I am not sure what happened to the quality of this location. I have tried giving them another chance.... But each new visit just had problems. CFA used to have the best waffle fries. This location seems to be lacking in their fries quality. Their fries are oil soaked, dark brown and tiny pieces. Today I got a full deluxe meal with cheese, lettuce and tomatoe. The cheese was just slapped on. Sloppy. I also got a single spicy chicken sandwich. I was redeeming a reward for this sandwich. When I pulled up, the woman at the window immediately said " we do not honor these on spicy sandwiches". I said, oh it says "spicy" right here on my app. All she said was "oh, ok". I used 800 of my reward points to get a medium mac and cheese, to find out when I was leaving the restaurant to go on my road trip, I found that it was not in the bag. I sadly lost 800 of my points for nothing and was not able to turn around to complain so that is why I am writing this review so a manager may review it so this does not happen to anyone else. I wanna start out by saying this chic fillet has Horrible customer services. June 1st 2024.. I went inside to place an order.. I was missing 2 items from my order. I was never once given a recite for my order. When I called back they claimed " I never placed those 2 items with my order" when the cashier clearly repeated the items back to me ‍ then when I asked for them to make it right.. they said they couldn't. Another great day to visit Chick-Fil-A! I got my usual: the 4 piece Chicken Strips meal, with Sweet Tea. Today's service and food were perfect! The food is hot, the service is sweet. Their attention to detail included punching the tea button on my drink lid and displaying the food on the tray almost good enough to just take a picture of it. Their drive thru is long and sometimes it takes a while but their sandwiches are always good. It's so close to my parents house that I make it a point to stop while I'm visiting them. I have picked up my order from the inside or drive thru, next sat there to dine. Their variety of sauces to dip the waffle fries make my day. My niece who is a picky eater loves their plain chicken burger with nothing inside it beside the chicken and burger buns. She always likes it and eats the entire thing. I am a fan of their spicy chicken burger and it never disappoints in freshness. If you in the area stop here for a quick bite to eat. This is only the second Chick-Fil-A that I have visited, but the chicken is just as succulent and delicious as my first experience. I'd like to say that Grandma's chicken was just as good, but that would be a clucking lie. No, hands down, Chick-fil-A is chicken excellence beyond compare. The only reason for a four star rating here is simply the drive through line. For some reason , the scissoring effect of the two lines merging was just not working this day. Very well kept Chick-filA restaurant. There is plenty of parking. The eating area is kept clean. It gets a high volume of customers during peak Lunch and Dinner times. Staff has always been friendly and professional to me when I eat here. It is conveniently located off Route 7 with easy driving access in and out of the parking lot. If you need to "Eat more chickin" and you are in Ashburn, I recommend eating here. Also has kid playground for those will little ones. read more

We love our Chikfila but this past Saturday was not an enjoyable experience. We placed our order with our 2 grandchildren and went to sit down by the playroom. The first table we got to was not clean and full of crumbs. The second table we tried had several fries scattered underneath. Finally we sat a table that looked clean. When the food was delivered it was not up to the standards we expect from Chikfila. The fries were limp and not even warm. The grilled chicken sandwich was tasteless. If we were not with the grandkids we would have taken it all back and complained. But when you have a 3 year old and a 5 year old waiting to go in the playroom we just went ahead and let them eat. Overall the associates were great as they usually are but the cleanliness and food quality were way below what we expected at Chikfila. The last time we ordered pick up from this location we experienced similar results with the quality of the food. Hopefully this location will get better soon and we don't have to try somewhere else. read more

This review is about the unsafe driver on the road on a stormy day on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 @ approximately 6:20pm. I am a mother who had just picked up my baby after a long day of work. My commute is long and about an hour each way to and from work, plus having a baby in the back seat. I always drive in the most far right lane for slower drivers. As I was making my exit at Ashburn Village Blvd from the 7 West, along the road it was pouring today with the storm, flash food, and tornado warning, so I drove slower than the speed limit to be on the safe side. The exit into the ramp said 35 mph, and I followed exactly this limit. As I looked over my rearview mirror, I noticed a white car tailgating and pushing me to go faster. At some point, he was even trying to swerve to the left to harass and cut me off on a 1-lane road. Finally, when we got to the traffic light, it opened to 2 lanes, I took the slower right lane to turn left while he switched to the far left lane to turn left into Ashburn Village Blvd. That's when I was able to see that this rude and reckless middle age driver, not to mention being stupid on a rainy day, was driving a car with the infamous Chick-Fil-A, all around the car. I had to snap the picture as traffic was at a stop at the red light because I noticed just how unprofessional this person was, while driving and representing the place I frequently go with friends and family. While I was very disappointed and upset, I remained calm because I needed to make sure to keep driving at the speed limit or a little slower on the far right lane for slower traffic because me and my baby need to make it home safe. I'm writing this review to share my negative experience about the lack of common sense and curtesy on the road by an employee from a well know food company. Did this idiot realize that it's very dangerous and reckless to try to perform a speeding act on a rainy day? Not only that, tailgating is the major cause of car accidents? What the crab was he in such a hurry for that he ignored the speed limit and safety precaution he learned from Driving school? Did he even think twice how he could hurt not just one but two people in the car in front of him on a rainy slippery day? What if I had a heart condition, or if it was an elderly who may suffer a stroke or heart attack, or hypoglycemic, that cause them to hit the break as a natural reflex. Would he have enough space and time to stop his car in time without crashing from behind? What if the break of the car in front of him does not work properly? Would he be able to stop his car in time? How many idiots getting in the car but never think twice about safety and use common sense. I wonder if he made two extra $ for the day that made it ok for him to harass other drivers on the road, without safety considerations??? Chick-Fil-A at George Washington needs to retrain their drivers and hire people who put safety first on the road instead of reckless drivers who only think of a few dollars tips for speedy delivery!!!!! Unbelievable how these people sell themselves short for a few bucks and disregard basic driving rules. They often wait until an accident happen then either get confrontational, defensive, or offer pretentious apologies! I am so sick of these fools on the road! I'm glad my baby and I got home safe and sound, but it was quite a scare for me being on the road with an idiot tailgating today. How stupid that he didn't even care that he was representing the company he was working for on the road. Chick-Fil-A's head quarter will hear about this negative experience from me again. I put specific information in my order for it to be delivered to my room which is on the first floor but the driver didn't follow the instructions and left it at the front desk. I called the location and spoke to a manager who advised the driver was new and May didn't read the instructions. While on the phone the hotel front desk called the in room phone to advise the driver left the food and didn't want to deliver it to the room for some reason. UNACCEPTABLE! read more

CFA is my favorite fast food restaurant. This is by far the worst CFA service and food quality I've ever experienced, and I've been to a LOT of CFA's. The manager should reconsider the employees he/she has hired because I am incredibly disappointed every time I visit this location (more than 10 visits). Despite this location being the closest CFA to my house, I will be driving the 6 miles out to the BEST CFA in this area (Edwards Ferry location near Target and Costco). Also, there's a reason there's never a line outside of this CFA. On my way to the Edwards Ferry CFA :? UPDATE: LOL. I didn't feel like driving far for dinner so I gave this Chick Fil A another chance. TERRIBLE DECISION ON MY PART. They had me repeat my order multiple times and they still messed it up. I normally love chick-fil-A and am impressed with how they handle long lines at the drive through. This location is the exception. I ordered a sweet ice tea and asked for light ice. When I get to the window the ice tea was FULL of ice. I told the young male at the window that I ordered light ice. He gave me a dirty look, poured out half of the iced tea, and handed me a half empty cup of sweet ice tea with no ice at all. This place is right near my work and I constantly crave a seemingly healthy fried chicken lunch. I have gone here for lunch or dinner many times over the past year and I've never had a bad customer service experience here. The drive thru usually has a pretty long line but it always moves fast--so does the inside part. The people working here are extremely friendly and never rude or act like you are hassling them. The service you receive at this establishment is very different fro service at other "fast food" places. The restaurant has ample parking and seating.
