I had no idea what to do but I knew that I needed everything that was on that computer. Afraid that my hard drive died I called up a friend for help and he recommended Sun Telesolutions because he had used them and was very impressed and I must mention they come out to you. When I called them, I explained what happened and they listened to every word. it was easy to schedule an appointment and what's even better is that when the IT Tech came out to my house, she was able to find the problem, recommend a cheaper solution and she fixed it! This business knows what they are doing and are great at their job. It's nice that I don't have to unplug my computer and take it to a store where it could take days to get it fixed. They come out to you and do whatever they can to solve the issue on the spot. I would highly recommend Sun Telesolutions! There is no doubt if any of my computers fail at my business I will call them again.

She was very, very patient when it ran into a glitch and gave very freely of her time on two days to resolve the issue (she worked both at our apartment and remotely). We couldn't ask for anyone better than Belia for getting things done correctly and quickly when it comes to various PC and IT problems. I would highly recommend Belia to anyone looking for quick and thorough help. She is also a great communicator, so you never feel lost at sea, which can often happen when everything goes kaflooey with one's IT. A really great experience working with her!

I brought my desktop computer in on 12/30/22 to get it repaired because either the motherboard or power supply burned out. I brought the computer in, left it with them, and went about my day. I hadn't heard back from them by 1/4, so I gave them a call to see what the prognosis was. The staff confirmed that the mother board blew out so I asked them to have the tech who was repairing it call me so I could talk to them about the best option to replace the motherboard. The staff (the owner I think) said the tech would call me. Several days after with no call, I call in and the owner tells me the tech will call me back Monday. Monday comes and goes and over the next ten days I call about 6-7 times to speak to the tech who will always "be in later" or who is "on lunch." After about 15 days of no contact from the tech and never being able to get ahold of him, I asked them to reassemble my machine so I can pick it up later. I come in a week later and I'm charged $20 for them to return my computer. I end up paying $25 since he only wanted cash and I only had plastic on me. I would not recommend this place, it felt very unprofessional and a bit suspicious.

Not only was he able to recover the data from my crashed computer at a VERY reasonable price, but he was also able to recover files from a failed portable hard drive for my sister several years later. His patience and level of explanation during and after the recovery process were very thorough and helpful. I'm grateful for all of his hard work and his willingness to answer any questions, even well after the project was complete. The company offers a variety of technological solutions which are SUPER helpful and range from small, quick fixes to major, recovery and server creation options. I have recommended Inspector Technic to several friends and family members who were satisfied equally or greater with the level of care, delicacy, and professionalism provided. I will most certainly be back whenever I have a computer issue or need technological advice.

I dropped my Macbook one time and my hard drive failed. I took it to the Mac store downtown and the Macnician, and they were not able to recover the data. In fact, they referred to companies charging upwards of $700 with no guarantee that my pictures would be recovered. I hated the thought of losing pictures of my 6 month old son. I found Ronnie on Thumbtack and he is incredibly personable. He made it incredibly convenient for me to drop off my drive and pick it up from him. He also charged a very reasonable amount for the data recovery (the best quote I had) and was able to recover all of my son's pictures and other archived pictures that I thought were just gone forever. He did all this very quickly (within a week) and just provided excellent service. He is the epitome of what a small business is all about. I highly highly recommend him for your data recovery needs!

The owner, Raymond Vasciannie…read more(goes by Sean), recommended a new motherboard, as he said my current NZXT N7 Z490 was dead. I found a compatible, refurbished model online (Z590), which he installed, and returned my PC. Shortly after, Raymond reached out, asking for details on my old motherboard, claiming he had a similar client issue. This was unusual given that my motherboard model is rare. Later, I discovered a Facebook listing posted by Raymond, selling an NZXT N7 Z490 marked as "used"--posted shortly after our conversation. I later found out that the same listing was made on OfferUp. I grew suspicious, as the listing perfectly matched the markings on my old, dead board. When I asked him to return my old motherboard back, he agreed and immediately deleted the listing. He returned my motherboard but insisted that he'd sold another client's board, denying that the listing was of my board. Despite clear evidence, he stuck to this story and dismissed my concerns. This experience has raised serious concerns about Raymond's honesty and integrity in handling client property. I'd advise caution to anyone considering Nestech Computers, Inc., as I believe my trust in Raymond was severely misplaced.

Apple quoted over $350 and required me to go to a local store, schedule an appointment, and wait for the repair. I could not interface with anyone at Apple, but had to click through multiple links. Meanwhile, I called New Era, and they messaged me back immediately, saying they would look into my request. They offered me a time that worked for MY schedule (within their working hours) and quoted $100 less than Apple. In addition, they offer pickup and drop-off! My phone was knocked off a table and landed straight on marble screen side down. There was total darkness on the screen as well as in my life. While I am not glued to my phone on social media, like most people, I do it a lot for making reservations, Yelp check-ins, emails and text messages to a few people. I do have a second phone, so all was completely loss, but this was my primary phone. As it was a Friday night, I reached out to a few places on Yelp and New Era was the only place that responded right away. The Doctor and I were scheduled to leave town the following week and I was trying to get the phone repair ASAP to take with me. Juan was very responsive and took care of me right away. The repair looked amazing with the screen working as intended. Unfortunately the damage was not just with the screen, but far more extensive than initally thought. Not sure what happened during that fall, but the phone would not stay connected to network, even though my second phone as well as The Doctor/Queen's were fine. I ended up needing another phone, which was needed as I wanted something smaller for going into my smaller Louis Vuittons. But the work that Juan did was amazing and fast, and the price was just right. I am going to take in my HP for a rehaul, just haven't had the time to do so yet. But I will be taking it as well as some other ones in for additional memory, etc. to improve the performance.
