Great salad, spot and wraps build your own choices
    Stephanie S.

A little pricey for a salad, but it's all fresh ingredients you get to either build your own or pick from their menu. My son is vegetarian so sometimes it's hard to just grab fast food anywhere when we're out and about. He's had a wrap from here before so we knew the food was good.! Will be back since they have a bunch of options for him and there are several around town.

Brown, rotten avocado and wilted lettuce. Gross

My husband ordered from Evergreens for the first time tonight and it wasn't great. My first thought while browsing the menu was, "why are these salads $16-20!!" He received a gift card so he didn't mind ordering them since it didn't cost us anything. He requested "no jalapeños" but there were a lot of them on his salad. My daughter's salad had blue cheese, which she doesn't like, so while I was picking out all the pieces I came across brown, rotten avocado slices and wilted lettuce. NOT OKAY for an $18 salad!! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone that's looking for a good salad.

I got the El Sombrero as a wrap, asked the lady to put chicken in it and she forgot but while eating the second half of my wrap I was able to get some chicken so that took it up a notch! The wrap was really good but the only downside was the chicken was cold and so was the tortilla. I wish they could have warmed those to things up but other than that there is alot of options and a healthy alternative to fast food.

Grain bowl with quinoa and lime-cilantro dressing

This small place is relatively new but was well-staffed on Sunday morning when my friend and I visited to check it out. We chose the grain bowls and were really delighted with all of the free choices we could include--everything from cheese to olives to roasted broccoli and hard boiled egg. Server was good about explaining what things cost extra such as meat and avocado. I believe they offered bacon for free. Really nice selection of dressing choices; I chose cilantro-lime and loved it and my friend enjoyed her Greek dressing. Portions were so large we ended up taking home about half of our bowls in their nice compostable containers. They were very committed to sustainability. If you're going to join their reward program, do so before your first visit so you can get scanned.

Been here a handful of times since they opened and am really glad they chose Hillsboro to add a new location. I love many of the healthy options around here, but another one is nice to have available. Have had the spicy chicken grain bowl once with brown rice, the other time with quinoa. Both were good, not sure i liked one more than the other. Really liked the southwest grain bowl. Not to spicy if you are concerned. If you're concerned about calories, these are filling enough for me that i eat half and save the rest for later. Service is friendly and quick. If they keep their standards up as they are now it will be a popular place here!

Tons of plastic is the main thing served here!

First time here and SO disappointing. Warm bowl was essentially a bowl of brown rice with few toppings for $14! Maybe $1.50 in ingredients, nothing special for dressing or sauce. Just a few corn bits, tablespoon of jalapeños (without the seeds removed), another tablespoon of red peppers, and some cubed chicken. They play up "2 scoops" of chicken but it amounted to about a 1/3 of a cup. THEN...everything is in excessive amounts of plastic!! Including lids for every item, even when you are dining in. Not sure why places like this think anything they put in front of you, no matter how cheap or bad, demands a $15 price tag. Salads my friends got sucked too ... medium bowl of iceberg for $10-15. Won't be back.

I've gone here 3 times in the last couple of weeks. I'm definitely a fan. Huge salads...great quality...and very friendly service

Website says they close at 7:00, but 6:48 the doors were locked up and they were cleaning up to go home. Bit disappointing

We were greeted by the welcoming staff immediately upon entry and were directed to choose a seat while we decided what to order. We opted to sit outside on the patio since we had our dog with us. Since it was our first time dining in we also opted to try items that we haven't had before, the wings, doquitos and the doner basket. It felt like our food was ready within just a few minutes of ordering. Service was fast and friendly. I must say that everything tasted incredible. But the wings really surprised us by how crispy and flavorful they were. They didn't need the accompanying dipping sauce but the sauces were also great, specifically the red one which was full of bold flavors. Each dish looked beautiful and tasted fresh. Portions were plentiful enough to share family style.

I ordered the Mediterranean wrap with fries and my other half ordered a donar bowl packed with all kinds of healthy options. Tasted amazing! PLEASE come to Salem!!!!

Gyro included the highest quality (and variety) of ingredients -- prepared and presented in a "tasteful" and beyond delicious way. I'm typically a "purest" with Chicago's gryo being the standard. Shockingly, for me to admit, these gyros are simply amazing. Each bite is savory, tangy, crunchy, refreshing, filled with textures and hitting notes I wasn't expecting. I am swooning! Sadly, we live NE and don't get to the far west side of town often. However we ARE planning a return trip soon. I want to mention they offer bulgogi (which my husband loved) and options Sharma, too. Rather than a sandwich, any meat can be ordered as a salad or rice bowl. Seated patrons were eating ALL of the menu options. Fries are crispy and can be topped with any combination--or LOADED with all of it. Many canned and bottled beverages (and Coke a Cola on tap) are available: cider and sofa (pop for us Midwesterners). The staff was super helpful and retrieved every beverage from the frig for the patrons, delivered meals and provided extra napkins spontaneously. Thus is an amazing place for lunch or dinner. The shop is small but has adequate tables which handled the lunch crowd well. They close for couple hours at 1430-smart business sense. Naturally carry out is available. We'll be back in a few weeks!
