People for the most part rarely surprise me...however today was a pleasant exception. Or should i say an exceptional human behavior. The day manager named Luke trusted a fellow human and allowed me to feed my children and heres the kicker, my credit cards were at home...so he had the grace/trust to allow me to call that afternoon to pay for my order over the phone! Saving me the long drive back and preventing the kids from sliding into "hangry". Let me clarify something too, im not a fan of fast food but it's the only place around these neck of the woods near my daughters sewing class. It just happen to be at this chicken joint. One of the better Chick-fil-a locations in the area. Ample parking and dual drive-thru ordering lanes. If there is one thing daddy doesn't like, it's waiting to get his chicken fix, and that never happens at this place. Service is top notch, and you can actually understand what the person taking your order is saying through the speaker! Not only that, but they are also overly polite and make me feel like I am doing them a favor by stuffing my face with their chicken and waffle fries. Strangely many of the staff look like the Children of the Corn, but they are certainly well mannered. read more

This Chick- Fil-A was placed in a great location with just minutes from One Loudoun. I used to have to go to the Sterling one, but with this fairly close restaurant I can enjoy my food with just a quick car ride. They provide the customers with great service. I arrived and the food was ready in less than five minutes. I am very pleased with quality of food and this restaurant. I would definitely recommend this location! I hope that this Chick-Fil-A continues to be a well-functioning one with nice employees. I ordered fries with chicken nuggets and they tasted very delicious. Not only was I pleased but my whole family was very happy with the service provided to us. The staff are very polite and quick at work. I will definitely be back here soon! read more

I got out of work this morning and decided to get something to eat at the nearby Chick-fil-a, I usually get the Chicken Biscuit, so I made the mistake of ordering "The Biscuit", when I got my order all I got was a plain Biscuit. So, I went back to the line, to BUY the right item, I even paid for it. Unfortunately, I made the comment that I wouldn't get in the car and get there just to buy a piece of bread. The employee, who may've very well been the Manager, went out of his way to point what and idiot I was for not ordering correctly, even though I had already paid for the right item and wasn't complaining, except for my silly comment. When I noticed the attitude, I asked him to cancel cause of "I didn't like his attitude" and he said he didn't like my attitude either. Like I said I just paid for the new item, wasn't requesting an exchange or blaming anyone. Well this is the last Chick-fil-a gets my money, I can get chicken in bread, pretty much anywhere, but good service, apparently not. read more

All of our families love chick-fil-A! And this one is the nearest one from our house. Their service seems nice, because they delivery your food to your table. We were enjoying our lunch until fly bugged us. I told the person who looked like a manager. He told me there is nothing they can do to get rid of the fly. This is the cleanest fast food place I've ever been in VA. The food is great for the chain. I was very surprized The staff is always super polite and acts as though they've been dying for you to come in so they could assist you. This is the only chick-fil-a I've seen with a play area. It is neat. An co-worker and I where in the area and had some time before our meeting. Even with the line It was quick service and the staff is so friendly. I was impress. I love Chick-fil-a I probably visit one at least twice a week. I love the food and the service. However this location is probably the worst one I have visited. My order has never been wrong until I visited this location and they have gotten my order wrong multiple times. This evening for instance I ordered a meal, there were no fries in my bag and I asked for no pickles and no cheese on my sandwich which it had both. I understand if this happens every once in a while. But I would say ever other time I visit this location my order is wrong. The reason I visit this one is because it is very close to my house. I will need to find another one to visit on a regular basis. Attention to deal is def. needed here. read more

I have to give a shoutout to this location. I had placed a mobile order for the drive thru. As I was leaving the parking lot with my order an employee was running out into the main road flagging me down. As I stopped and rolled my window down he said "Here are your sauces we forgot to put in with your order." Can you believe that!!!! You can't service like that at any other fast food restaurant. This is simply the BEST Chick-fil-a, and I go to a lot of them. I like to use the app, but at a lot of locations you can't use it for dine-in, which is a real pain. Here you can. So I just order before I get out of the car, go inside, pick up the thing for the table, and wait for my order to arrive. No standing in a long line. The food is always good and the employees are great. Also, while this location does a great business, it is not as incredibly busy as some locations. You know what I mean, where the drive-thru line goes around the building and out into the street. The only thing I don't like about this location is that it can be difficult to make the left turn you need to get back to Highway 7 after eating. They really need another stoplight or at least a 4-way stop. read more

I've only ever been to this Chick-fil-A, and I've only been twice now, but I'm so hooked. Fresh cut flowers out on the tables and they bring your food out for you. Steve is the nicest man on the planet. But I'm not surprised - the owner, Bill, can be seen bussing tables, taking your garbage, and refilling drinks.
