I had the worst experience I ever had with a car wash manager. Loui was the rudest, most inconsiderate person I have ever met. I took my Porsche in for a quick wash before I left on vacation (I usually take it to the hand wash place at my work). I have taken my Lincoln Navigator there before many times, they don't do the best job and they are on the expensive side but it's convenient. When I got home from the car wash, I noticed scratches on the hood of my car where it looked like they used a Brillo Pad. I took some pictures of it but couldn't take it back in because we had to leave to the airport. The first day I got back, I took the car down there to talk with the manager to let him know what had happened. Without even looking at the car he said they would never do that and called me a liar. I then showed him the scratches and he said we didn't do that and that he wouldn't do anything about it and again said I lied. I obviously will never do business there again and would strongly suggest others do the same. read more

Through my 4 year experience with this shop, I would not recommend this shop to my friends if they ask. I think this shop is okay for basic repair services, but not for further preventative services for your car. I had no choice because my car was a company vehicle and had an account on this shop. Last year, I bought the car from my work, and moved in a new town. And for last two months, I had to have repair services again for the same problems, which they repaired a year ago. Yesterday I took my 1977 restored 911s Porsche to the auto spa. I wasn't quite sure if my car was ready to be washed yet due to the new paint. I contacted the manager Loui and asked if it was safe to wash. Loui immediately assessed my car asked a few questions and assured me my car would be safe to clean. This is a first class establishment!!! Car Wash is spectacular and I have two cars with low profile rims and tires and they have never been damaged in the seven years I have been going there. The gas station, mechanics and convenient store have all treated me VERY well and are full of friend attendants. Came here 2 weeks ago, At first, I was unsure of what to do.I had just driven in from Michigan and my car was filthy. But, an attendant came by and helped me out right away! After 30 minutes It has never looked so clean. The attention to detail is outstanding and I was very impressed. Biggest tip I have ever given at a car wash, and I will be going again. I needed to get my car wash yesterday and decided to go here even though I stopped going a while ago as the service was progressively getting worse. It's been a while so I thought I would try them again. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. The work was very poorly done. Outside of the vacuuming which was fine and that they are friendly, the rest of the work was terrible. Lots of water spots left or never dried, the dash didn't get wiped as well as the doors never got cleaned. Scuff marks that were there before the wash, were still there after. The windshield and side mirrors had streaks all over them. It was very rushed and unfortunately very poorly taken care of. For that kind of money $30 with a tip, it should have not been this bad. read more

I used this car wash for several years but once in a while I've gotten a poor quality car wash. However, the last car wash was the worse. The sprinklers on our association property left some water marks on the paint and glass of my truck. The employees appeared to clean my truck pretty well but when I got home, I noticed that they removed none of the hard water marks. I took a rag with some "CLR" and easily removed the water stains. Later I noticed that they did an equally poor job cleaning the inside, especially the front window. Maybe the reason I'm so mad is that I tipped the guy $7.00. Brought my volkswagen van in for a car wash. It's a hand wash place so I was not concerned about damage. As I left the rear window wiper was on and water was squirting straight out. When I got home I noticed the plastic spray nozzle was ripped away. When I brought the van back to show them, the manager said it was impossible it was them. I must have done it myself, and just blaming them; therefore I was lying. Just be warned. If something happens to your vehicle while there, don't expect any recourse. It is a nice carwash, but a pissed-off customer will tell 10 people about their experience, and I am one pissed off customer. read more

The service is ok. I took my car in for interior carpet shampoo, vacuum and hand wash. They charged me $39.95. The guy who wrote the ticket told me that they would vacuum and clean the seats, floor and shampoo the carpet and hand wash the exterior, clean the tires. I did not know that they would shampoo the car with just the solution and a piece of cloth. I brought it up to the manager (maybe owner? Older gentleman). He said that he'd been doing it this way not with the machine. After it was completed, I drove off to work. I then found out that they did not clean any of the seats nor the cup holder (All the stains were still the same). I drove back to the car wash on the way home from work and I talked with the manager. Instead of acknowledge their errors, he turned to me and stated the $39.95 wash does not include the cleaning of the seats or the compartment. If I want, he can do it for $100. What kind of service is that? I have spent not $15 regular car wash but $40 and I do not expect my car was still filthy with the stuff left behind. I will never bring back my car to this place again, not even for a fuel pump. read more

This is a seriously poor quality car wash and expensive. I normally have my Denali washed by a group of guys that go office to office and wash cars. But today I really needed the car cleaned so I thought to use my local car wash. I paid 26.00 for wash and wax another 12.00 to wipe down the interior. when I arrived to my what they called a finished vehicle. I looked at a few details to find nothing on the interior had been touched except for a quick vacuum not spectacular there was still small rock particles in the carpet. I expressed my unhappiness to which they grabbed a blow hose blew the dirt around a lightly wiped the leather off with what I believe to had been windex. Who wipes their leather down with windex??? I will not be returning to this place ever again. And I have never heard of a car wash charging 12.00 for wiping down the interior of your car. I am super in satisfied. In the cute I'll stick to the car wash guys who come around the office at work. read more

I have been a LOYAL customer since 2000. Louie, David and the crew take excellent care of my vehicle and my monthly wash needs. I would highly recommend this business and the crew running the ops to anyone. Additionally, if you have an issue Louie and David take care of the issue to my satisfaction. I took my 6 year old car here to be detailed before we sold it. My car was absolutely gross after years of kids sticky goop stuck on the inside. They made it look brand new, I was shocked at how good it looked. I highly recommend them! I also take my cars here for regular maintenance as well. This is a first class car wash! I get my car washed weekly and they always do a great job plus everyone that works there is so nice. I also recently had my car detailed and they did an amazing job. The coffee shop inside has excellent coffee, cappuccino, espresso and healthy juice drinks, they also serve breakfast sandwiches and wraps at very reasonable prices. First off, I pull in with my dirty cx-5. There's 2 cars being helped I front of me so I pull in behind the one that they finish helping the man first. While I'm waiting patiently, a man in a Mercedes pulls in next to me. Who they help first? Him. Really?!?!? So I let them help him to see his this plays out. Any apology or extra given to me for being patient? Nope. So then I go in to pay, and notice they want to charge me more for an SUV. Really? My little 5 seat car? I get to the cashier, complain to her Im pissed about the whole experience, she gives me $3 off (she's the reason for 2 stars). Then I wait, they finish with my car fairly quickly and I'm not one if those jerks that walk around the car and inspect everything before giving them a $1 tip. I usually tip well ($5 for a $20 wash) and assume they did their job. Nope. Got home and opened the trunk, they never vacuumed it. Sand all over still, which is pretty much why I went to have it washed. Had to get out the car vacuum and vacuum it myself. Not going back. read more
