They were more than helpful help figure out my problem. You just don't see that kind of customer service these days. I was very impressed with their knowledge and service. He helped troubleshoot the issue by phone. AND it was past their closing time. Unfortunately, I purchased my tub from a company in Columbus. They sent a tech (in the loosest since of the word.) and charged me almost $700 to come and check it out. they replaced a fuse and off they went. Needless to say, a huge waste of money. I will give all of my future business to Spa Direct and credit is to Ralph. He is very knowledgeable and more than happy to help. Great Job!

Columbus Pool Works responded with a very accurate estimate to restore the pool. In only three visits they balanced the chemicals in the pool and installed a new port on my Hayward filter. Shane C. and his assistant were punctual (informing me of their approach to the property), knowledgeable, attentive, and efficient. My pool opened June 23 and I couldn't be more pleased.
