The sales, delivery and setup in October 2025 was good. Had an issue with the clips that hold down the cover when it was delivered and am STILL WAITING to get resolved. AS is deflecting to the hot tub top supplier but that's about it. No action. No status update. Nada. Having to put weights on top is not a good plan. Even with that we still get plenty of heat lo$$ by not being secured...Hoping for a call soon. Also hoping for a power all hit.... read more

I would not recommend this company at all. Service when I brought my hot tub was fine to earn my business, but after a few year having the hot tub started having leaking issues they treat you like crap. Talk to you in very rude especially the Service Manager Mike R. I had to begged and send mutiple emails and make calls just to be put on schedule. I would take my business elsewhere I wish I would have pick a different store to get my hot tub from. But a lesson . read more

The hot tub service is almost non existent. 8 days ago i called in a service order because my 12 month old hot tub has the circulation pump locked up. After contacting them 3 times, I was told it will be another week or more untill they can come out. i now have no way of keeping the unit from freezing up in this weather. All Seasons was really great as my partner and I purchased a hot tub this fall. We went in several times and talked to multiple sales people, all of whom were patient, answered all of our questions, explained the differences between models, and gave frank options when asked. When we did decide to purchase, they were able deliver quickly, and on top of that, they called say they could deliver even earlier than originally scheduled. Bonus: the place is a total vibe. In Aril 2023 we bought and had installed 90 miles outside Columbus, a Jacuzzi hot tub purchased from All Seasons after looking at other stores in Columbus over the course of the winter. The show room and salesperson, Jeff, were superior to the other locations Delivery and installation by All Season went smoothly. Being our first time as a hot tub owner, we had periodic questions. Our salesman, Jeff, patiently walked us through all of our questions. When he is not in, one of the others does the same. All are equally nice and immediately helpful. I was prepared for a terrible experience. Did not disappoint. I already did my homework else where, which I highly recommend doing before coming here. I am a young non white customer (Native American) and worked extremely hard for what I have. Walked in and not a single greeting. People walking past me avoiding any eye contact . A minute later a white couple; older couple walked in. They got immediate and prompt service. Offered beverages. They made sure they were well taken care of. I already knew what I wanted. Tried to get someone. After about 20 ish minutes someone finally says hi. But is clearly inconvenienced when I ask if I can purchase the tub shown. They kept trying to talk me out of the sale. Delivery was going be to long, we don't carry the color I was looking at, it might be to expensive for me. Clearly judging and discriminating me based on my age and skin color. I was after the hot tub, not the experience. If I could have just bought online and avoided the middle man, everything would have been good. At the end, I ended up making the purchase and the white couple just left and said we will think about it. Moral of the story, it's 2020 young non-white people are also just as successful too! read more

I wanted to take a moment share my experience while dealing with All Seasons Spa. I recently purchased a hot tub then had an electrician provide the necessary "connection." However, this was not performed to specifications and in-turn impacted the unit. At this point, I am desperate and called the Service Department. And here is where the rating review comes into play. The first call to the service desk was made and met with professionalism and he truly felt my disappointment in the unit not working correctly. Mike returned my call and asked some basic questions attempting to trouble-shoot the issue. He then went above and beyond by responding to my home (on a Sunday after normal hours). Mike continued to provide me with a high level of technical support, expertise, and most importantly, he has the unit up and working perfectly!! It's not often you find someone so dedicated, personable, and committed to ensuring the customers needs are met in every aspect. If I could give this place 6 stars I would. They made my hot tub buying experience as smooth and painless as possible. I received my tub and filled it up. While it was heating the relay on the tub stopped working and wouldn't heat my tub past 98 degrees. I contacted them to let them know what was going on and they promptly sent out their technician and was able to quickly identify the problem. Let me start by saying that the best part of our experience was the delivery/set up crew! They have earned a solid 5 star rating in my book. I was amazed at how gracefully they put our swim spa on the steep hill in our back yard. Very friendly crew who also did a fantastic clean up. The customer service experience, however, was pretty bad. Actually it was terrible. We ordered in July and were told by our salesman, Mike, that it would be delivered in September as they custom make each spa. That was perfect for us as we were also building a deck around the spa and the deck guys were schedule to come in sept also. I will spare all the details on how my calls were not returned by mike during the month of sept, but I finally got an email oct 4 saying sorry, the spa was delayed but would definitely be here by oct 15. After several more unreturned calls, I got another email saying it would now be early nov. Long story short, we took delivery of the pool nov 27 but there was no cover. Salesman mike said it would be here soon. My husband had to finally stop in person to talk to mike since he quit returning my calls again. Again he promised us the cover soon. I finally called the manufacturer yesterday to complain and we magically got our cover today. Coincidence?? We lost the good weather of the fall and the enjoyment of our spa and our still to be built deck ( now that we have the cover, we can fill it with water to make sure it works before we box it in with the deck). Again, delivery crew was EXCELLENT!!! But will warn anyone who will listen about purchasing from this place. Do not expect ANY support from the sales team after you have given them your hard earned money. This spa was the price of a new car. Even car salesmen show you how to set the radio. read more

We bought a dynasty hot tub from All Seasons Spas roughly 2 years ago and have had nothing but great experiences with the company. Service on the hot tub has been quick and very well priced. Kelly from the service department spent nearly 45 minutes with me going over my options, providing instructions and giving me some great suggestions and tips. I made it obvious that I wasn't spending a ton of money and she still took an incredible amount of time to help. I stopped at another store in the area and as soon as they figured out I was spending $5000, I was treated like I had the plague! When I outgrow this tub, All-Seasons will be my first stop!!! These guys are real pros. From the selection process to the installation. No pressure, no last minute add ons. When they delivered the tub the site was in an awkward location in the side yard.
