy eating. Crowd-pleasing texture. And then... I looked up. Another bowl was being made. The açaí base was coming out of a soft-serve machine. As a purist, this one hurt. I want hand-scooped. Blender-blade symphony. Crafted, not dispensed. I had a small internal crisis. But here's the problem: I really enjoyed it. So now I'm torn between my values and my taste buds. Would I go back? Yes. Would I wrestle internally again? Also yes. Elephants is a bright, airy, and inviting space with yummy treats, meals, and fun gifts. As we're new to the area, we weren't sure where to find high-quality Italian deli meats. I love their focaccia, and we were delighted to find a small but mighty selection of imported Italian deli meats. Our favorites are the mortadella and hot coppa. On Sunday, my partner chose the staff pick of the day: Levoni salami- a must try! The deli folks are artisans! They slice and package the meats to perfection. It's like opening a gift when we get home to assemble our sandwiches. All of the peeps working at Elephants are friendly and knowledgeable. I got some pro tips on pairings when they cut the focaccia for me! We also picked up some macarons- chocolate, Earl Grey, and animal cracker flavors. I was silly-happy when they had Earl Grey macarons this time! Look forward to going there in the morning, trying a coffee drink and pastry, and enjoying the adorable patio. I had gelato at NW 22nd, so I know that pistachio flavor is molto bene. I look forward to enjoying some gelato at this location, too.
