Francisco was super helpful in cutting my key. Quick, fast and friendly service! Highly recommend.

I called around to a few places to get a replacement key for my vehicle after breaking the key in the ignition. They offered roadside or at location services. I decided to come down to the store. Francisco was a great help. He gave me the option to do the full fob or just the key without the remote. I am on a budget so not needing to replace the fob saves me a ton of money. Prices are the lowest I have seen and service was excellent. I would for sure use them again if needed. read more

We called the dispatch on a Sunday afternoon because my parents lost the keys to their Jeep while visiting. They were polite and quickly connected us with a locksmith. Robert from the Ravenswood location came to the rescue. He was able to get into the car and program a replacement fob in about 30 minutes. He was extremely friendly and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you Robert! read more

I was locked out of my apartment and luckily I live right next door to these guys. It was almost closing time but Frank not only assisted me by contacting the emergency service (my phone was not with me) but sat with me in the office until they arrived. Nathan arrived with a mask and gloves and was persistent in unlocking the common area doors as well as the apartment door. He was also able to put a new cover over the lock and rekey it to my existing key. They were lifesavers! read more

I gotta tell you, these guy are really good. Robert came out to my place, I accidentally threw out my car key, with no spare ( long story). He had two keys programmed, up and running in 20 minutes. They were awesome and I would use them again in a minute. Ask for Robert, he was fast, professional and easy to work with. Great experience in a stressful situation. Thx Robert. read more

I manage rental properties and after having worked and tried multiple locksmiths, Chicago Locksmith is the only company I use now. I've never had a bad experience with them and I actually get excited to work with them because they make it so easy for me - I sadly can't say that for all vendors I work with. Addie in the office whim I usually ask to make appointments for me is so efficient and sweet. My trusted locksmiths are Tory. Steve was recommended to me by Tory when he was not available, and Steve and Javi came to my most recent appointment - they were wonderful! Just like Tory, their personality was nice, they worked clean and professionally, but they were friendly and just so pleasant to work with. I understand that they now have 2 office locations. I'm glad to know that whenever and whatever locksmith needs I may encounter, I can always call Chicago Locksmith 24/7 and I don't need to freak out. Thanks guys so much! read more

Very quick service! Very friendly as well. My friend locked her purse in the care and it was out within 45 minutes. Highly recommend.

I have a spare, but not with me... Jeep needed all the working keys to reprogram them otherwise they wouldn't work. If I had a spare, why the heck would I need them to make another one??? Tom came to me in under an hour, and took about 10 minutes to make/ program the key. Really honest and friendly guy, made the whole thing painless. Cost less than the stealership to make a Keyfob (I called to price) and no waiting rooms or car sales men, bonus! read more

If you have a luxury vehicle with an advanced security system, Tom is the ONLY person (besides the dealership) who can get your keys from a locked trunk. I was pissed because I had already paid one company to come out that could open the door but couldn't open the trunk. After calling another 10+ car locksmiths who were unable to unlock a Mercedes-Benz trunk, I finally got routed to Tom. Tom said that not only could he open the trunk, but he could also MAKE A KEY for my car on location. I was skeptical but desperate at 8pm on a Friday so asked him to come. He arrived within 20 minutes and was very personable as well as professional. I opted for having a key made and I was impressed when he completed the job in less than 30 minutes. Tom's prices were very reasonable and his workmanship was impeccable. I would recommend Payless Keys for any car, but especially luxury vehicles. Don't waste your time calling anyone else. Thanks Tom for saving my weekend and hundreds of dollars! read more

It's the holidays so it's stressful enough. But I have to admit that you guys came to the rescue when I needed you the most! I was in trouble locked out of my car. With my three kids but. Thankfully with just a call javier came by in 15 min to save the day. He was very nice and super helpful! I couldn't thank him enough for getting me back on track with the errands I had to run. I bought some key fobs for my car and they were the cheapest of several locksmiths that I called! The guy was super friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely use their services again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a locksmith. read more

My Grandmother's big oak hope chest has been a part of my family for over 100 years. It has a wonderful lock but the skeleton key went missing. I called 24/7 Locksmith and was encouraged to bring the lock mechanism in so we could see if a handful of old keys might work. They didn't, but the locksmith offered to try to adapt a key because he had the equipment for this on site. At the end of the day, he called and I now have two keys to the chest. His efforts were more an act of kindness than anything but clearly this is a business to be trusted and one that went beyond my expectations. I will go nowhere else for any lock needs in the future. It should be acknowledged. Great place! read more

Dealer wanted to charge me 275 for new BMW key. Something told me to first search other options. Glad l did. Paid about 40% less. Tom returned my call while l was picking out appliances at Lowes and agreed to meet me there at 8pm. He arrived at the stated time and was finished by the stated time. He made me a new key, programmed it and simply by touching it, miraculously got my old key working also. I wasn't able to lock my doors without being locked out of my car because the fobs stopped working. My car sat unlocked for a month and l finally saw evidence that someone had rumbled through it while unlocked; so it was time to get the new key. Tom is professional, smart and really down to earth. I enjoyed talking with him while waiting for him to finish. I was so impressed l offered a tip but he humbly refused. I'm referring all my peeps to him. Thank u Tom! read more

Andrew with Chicago Locksmith came by our office to replace our locks. This guy was so passionate about his job, the way he was replacing the locks and explaining the process to me was actually pretty cool. A true expert in the locksmith field. You can tell he loves his job and respects the company he works for cause he was representing like it was his own. Great reflection on the business and it's management. I had to take some pictures while he was working because that's what I do for work. I make sure an excellent business is recognized. The price was ridiculously low for the type of work this guy did. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. If you want a trustworthy, efficient, affordable locksmith you need to call chicago locksmith cause these guys are truly the best!!!  I'll be using them again very soon at my house when I install my new doors/door knobs and locks. I walk past Chicago Locksmiths on a daily basis and decided to go in yesterday and get 2 sets of keys for my apartment. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice and helpful, and told me it wouldn't take long to get the keys ready; I was expecting to be around for at least 10min but he had them done in about 2min! Fast and great service, the keys work just fine, and price was very accessible. I'll definitely be going back there! read more
