I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star review if there was a 0 star review I would press the shit out of it. This car wash is the shittiest car wash places anyone can go to. So my car has black cloth seats which means it can easily soak anything up. Well I came here and they cleaned my car very mediocrely (I went home and washed the shit and dirt that they didn't get) and when I opened my passenger door the passenger seat was completely soaked and I was pissed off. Wet cloth not dried properly can get mold and I paid $17 to get my car back worse than before. And I went back an hour later asking them to dry my seat, but guess what they only took a few towels and pressed down and put a plastic bag on top of my seat which only makes the seat dry slower. I was beyond pissed at this point because I thought they would at least take some effort and time into fixing my soaked car seat, but instead they said take it back home and put it out in the sun that'll fix it. The customer service was shit and I have been coming here for such a long time and this is what I get in return. I swear to god I can open my own car wash and do a better fucking job than this place. (Warning if you are thinking of giving this place a try, keep your doors closed so they don't get your seats wet!) read more

Though it may be a bit more pricey that other "coupon focused" car washes, the few bucks that you pay is well worth the quality and completeness of the service. The use of air hoses to make sure water doesn't remain in window and side mirror channels keeps the car clean as you pull away. The speed of service is usually 15-20 minutes or shorter. I'm considering the monthly program, which basically gives you a free car wash each month if you do it weekly. read more

Had my car window replaced by an auto glass specialist. He said the break in my window came FROM THE INSIDE! It was not from a "pebble" like the manger kept saying, it was from a hit from the inside. I had my leather cleaned so maybe they hit it with a spray can? It is too bad that a business will not take responsibility for an accident that is THEIR FAULT!!!! I've frequented this establishment several times and it's great! Unless you're getting your car washed. Worst car wash I've ever had. Will never come back to get car washed here. The attitudes of the people washing the cars is poor. You have the occasional people that care. But for the most part I feel they just don't care. I hate to complain but I've given this car wash a chance more than once. They don't ever vaccum well, wipe off interior well, or windows. Guess when you pay for presidential car wash and have an older car they just don't care. I finally today complained about the wash and pointed out what was wrong. I'm done with this car wash. Beware! If you use their car wash services and your car has low profile tires, there is a chance that your wheels could be damaged! I've had wheels on two different cars suffer from chips/scratches due to the rail that guides the car through their wash. When I complained to the manager, he said "that's impossible, you must have hit a curb" - which is highly unlikely since the damage was on the front drivers side wheel only. Besides I'm the only one driving the car, so I would know whether I've hit a curb or not. Also keep in mind that the car wash attendants drive the car onto the rail - which is only on the drivers side. If you take a look at the entry to the rail, there is exposed metal in a few areas. So attendants that aren't lining the car up correctly could scrape your front rim against the metal sides of the rail - which is what I believe happened to my wheels. Now, depending on the style of your rim and how far the tire sidewall extends beyond the rim, you might be fine. But I'll never go back there again. read more

Not really happy with the car wash I got this morning. I got the #2 option, which costs $19.99 plus tip. My windshield still has some dirt and there are random spots where you can tell they didn't wipe well. The trunk area specially. It didn't even look like it got washed. That's a whole lot of money for a lackluster result that I got. The only reason I gave them an extra star was because the people were nice. read more

The 3 stars is for the gas station and juice bar. The car was deserves only a 1 star. I've actually had my car washed there 3 times, I don't know why the first visit was terrible. The car was is a terrible service for the cost. They pretend to vacuum. All 3 times my interior looked exactly the same as when I arrived. I drive a 4 door hatch back car and somehow by there rules have to pay an SUV up charge... absurd. There are plenty of other decent car washes to go to where the staff is friendly and actually works hard. I wish this was place was good since it is the closet to my house and I like the turtle pond, but never again. read more

Had my car "detailed" here today. 3rd time for this car. A car I've passed from 1 teenage driver to the next. Have had all 5 of my cars washed at one point or the other here as well. I rarely go back now. The prices have gone up & the quality has go way done. I just finished detailing the car at home that I paid to have them detail this afternoon. Even the outside wash was only as good as a gas station drive through. Save yourself a lot of money and go through an $8 drive through and finish the wash at home.These guys do a lousy job then complain if you mention anything they missed or worse, try to sell you a separate detail package for something that should have been done with a basic wash and vacuum. Their Subway is average and convenient. I can recommend that. read more

I'm the type that would rather wash my car myself thank spend money and be disappointed because I know I would do a better job than the people just trying to get through the line. I decided to make the drive down jamboree from Irvine because I was fed up with the spots close to home and thank goodness I did. I was lucky enough to get there at 10:30 on Friday and I made it in time for the early bird special which gave me $3 off. From the moment I drove in to the moment I left it was less than 20 minutes. Each employee that saw me had the biggest smile on their face and said good morning and asked how I was. I realized I didn't have cash for tip and dreaded using their atm because of atm fees but they allow you to get up to $20 cash back at their counter when you pay for your wash! Yayayaya! The nice thing about this place is that they clean your tires with armorall as part of the basic wash. In Irvine that'll cost you extra. They don't provide an air freshener for free (unless they just didn't offer it to me) but that's ok, I'll take the tire detail any day. I had a sweet drink spill in my cup holder on a hot day and it dried with the paper straw wrapper in it and essentially became hard as a rock. I had tried for a few weeks to chisel it off but I couldn't get it to come off. Without mentioning it to the guys I got in and the spot was gone! That was the cherry on top. My car looked fantastic, so much so that I drove all the way to Alton close to the 405 to pick up my husbands car and drive back to be washed. It's worth the drive, and the fact that it also has a subway and cafe attached is awesome. The second time around the guy put a towel on the floor before I got in the car so that my shoes didn't dirty the interior. Needless to say I tipped them well :) read more

Just went here for a regular car wash and was very impressed with the quality of services they provide here. There is a subway inside and a small deli outside. There is also plenty of shaded areas to sit down at and enjoy the fountain. There's 2 turtles in the fountain that were especially entertaining to watch while we waited for our car. They wiped my car down more than any other car wash has. They also has a $3 off special while I was there and have other offers like 20% off detailing on certain days of the week. I rarely write yelp reviews but I hope I can save some people from the disappointment I experienced today. After reading the positive reviews of this place, I decided to spend $100 dollars for a mini detail + seat shampoo for my grimy car. I had high expectations given the price I was paying and I even clarified beforehand that all the dirt and crumbs would be removed from all the cracks and crevices. I was reassured of all my concerns. The car looked great at first glance but on my drive home I started to notice areas that were still sticky and grimy, like the cup holders. I took a Clorox wipe and wiped down the dash and cup holders and the wipe was filthy. Makes me wonder what I paid $100 dollars for. What a waste. read more

Been a customer here for 8 years, very standard/mediocre service, just close proximity to my house. Recently decided to get a car wash, I STRONGLY suggested you don't. The attendant at the carwash entrance was rushing me out of my car, so I forgot my brand new iPhone 5 in the cup holder. Didn't realize it til about halfway through the wash and asked if I could retrieve it when they were drying the car. Ask the guys who were drying my car if I could get my phone....the guy hands me a my iPhone....BRUTALLY BROKEN AND SMASHED! Looked like someone had thrown it on the ground. All of a sudden, all of the workers "forgot" how to speak English and no one would admit to it. Quickly ask for the manager and explain my story...He immediately calls me a LIAR and REFUSED to show me the surveillance tapes of the carwash area. He was soo rude, he even denied my handshake upon meeting him. On top of that, their carwash put a gash in my newly powder coated wheels. Manager also accused me of being a LIAR and stated "it's not my problem" I now avoid this place like the plague and they have lost my and my family's business for all of our cars. If you want to be treated like a CRIMINAL after being a loyal customer for years, please visit this terrible gas station. read more

Arguably the best car wash in Southern CA! The wah and services are too notch, they offer subway sandwiches, delicious Keenan coffee, and located in a great shipping center. I usually run over to Albertsons and pick up a fee groceries while they wash my car. They have planty of shaded areas and a beautiful water fountain that houses a family of adorable turtles. I was babysitting and pulled up to their menu to check their prices. They seemed fairly reasonable. I decided to get the basic car wash. The owner or manager saw me looking at prices and came over to give me a $5 off coupon card for every time I end up at Santiago Hills! I thought this was very good customer service. The Auto Spa is the only carwash I will take my cars too. I have a monthly membership because it pays for itself plus savings if you get your car washed every week. The guys that work at the auto spa are efficient and never forget to clean my cars perfect. If I were to find something that they didn't do, they fix it right away. The prices are fair and reasonable. The service is a 10/10 and they never seem to disappointment me after 10 years of car washes. Had an absolutely horrible experience at the car wash today. I have been going here for over 5 years and have also gotten a small discount for being a member at the neighboring gym which helped to bring the overpriced car wash to about the price a car wash should be. The "manager" treated me with complete disregard and disrespect saying that they NEVER gave discounts for that and basically made me feel like a liar rather than explaining that either a mistake was made or policy had changed and they will take care of it this time. I mentioned I was here just recently and got my normal discount he proceeded to tell me it had been a few months since I was there. Does it matter?? Customer service 101 is to treat your customers with dignity and respect. This is clearly not how this business runs, at least not anymore. The car wash itself is fine but it's not a $25 car wash. I've been coming here off and on for years. I stopped coming because there are better places at lower prices. I went again this past weekend and as usual they did not clean all my inside windows. I always mark my back window with a hi-light marker as a test and sure enough the rear window was not cleaned. I asked the guy if he cleaned the rear window and he said yes, then I showed him the markings on the window and asked him to clean the window. I didn't tip him. This is common in all car washes but this one seems to be one of the worst. read more
