As I said, 'Let us know when the 5 business days have PASSED' (that would have been the morning of 9/27). You did not reach out again until 7 days later (10/3). I have sent proof of another check being sent out, and have attached again. Would you like us to come to Mexico to deliver the cash or should we leave cash at a house where we know the account holder is currently not there on vacation? This is why we send checks through our bank so we have full accountability and records, we do not deal with cash.

Their service has always been excellent for us whenever needed, so I don't understand the negative reviews and sorry those peoples experience has been different. People, do your homework first..this company is no different than many other pool company's. Mathew is nothing more than a salesman, he's not a pool installer. We had them back out 3 times since then and told them there must be some filter issue and they weren't able to figure out what was wrong. We got this info from another company, who was able to fix our almost failing filter and save us from a huge cost if it were to go out. Their employees are curt and rushed. They don't even knock on the door to tell you they're there, but then charge by the hour, I guess on the honor system. They don't take the time to explain anything and try to get in and out as fast as possible without you even knowing. They also gave us incorrect information about how to take care of the chemicals, and never took responsibility for their poor service while charging exorbitant prices. They will always find a way to give you the run around. It took weeks to get our pool clear, and only because we moved on to another company. Once they have your credit card on file, they'll charge you WITHOUT showing you an invoice first.

I wanted a Mitsubishi system--and what do you know, he revealed to me that my other Mitsubishi quote from another dealer was full of bunk. Go figure. So, I took him up on his offer. I asked for quotes on both the low and high end system; I chose the low end system. Here's where it gets interesting: they brought the high end system instead, due to some paperwork mixup. They spent about an hour figuring things out for themselves, and in the end came to me with the offer: "we'll just let you keep this and get it installed today for the low end system price, it's just easier". I took them up on it. The installers were great, thorough, and efficient. Here it is 5 months later and 22 degrees outside, and all is well. Thanks for reaching out, Mackenzie. It worked out well.

I had an issue with a garbage disposal that was installed to replace a leaky one. After the person…read moreleft, I discovered that it was still leaking at the joint between the gd and the drain. Original person was not responsive. A friend recommended G&M. He discovered that he installed the gasket away from the drain instead of at the joint, and that's why it was leaking. He also discovered a small leak at the drain on the other side of the sink and fixed that. Finally, he installed new kitchen fixtures that I supplied. They responded promptly and had an available appointment much sooner than I expected. The plumber was professional and friendly. They did the job right for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

The person dropping us the part told the plumber (no issues with him or his work) it'll be 10 min to deliver the part, we agree to wait and do the job with them. He never shows up and now another guy is 10 min away... A quick 30 min job is taking triple the time and counting...
