You don't pay for the services until their done (not even a deposit). When I went to pay i wanted to use a credit card, but there was not someone in the office to take it, so I gave the painter a check. I called the office and let them know I really wanted to use a credit card (b/c I was trying to earn points), and they told me no problem, shredded the check, and took the CC payment over the phone. In every aspect this company exceeded my expectations.
