I went two days in a row. The first day it was very quick with a long line. No problems but I also had placed my order via app and walked inside to get it due to the drive thru line being so long. I ordered a peppermint chip shake and the tortilla soup. The soup was too "beany" to me and I was reminded why I never get it when it's seasonal but my sister loved it. They did forget to add the tortilla strips to the bag. My nephew thought his shake was "too minty" and didn't finish it. Yesterday I went and got a sandwich which was fine as always and a plain vanilla shake. My shake was very thick and hard to drink through the straw making it difficult to enjoy while I was in the warm car. Overall this location moves quickly whether you drive up, go in, or do a mobile order pickup. The team is always pleasant and the store is always clean and tidy. read more

Ive been in BR for about 7 years and I've always lived near this Chick Fil A. So I've seen many new faces and the old. This particular location has always loved employing teenagers. Of course with that comes other issues including attitudes. It's gotten better over the years I'll give them that but lately whew lord I've about had it. This is the second time I've been to this location this week and I could've sworn I pulled up to Mc Donalds. How you talk to individuals on the other end of that speaker matter especially listening. Because your taking one's food order. My order has been wrong twice due to them not listening even more so paying attention. Don't substitute anything you didn't hear come out the other end of the speaker. More importantly don't have an attitude because you think you know what you heard. I'd hate to get out of character at the window. Please do better. The Mac n cheese is always amazing. I never realized how great the Buffalo sauce is so I've been getting that for a while now. I ordered the Grilled Market Salad w/spicy grilled filet, Mac & Cheese, chocolate chunk cookie and a Sunjoy. The salad was fresh and had a nice amount of chicken layered on top. I was able to eat twice from this one order. My Mac & cheese had the right amount of cheese and flavor so naturally I ordered the medium. The chocolate chunk cookie was soft and chewy and literally melted in my mouth. My Sunjoy was perfect and quenched my thirst after having such a delicious meal. I took my kids here for lunch and my daughter noticed something weird on her sandwich. It was mildew on her bun!!!! This is so sad!!! I called the manager and she didn't even apologize. Just off I-12 on the north side of I-12, the service was quick and efficient. The dining area was clean, given that I was there during dinner time, it could have been worse. The drive thru was backed up, so I went in as I had to use the restrooms anyway. Well that was a bad decision. As you can tell from my photos, the restroom was quite dirty. Seriously. And there was a line for the toilets. I didn't realize I backed right into the hand sanitizer by the door and ended up with hand sanitizer dumped down my back. It was a huge glob that dripped down my back. Not cool. The service inside was good and I quickly got my food. They do have an interior play area which is cool. The nuggets were fresh, the fries were hot, the tea just sweet enough. I would of course recommend the food, but I hope they take better care of the restrooms. read more

I normally love this place but today I went by and there was an employee at the drive through touching his nose, he even picked it a little and played with it on his finger. I was so disgusted!! Apparently masks are optional for them now because only one employee that I saw had on a mask. When I got to the window to pay, one young lady asked for the money and another gave the order. Overall I'd have to say Chick Fil A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. I don't really care for fast food restaurants but I like the quality you get from this chain. This is your typical Chick Fil A, with the play area and general set up. I love the cheery attitudes as well when you get helped. Overall the restaurant stays pretty clean as well. Also, with the addition of the two drive thru lanes it helps to keep things moving and flowing. At times they have made my order incorrectly but thank goodness for the quality customer service! They never have a hard time about fixing the mistake. I'm sure I will be a customer of this facility for as long as I live in the area. read more

Honestly really rude. I ordered 3 meals and a lot of large fries and only gave me the fries which were soggy asf. Called them to let them know, was being nice about it and from the start over the phone the manager "Lexi" was rude. I had to drive all the way back there to get the rest of my food. When I got there the girls standing at the cashier just looked at me like I was stupid. I told them I had spoken to the manager and all the manager did was just hand me the bag of food. Didn't even say a word. No apology or offering a refund or anything. My order that I had to go back for ended up also being wrong. I would definitely recommend going to the Chick Fil a on College instead, they actually have manners there. Also, I know I should've "checked my bag" but that's not my job, it's the employees that are responsible for that. read more

This restaurant had tons of employees in the drive thru standing around outside and more walking around the restaurant, but they need to have staff in the playpen area! The sign says no children under age 3 are allowed! But the boys in there were well over age 3! They need to enforce their rules. They hire all that staff and they dont put any of them in the playpen to monitor because god only knows where the parents were!! read more

I love coming here! The staff are very friendly and the food is delicious. It's always very well kept and I feel right at home bringing all of my kids! The okay area is great and my older kids love it. The staff is eager to keep their customers happy even going by and offering refills so you don't have to go back up to the counter. Carry was everything but caring and everything else Chick-fil-A has always has always embodied in my eyes. Idk if it was because she was having a bad day or if it was a race thing but she was just very unwelcoming careless with the order. Fortunately, the manager was the exact opposite and fixed all issues without hesitation. Amazing service! My family was passing through on a long road trip and spirits were low so we decided to replenish our bellies with chic Fil a. We went at lunch time so it was very busy and we got through the drive thru in two minutes with 6 orders it was impressive. I got a salad that didn't taste as fresh as normal and mentioned it and my some would say over zealous mother went back to try to fix it. They gave me a sandwich and fries and didn't question it at all. So nice of them to be so responsive to a somewhat silly request that other establishments would have ignored!
