Very overpriced, unfriendly service - not rude, just not personable, half the ingredients on the sandwich weren't supposed to be there, and ingredients that were listed on the menu were missing. My husband and I came to tour a place in this area and thought we should grab some food that would suit having the dogs with us. We are food cart fans, and even bigger Mac n' Cheese fans, so, we saw this place on Google and it was no question! Customer service was awesome - we arrived right at 11 opening time, they were happy to answer my questions about products and super friendly, and that sweet charm you like that makes you feel welcome and familiar. It's sat in the parking lot of the gas station so it was easy to get a parking spot and we grabbed some gatorades in the station. My husband and I did the build your own macs and both got 2lb portions (for leftovers, and there will definitely be some!) and I chose the Fried Thigh (it is boneless) and he got smoked chicken. The Fried Thigh was moist and flavorful all on its own and tastes incredible. If we're eating at home with a knife that would make it slightly easier but being so moist and well cooked made it easier for me to just shred the size bites I want. The Smoked Chicken was very Smokey and tasted very good, and soft! The Mac itself is MOIST. Noodles cooked to perfection without being overly cooked. I, personally, can't stand a soggy noodle. Props to them for mastering firm noodles that can handle all that yummy sauce! The sauce is a 5 cheese blend they said, and it was seasoned to the max. I was so, so impressed. We only drove down the road to a park but I can promise you this mac would travel well because the sauce is creamy. You know when you get a Mac and it just turns into a coagulated brick? Yeah, not this. This is AMAZING. I cannot say enough good words about our meals as someone who moved here to the PNW from the south with some of the best food and real seasoning, I feel I'm missing something often times here. Tried the Mac and even through it was a little pricy, it was really good! My son had the chicken sandwich and it was a huge piece of meat. My husband ordered a double burger plain and it was outstanding and impressive. I ordered the Mac with bacon and I intended to only eat half but I couldn't stop. It was creamy and super good. We will definitely have it again! There isn't any outdoor seating so we ate in our car. I decided to give them a try since I drive past so often. There is always someone there byung so I figured the all those people couldn't be wrong. I was right!! The chicken was some of the best smoked chicken I have ever had in my life. The smoke flavor was deep. into the meat! Every bite tasted as good as the first. It's takes great skill to smoke low and slow, and especially on a fire. These guys rocked it! The macaroni was smoked and flavory. I think the macaroni had some gouda cheese in it with other cheeses. So I'm just here to say that the Mac n' cheese here is life changing lol, the popcorn chicken was perfectly crispy, juicy, a perfect complement to the creamy mac (with bread crumbs and jalapeños). Yep, I can't ever go back to eating mediocre Mac n cheese this was way too good (and the portion size is humongous)! Although the wait was quite long, I imagine me going right at dinner time and on Juneteenth when others may have been thinking the same thing as I might have impacted the wait time. Let me speak on what I can speak on though, and that is the fact that this was one of the best Mac & cheese I've had in my three decades on this earth. You can order it with something like 27 additions--I chose popcorn chicken. The chicken was crispy and perfectly cooked. I added Buffalo sauce (ordered on the side) as I ate it--a little on the Mac and a little on the chicken! The portions were HUGE and I am stuffed--with plenty leftover for another meal or two. The smoked chicken was chock full of smoky meat, cheese, and an onion ring. The OG was filled with Mac and cheese. I pass by this place an average of 3.43 times a day, which equates to 24.01 times a week and a whopping 1251.95 times a year. It was time to finally stop in and have some mac. It's a food cart with limited seating, so probably best to get takeaway. I think that's what the brits call takeout, so I'm just going to go with it. There were so many options that it was really hard to decide (I know, what a problem to have), but I settled on the fried chicken slider, dirty brisket fries and OG mac. The fried chicken slider was one of the best fried chicken sandwiches I've ever had. The chicken was flavorful, juicy and crispy. I wish there was a little less bbq sauce and maybe the addition of aioli/mayo and some crunchy lettuce but overall it was great. The brisket fries were good, but I probably wouldn't get them again. The brisket was really flavorful and juicy but pretty fatty in parts and again too much bbq sauce for my taste. The OG mac was tasty, and I'm not much of a mac and cheese person. I heard that bacon is a wonderful addition (no surprise there) so maybe I'll go with that next time. Wow. Well don't come here y'all. I called in to place a takeout order. I asked if they do take out and they said as long as we can pay over the phone yes. So we said yes. I started the order with dirty fries. He asked me what protein. I asked him what proteins does he have, he told me the menu was on Yelp. I told him I wanted turkey. He told me to look up the menu on Yelp. I told him "I'm looking at your menu right now and it says turkey." His response was do you have Instagram? I'm like not in front of me right now, it might be faster if you just told me your proteins so we could order now. And then he HUNG UP ON ME. This is not a way to conduct business. I've never had anyone be this rude. It took him LONGER TO EXPLAIN WHERE TO FIND THE DAMN PROTEIN THAN TO TELL ME THE DAMN THING HIMSELF. Also, I called them back immediately after. No answer. Got the Mac n cheese and it was delicious. Includes four types of cheese: smoked Gouda, Parmesan, cheddar and sharp. Very creamy, very good. They also have a deal, three sliders for $15. I tried the smoked chicken slider, fried chicken slider, and the hot link slider. One thing I loved about all of them was that their buns were toasted and each one had its only unique aioli/sauce and extras that made each one stand out on its own. I would rate them 1.fried chicken ( had its own Mac bbq sauce, and butter pickles) 2. Smoked chicken (included fried onion and Mac aiol) 3. Hot links. But overall, they were all assembled great. Service (2/5): Yikes. There was two young guys working. The main guy who was working looked like the last place he wanted to be was working at that food card. Did really care, had an attitude, very passive. Definitely one of the worst services I've had. Wasn't mean or aggressive in any way, but just really did not a give a f*** about anyone or anything. When what looked like the owner came by, the guys whole attitude changed and he was much more friendly and welcoming. I kept going back and fourth about whether I should give this food truck 3 stars or 4 stars. The food was so freaking delicious! Oddly enough we went for the Mac& Cheese but liked the sliders even more. Don't get me wrong though the Mac & Cheese was good too. My fave was the Smoked Pulled Chicken Slider. The meat was so full of flavor and so tender! I loved the Mega Prawns too. We ordered Sliders three fried and three pulled. A pound of OG Mac and add on Prawns. My family of four ate every bite, I ordered just the right amount. Could we have smashed more sliders...yes but we would have been too full in the end. The Mac's food was good. I ordered the 1 pound order of Mac-n-cheese and the Dirty slider with smoked chicken as my protein. All that was missing was some hot sauce, and they had about 5 different brands, but ALL the bottles were empty. When I asked them for more they instantly replied they were out, without even looking. I find it hard to believe they were ALL out. So I say their customer service was meh, that's a shame too because all the Mac-n-cheese was missing was some Chalula. On Valentine's day I placed an order for pickup, when I arrived I tried to let the person working know I was there for my order but he was unable to come to the window so I waited. After a few moments he called me over and was talking so fast I couldn't understand him, the highway being right next to us didn't help. He was being very rude, and clearly under a lot of stress. I'm not sure what he was trying to tell me, but when I asked for a refund and told him I was unhappy he dropped what he was doing to lean out the window and yell at me, in my face. I tried to explain I just wanted my money back and he turned back around to ignore me. I was confused and a little shocked, I thought I'd have to wait for him to issue a refund so I stood there for a moment. He then yelled at me and told me that I didn't need to wait. I left without any food, and called back the next day to speak to a manager. The same man answered the phone, still extremely rude, and did not care at all about anything I had to say, so he hung up on me. I will not be coming back, even though I LOVE the food. This was completely inappropriate, I've worked in food service myself for years. There's a base level of respect that a customer should expect. Not being yelled at and made to feel threatened is an extremely reasonable expectation. read more

We drove by this place several times before deciding to stop and check it out. The menu is quite big for a food cart, with lots of options. We wanted to try the sliders, both the fried chicken and the smoked chicken. We each got our own fried chicken and split the smoked chicken. I was debating on getting a small side of mac so we could try it. But we got the smoked chicken with mac on top instead. I'm so glad I didn't get a whole side. It seemed a little bland to me. The smoked chicken was also a little dry, and it had a flavor I didn't particularly love, but hey, I know from the reviews a lot of people like it. I just like my chicken a little more moist and my Mac to have a bit more flavor. The fried chicken was excellent! It had great flavor and perfect crunch. I added siracha mayo to it and kept the bbq. Next time I think I'll ditch the bbq as it was a bit too sweet for me, but I don't like sweet bbq sauce at all. Other than the bbq sauce, the sandwich was perfection. I'd definitely get it again. We also got two side orders of fries. They're pretty large so you could probably order one and share between two people. The fries are supposed to be twice fried, which when I saw that, I thought they'd be like Belgian Frites, but they're not. They're shoestring-style fries. I gave a review about 7 months ago and it was 5 stars, we ordered here again tonight because of how much I liked it before. Tonight was a different story, my husband showed up after I ordered via grub hub for pick up, I ordered at 5pm for a 6pm pick up, when he arrived he waited 15 minutes and was told they lost our ordered and then later said they gave our order to someone else. The lady on the phone was really nice but my husband waited 45 minutes total. When he got home (we literally live across the street. The mac was cold, the fries were cold, luckily they are still good when they are cold. Lastly the chicken was hot on the outside and pink and undercooked on the inside, I had to microwave the chicken and mac n cheese. We got 2 free lemonades for our trouble.
