The worker there did not know how to even make my bowl he kept having to look at the instructions on how to even make it. To add to that the blackened chicken wasn't even available as I ordered and was told when he was halfway done making it. Of course as soon as I paid for my meal the cook from the back walked out with a fresh batch of blackened chicken. The worker preparing my bowl didn't even bother to go back and check as he was making it to see if anymore was being prepared. All he did was say "sorry" and smirked as I walked out. The slaw that goes with my order was just raw onions, and also missing other ingredients. This location is horrible and it will be THE LAST time I go back. Ever. Don't go to this location at one Loudoun you will be highly let down on the quality of food and service provided.

We were hoping to be able to have my niece's best friend's family sit with us, but for some reason the staff said the nearby tables weren't available (yes, I understand there are reservations and all, but accommodations were made for another party that came in after them). Other than that, our staff was great and the food was delicious! We tried some different appetizers and shared them (the cornbread was ); and everyone loved their entrees.

Both were delicious and more than enough food for each of us, but it was so good we managed to finish it all. We're foodies, and honestly, we'd probably order takeout from here in a heartbeat. For takeout alone, this would be an easy 5-star review, no question. Now, onto the bad. I've been to countless restaurants, both great and terrible, and this was the first time I genuinely felt like walking out. My wife felt bad, but I actually set a three-minute timer, and the server barely beat it. And by that, I mean bringing our drinks (our very first order) after a 45-minute wait. When we first sat down, the server came by within three minutes to take our order, but I asked for a few more minutes. Ten minutes later, we put in the drink order. My wife and I couldn't agree on appetizers, so we asked for a little more time before ordering the entrées. Fast-forward 45 minutes, and we were still sitting there waiting on our drinks, while the table next to us arrived, got their drinks, and even received food all within 30 minutes. It felt like our server was far more focused on bussing and resetting tables to turn covers than actually taking care of the guests already seated. I told my wife we should just get up and go somewhere else; after all, date nights are rare for us, and we deserved a better experience. To make matters worse, when the drinks finally arrived, they were just okay; they tasted watered down and didn't impress me at all. Unless I see consistently great reviews down the line, I'm never setting foot in here again. The atmosphere didn't help, either. It was loud, with the background music turned down so low that you could clearly hear everyone around you shouting and laughing. The place would definitely benefit from turning the music up a bit to drown out the noise. Maybe my expectations were high, but at $28 to $30 per entrée and $16+ per drink, our bill came out to $110 before tip for two plates and two drinks. For that price, it was hands down the worst dining experience I've had anywhere.

One day at the gym they were handing out something called Chick Fil-A chicken sandwiches. I thought to myself-if they're handing them out at the gym they MUST be healthy. Had the basic Chick Fil A chicken sandwich for the first time. Game changer. I'm that person who just does NOT eat fast food....I havent set foot in a McD's a BK or anything like that in nearly 10 years if that....(Honestly I can't remember) But Chick Fil A....get me some in my belly. We now eat it almost once a week, on one of those workout nights when you want some protein but just dont want to cook. I love the regular sammy, the club sammy, the nuggets as well as the fruit salad and fries...used to get the raisin/carrot salad until i realized just how MUCH sugar is in it. And as it happens to be there are 3 Chick Fil A locations within 1.5 miles of my house! Time to get me some Chick Fil a in my belly! read more

I went on a Monday afternoon, right at lunch time and there were a ton of people in the drive thru line, but it took maybe 3-4 minutes tops. They had workers outside with tablets taking orders and moving people along, and the person at the window providing the food, greeted me by name. The food was hot and it was very quick, so in my experience, this Chick-fil-A has their process down. Their waffle fries would be worth the wait even if it took longer.
