I have no idea whats goig on but this place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. How do you have staff answering the phones when they know zero about the pool, motor, filter system, financing, cost, they know nothing which would be ok if the owner or someone that has the answers is at the store or available to take a call to answer questions. It took us 2 weeks to get answers before we ordered the pool. Now no one can tell us where the shipment is or give us the number to reach out to in order to get our answers. They won't issue a refund because its a special order! Excuse me it is a standard pool that you order all the time Im not sure how that is a special order. Now we are out $16,000.00 and still have no pool. Don''t go here it is not worth the stress. read more

Awful customer service. The representative that was present when I arrived acted like she'd never heard of a hot tub before. She told me to email their customer service for clarification. I did and received no response. I called a week later and I was told that they probably couldn't deliver since there were only two guys that could move the tub. I was told to provide my information (again) and someone hopefully would get back to me. That did not happen. How these people are still in business is beyond me, especially considering I called a competitor and they responded immediately and guaranteed delivery in ten days or less. I have been dealing with them for years every since we got our first pool in 2010. They have always been fantastic and answered any questions we have had with our pool. We returned last year to buy our hot tub from them and again the service we have received from them was amazing. They answered every question from the moment we walked in the door to look at them to just last week over the best way to control water quality. When they delivered the hot tub they were very professional and went over everything with me about the chemicals and how to make sure the electrician got in the correct panel etc. They were amazing. read more

Needed a couple of last minute items to get our pool opened up for the season and wouldn't you know, this Lancaster store is closed ALL weekend..MEMORIAL DAY weekend, you know, the fairly official pool-opening weekend?? This is just the frosting on an already disappointing cake with this store. Selection is poor, knowledgeable assistance is hit-or-miss and timing your needs (as if you always know when you're going to need something) with their cushy schedule is frustrating. They're the closest pool supply to us but who cares.. save yourself the frustration and drive elsewhere! read more

When buying what I would call a luxury item, I would certainly expect better service. Communication was poor, after service was poor, knowledge was poor. It was one excuse after another with no follow up or follow through. Nothing about my experience with this company was positive, sadly. I will drive to Columbus before I EVER give them one cent more of my money. Just horrible! read more

I purchased an inexpensive part and it turned out to not be the correct size. When I purchased the item I was told that it fit 99% of all vacuum hoses. 24 hours later Rainbow would not take the item back because the package (a plastic bag) had been opened. The part (Hayward Skim-Vac) was not used - it was just the wrong size. It's not the money (just under $20) it's just bad business and poor customer service. I won't be back as there are too many other options, i.e. merchants that are more interested in making sure their customers are satisfied and do take merchandise back whether it is opened or not! read more
