They have replace my builder grade AC unit with a fantastic heat pump to have very efficient heat and AC. We have a natural gas furnace so this gives us a "duel fuel" system so we can pick whatever energy price is cheaper. We also had them replace our builder grade gas furnace which was starting to develop a crack in the heat exchanger. They are very friendly, courteous, trustworthy, no high pressure sales tactics, good prices PLUS they are a small business company (which is what I prefer to deal with).
