I had been trying for at least 4 years to obtain a new filter for our hot tub through our local spa…read moremaintenance technician, but they were repeatedly unable to find the correct replacement for us. Needless to say, we were getting concerned about the ability of our old filter to keep our spa water clean. I found Agean Bath and Spa during a Google Search, and they seemed to have the filter we needed, so I placed an order. A wonderful Agean representative named Zach quickly contacted me to confirm the dimensions and specifications of our current filter to ensure he sent us the correct one. I was genuinely surprised that he took the time and effort to do that, and, of course, he sent us the correct one! Amazing! We are very pleased to have a new (and correct) filter for our hot tub. It works perfectly, and the price was very reasonable! Thank you, Zach, and thank you, Agean!

We had them back out 3 times since then and told them there must be some filter issue and they weren't able to figure out what was wrong. We got this info from another company, who was able to fix our almost failing filter and save us from a huge cost if it were to go out. Their employees are curt and rushed. They don't even knock on the door to tell you they're there, but then charge by the hour, I guess on the honor system. They don't take the time to explain anything and try to get in and out as fast as possible without you even knowing. They also gave us incorrect information about how to take care of the chemicals, and never took responsibility for their poor service while charging exorbitant prices. They will always find a way to give you the run around. It took weeks to get our pool clear, and only because we moved on to another company. Once they have your credit card on file, they'll charge you WITHOUT showing you an invoice first.

My friend recommended I check out Carr Supply's showroom and I was blown away. I had no idea this place existed, and after checking out a lot of other showrooms and even trying to piece together our design plans with stuff from all over, I'm glad we decided to come in here. Their staff is very old-fashioned; friendly but not pushy at all. They have a few design experts on staff who guided through fitting our entire kitchen, baths, and upstairs private bath. I'm writing this review because I wanted to give a shout out to Magi, who patiently guided us to what we eventually wanted and made sure everything made sense and was uniform with the design of our ktichen as well as fit the aesthetic we were trying to achieve in our new house. The best part about it was that we could get virtually everything in one place and it ended up being a lot cheaper than sourcing it at our other stops, which I was told because Carr is a wholesaler unlike a lot of other places. I'd highly recommend this place if you're remodeling, building, or just looking for a new shower! Thanks Magi!
