Our experience was terrible. We had a non working hot tub and the techs came out 3 different times…read moreand were still not able to fix it. We lost $1,900 and didn't have a working hot tub. We ended up using Ohio Spa repaid and it was fixed right away. We had a service tech, text me, complaining about me and when I responded, he said it was meant to go to the owner. The owner did not seem to care at all about our frustration. We were not aware of being charged more each time, until we got our credit card (just kind of assumed they would come out and fix their mistake). I will continue to share this story with anyone who will listen, as it was very stressful (the person who referred Rainbow Hot Tubs is no longer using them either after this experience). I shared on social media and it sounds like a number of people were not satisfied with their service either.

They sent a tech (in the loosest since of the word.) and charged me almost $700 to come and check it out. they replaced a fuse and off they went. Needless to say, a huge waste of money. I have to get my soda from a soda machine because the RPAC in the basement near the lockers only takes payments from students and facility who are members of the RPAC, but they have huge space for working out, taking fitness classes, and another pool that has 8 lanes (25 yards) that has a movable floor and waterslide area for families. I had been trying for at least 4 years to obtain a new filter for our hot tub through our local spa…read moremaintenance technician, but they were repeatedly unable to find the correct replacement for us. Needless to say, we were getting concerned about the ability of our old filter to keep our spa water clean. I found Agean Bath and Spa during a Google Search, and they seemed to have the filter we needed, so I placed an order. A wonderful Agean representative named Zach quickly contacted me to confirm the dimensions and specifications of our current filter to ensure he sent us the correct one. I was genuinely surprised that he took the time and effort to do that, and, of course, he sent us the correct one! Amazing! We are very pleased to have a new (and correct) filter for our hot tub. He did just enough work to get each of the "deposits" needed to start the next phase. He did shoddy work throughout, but because we are not pool experts, it looked good enough to the naked eye. He kept promising that he'd be back to finish the job, but once he got 90% of the contract, he disappeared. To echo the only other review, if you decide to deal with this person and/or company (and I obviously would NEVER again and wish I had never), do NOT pay them any money until the work is completed.
