Came here after work to get duplicates of my apartment keys. FYI: it says their hours are 24/7 but if you want keys made in their shop, they close at 8pm. Anyways, super fast service. I got copies of 3 keys and it came out to be about 8 dollars. Definitely would recommend them for their services. read more

I'm quite happy with the work done. The lock on the front gate of my apartment building broke and you couldn't open it from inside or outside. One locksmith said that the entire mechanism would have to be replaced and that it would require welding; another locksmith said that he couldn't help because that type of lock doesn't belong on a gate. A Chicago Locksmiths employee came out locked at the lock, correctly guessed that only the latch mechanism was broken and then replaced it with a spare one he had in his truck--all in under 15 minutes and for a fraction of the price. read more

Needed a locksmith to get inside my car. Found them on Yelp and gave them a call. They arrived approximately in an hour and a half. Was $150. Seemed a bit steep on the price, but it was an emergency. And is better to pay more for a trustworthy locksmith than a low rate, unlicensed locksmith. They were nice and professional. We had our lockset replaced on our front door. While the technician worked very hard to get the installation done correctly, I was overcharged for the parts. After researching the lockset cost online, I was charged 4-5x what the parts cost online. I called customer service to see if there was a mistake, but they said once the sale if final, they cannot honor revised pricing. I won't be using them again, and you should question parts pricing if you do. read more

And they stand behind and warranty their service. They installed a front gate lock back in May.
