She took her time and put in so much detail on making sure the cuticles were perfect, the nails filed flawlessly and polished to perfection. I really enjoyed this dark space for the pedicure and it was very relaxing. I couldn't figure out the chair on the height for the massage as I'm short and so I gave up. I was looking for a good massage and I was not disappointed. I will say my feet were rough when I got home so don't think she got the bottoms of my feet very smooth. The only annoying thing was when I came in most of my gel had already chipped off but they charged me 5 bucks to remove before even diving into pedicure. I have had hundreds of pedi and never seen that charge. Also she simply just got out the drill and blasted it off in about 1 min. No different than wiping off regular so no wrapping in foil or soaking for 10 min so that was kinda cheap on their part to nickel and dime. I think they also charge you a fee to use a credit card which I don't know if that's legal these days

While I waited I sat in the cutest green chair and could look at the pedicure options in a booklet resembling a wine list. I thought that was much nicer than the laminated sheets you usually get handed elsewhere. The location was clean, the options and prices were reasonable and everyone was very friendly. It was very nice to see staff and customers engaging and laughing together - making it feel a little more welcoming. Sarah even offered a drink while I had my pedicure, which is always a plus! I usually try to wait to write a review of salons until I know the polish holds, but it was such a nice experience, I had to post. I'll just have to update soon. I'll certainly be back - and try to use their online booking system to plan ahead next time...

We both chose the $40 pedi that ended up being $60 each. gel nail polish was $15 extra! for this selected package it included nail and cuticle trim, soak in blue water. sugar scrub, menthol clay that only goes on the front of your legs, hot wet towel wrapped around them, scrubbed with purple scrubby, and painted. the tech didn't scrape off dead heel skin at all . some salons use a grater some use a heel shaver but they did neither. when she scrubbed the heel she did it so lite that it did nothing. So i left with dry dead skin heels. i kept getting burned by somthing in the tub soak it felt like hot metal. for the both of us it was $125 dollars. i thought that was really pricey considering the condition of my heels when we left. the best part about this pedi was the nail polish color selection and time spent with my daughter.

That said, I would say consistently the quality of work is on par with some spas that I pay 3x s as much more. Most important I don't leave with cuticle cuts. I hate those. My recent experience with the FactorFive Renew Dermal Solution Peel at Spargo Spa and Salon turned…read moreout to be far from what I expected. Initially intending to continue IPL treatments, I was persuaded to try this new peel that was marketed as gentle and convenient with no downtime. I found no reviews online regarding this product and put my trust in the personnel working in the Medispa at Spargo. There were four sessions spaced a week apart. Despite following all post-treatment instructions--applying the recommended Factor 5 facial mask to soothe my skin and maintain hydration--I encountered significant problems. Rather than seeing healthier, rejuvenated skin, I developed large red spots and severe dryness after each peel. I was told my face would look so much better after a week or two. The discomfort was substantial, and even with additional application of lotion and Aquaphor, my skin's condition worsened. Makeup failed to conceal the marks and I was told after the 3rd treatment that I needed to do 4 even though I planned on stopping due to the effects on my face. Although Spargo refunded the cost of my final treatment, the damage is more than when I started. I was hoping to get rid of age/sun marks on my face this product was terrible for me.

I've gone to 2 other places in Waukesha for pedicures and they don't come close to this place in terms of cleanliness, their attention to detail and to their patron's comfort. While the manicurist was super nice and chatty, Tihn was all business while working on my toes, and I really appreciate that. She can focus fully on what she's doing without having to worry about entertaining me, and I can just sit back and fully relax focusing on the comforting sensations I get from a spectacular pedicure.
