I had been procrastinating on getting my mani/pedi because of the bad experience I had in Milwaukee right after I moved here. Since then, we have finally found our home in Pewaukee and I knew I had to find a place. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile by the owner and he took me to my chair right away. I was assigned to Suki and she was just a doll! She took very good care of me and she was such a delight to converse with, I didn't even sleep during my pedi like usual. Although it was more expensive than what I am accustom to, it was definitly worth it. (the pricing back home is more competitive due to supply). The chairs, tubs and stations were obviously new, but you can tell that it is very well taken care of as the staff takes pride in their stations. I booked my next appointment with Suki and am excited to call Lavish Nails my new home :-)

I really enjoyed this dark space for the pedicure and it was very relaxing. I couldn't figure out the chair on the height for the massage as I'm short and so I gave up. I was looking for a good massage and I was not disappointed. I will say my feet were rough when I got home so don't think she got the bottoms of my feet very smooth. The only annoying thing was when I came in most of my gel had already chipped off but they charged me 5 bucks to remove before even diving into pedicure. I have had hundreds of pedi and never seen that charge. Also she simply just got out the drill and blasted it off in about 1 min. No different than wiping off regular so no wrapping in foil or soaking for 10 min so that was kinda cheap on their part to nickel and dime. Initially intending to continue IPL treatments, I was persuaded to try this new peel that was marketed as gentle and convenient with no downtime. I found no reviews online regarding this product and put my trust in the personnel working in the Medispa at Spargo. There were four sessions spaced a week apart. Despite following all post-treatment instructions--applying the recommended Factor 5 facial mask to soothe my skin and maintain hydration--I encountered significant problems. Rather than seeing healthier, rejuvenated skin, I developed large red spots and severe dryness after each peel. I was told my face would look so much better after a week or two. The discomfort was substantial, and even with additional application of lotion and Aquaphor, my skin's condition worsened. Makeup failed to conceal the marks and I was told after the 3rd treatment that I needed to do 4 even though I planned on stopping due to the effects on my face. Although Spargo refunded the cost of my final treatment, the damage is more than when I started. I was hoping to get rid of age/sun marks on my face this product was terrible for me.
