She is so hard on electronic equipment, like my mom...think it is in the blood. Anyway, she somehow broke the molded piece where you insert your power cord. No idea how she did that, didn't even know it was something you could break, but there you are, it's The Queen. Anyway we took her computer in to Chat Tech Solutions to see if they could fix it, The office is small but so cute. Very open space and lots of natural light. The gentleman who was working there was very pleasant and offered us beverages while he assessed the damage to the computer. He called someone because he was not sure if the repair could be done and it turns out, they do not do that type of repair because it requires soldering. However he was kind enough to recommend another place of business, which is where we ended up going to get the repair done. For me that shows a wonderful regard for taking care of the customer, even though they did not make the sale. I will definitely consider them for other work that they can take care.

I bought it in and explained the issues. Three days later, they called me and said it was ready to pick up. When I brought it home, it worked like a gem. I can honestly say I've had no issues since that time. The work they did was amazing and they even threw in a free mouse at the time because they were worried the one sent to me by the manufacturer was adding to some problems. As proof of what I'm sharing, here's the service sticker atop my computer. Note the date. Simply put, they are miracle workers. Yeah, you may have to wait a few days but it's well worth it!!!

    The delete key on my MacBook Pro stopped working on my work computer, so I had to quickly get it…read morefixed. I spoke on the phone with them first and made an appt for the next morning to get it looked at. The total charge included getting my battery replaced as well, which is something I've needed for the last year. Luckily for me it was a great 2 birds one stone deal. They did everything by the next business day and everything worked as expected. 50% deposit and balance upon completion. Super straightforward. The best part is that they are professional, communicative, and you can tell they aspire to high quality all around in their operations. I'll be coming to them next time I need a repair or upgrade.     I was initially very pleased with the quick turnaround and friendly service when I had my iPhone…read morescreen replaced. They were pleasant and professional and we exchanged a bit of humor over the phone and in person. Unfortunately, just two weeks later, a noticeable black blob appeared on the new screen near the Dynamic Island. This looks like OLED screen bleed or a defect. The phone has remained in a case with a screen protector the entire time and has not been dropped, bumped, or otherwise mishandled. Given the timing (only 2 weeks after installation) and the specific location of the spot, this issue is almost certainly the result of either a defective replacement screen or a problem during installation (such as trapped dust, adhesive, or pressure damage). It is not consistent with normal use or accidental damage. I offered to bring the phone in so they could inspect it in person, but they declined and immediately dismissed the warranty claim without examination. While I understand repairs aren't perfect, I'm disappointed they are unwilling to stand behind their work and honor the warranty on what is clearly a post-repair defect. I went from a satisfied customer who would have returned and recommended them to someone who can no longer do so. Potential customers should be aware that warranty support may not be reliable here. EDIT: Contrary to the response below the phone was never physically inspected. Rather, the response was based on a set of photos sent showing the issue which, alone, would be virtually impossible to come to a conclusion of physical damage versus defective product. As a customer, you are in a no win situation here as no matter what happens they are going to blame you and not the manufacturer or installation for the problem.

He explained the technical aspects of bikes, as well as my specific needs (i.e. this is what a fixie bike means and it's probably not the right bike for yiu because such & such, etc...). He then sent me various options and I ended up buying one of the bike he suggested. I highly recommend Christopher for your biking consulting needs!

    I can't recommend Chris Mich enough! I've been working with him every few months for over a year…read moreand a half. He is incredibly patient, kind, and smart. I'm not a total techno-phobe but as a senior, I am definitely in need of Chris's ability to meet me where I am. We have worked on organizing files and folders, saving my photos, clearing out old passwords and other security issues, and more. We're not done yet but we're getting there! Chris always sends a summary of what we accomplished and a to-do list for in between sessions, should you so desire. Although my intention is to do my "homework," TBH, I rarely get much done in between visits. Chris never makes me feel foolish or lazy! Also, know that you don't need to have several sessions. It really depends on how much you need to do and how much you can do on your own. Truly, if you have tech needs from a compassionate and focused perspective, Chris is your person!
