Columbus Pool Works responded with a very accurate estimate to restore the pool. In only three visits they balanced the chemicals in the pool and installed a new port on my Hayward filter. Shane C. and his assistant were punctual (informing me of their approach to the property), knowledgeable, attentive, and efficient. My pool opened June 23 and I couldn't be more pleased. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Pool opening wasn't finished because of a leak in the pump, pool opening never completed. Customer service in trying to dispute the charges and the unauthorized cleaning (because pump wasn't working) has been atrocious, some of the rudest emails I could imagine. I would not recommend this company to any private homeowner. Stay away from them. You have been warned.

He did just enough work to get each of the "deposits" needed to start the next phase. He did shoddy work throughout, but because we are not pool experts, it looked good enough to the naked eye. He kept promising that he'd be back to finish the job, but once he got 90% of the contract, he disappeared. To echo the only other review, if you decide to deal with this person and/or company (and I obviously would NEVER again and wish I had never), do NOT pay them any money until the work is completed.

They quickly assessed and tested the plumbing and found no other leaks. I am having the concrete skirting around the pool removed and fresh concrete poured. The know issue is being addressed and Scott and Conner made sure no other problems exist. They even offered to get a quote on the repair of the skimmer, which I took them up on.
