What a lovely experience. I walked in this evening fully expecting to be turned away for a mani/pedi but the staff assessed their appointments and gave me an accurate estimate of how long I'd wait (10 min). While I waited I sat in the cutest green chair and could look at the pedicure options in a booklet resembling a wine list. I thought that was much nicer than the laminated sheets you usually get handed elsewhere. The location was clean, the options and prices were reasonable and everyone was very friendly. It was very nice to see staff and customers engaging and laughing together - making it feel a little more welcoming. Sarah even offered a drink while I had my pedicure, which is always a plus! I usually try to wait to write a review of salons until I know the polish holds, but it was such a nice experience, I had to post. I'll just have to update soon. I was given two different prices for a toenail polish change. Then to make matters worse, the tech was instructed NOT to cut my toenails; just to apply polish and top coat. I was appalled that basic toenail clipping was not a part of a $15 polish change. And I didn't receive my discount for paying in cash as they have posted. read more

I've had 2 full sets and 2 fills and they are always super nice and my nails end up exactly like I wanted! I strayed by going to a different salon for a soak off and went right back here for my next set. They let me wait in the massage chairs when I do have to wait but it's never very long! I think this place is racist and they cater more to the white population and they are rude and disrespectful to the black population and I think it's really unfair because we are paying customers to and we deserve to be treated like human beings as well. I called in to get a polish change and my eyebrows waxed and they did a horrible job they rushed with everything but they didn't treat their white customers this way. I called a month ahead of time to make an appointment, when I called to confirm my appointment they never had it booked they said she went on vacation. my pedicure was average but when I wanted a design the guy that worked there said he was the artist. I showed him a design & when i was done it looked nothing like the picture. it was a smudged blob that was supposed to look like a design. i had to go home & re-do my polish. My toe nails were not even totally polished there was spots you could see the nail. I recommend not going to this place as there are many other in the area. read more

Called to schedule 4pm reservation for pedicure yesterday. When I got there, salon was packed. I was immediately placed at pedicure station for foot soak. There was no ability to turn on jets to have a spa soak. I brought this up to staff and was told they were all being used and I would get this later in the appointment. A half hour passes and no service. I would have left if my feet were not wet (which I believe is a purposeful tactic on their part). Lady comes to start pedicure and places device in foot tub to create bubbling. By then, water is cold and she never offered to drain it and refill. She starts pedicure and then gets called over to take payment from previous customer. I feel like she rushed through the service as it didn't even take 30 minutes total. I don't understand why they scheduled me for 4pm reservation if they couldn't accommodate at that time. I would rather have come at a different time or on a different day to avoid the wait if they would have been honest with me. Part of the problem is they agree to take anyone who walks through the door without a reservation I observed. I did not walk out of the place until 5:30. It was a big waste of time on a beautiful day! Not sure I will go back. read more

A friendly, clean and professional salon. I felt welcomed, and enjoyed my manicure. Lots of colors to choose from. Color did start to peel on my pinkie finger within one week, and was starting to chip at the end of many nails. Not typical of my past experiences with shellac manicures elsewhere. read more

I take back everything positive I said about this place last year and change my 5 to a 1. It's clearly under new ownership AGAIN. I should have known something was up when I stopped seeing ads and coupons. The lady who owned it and ran it well is gone. Now no one seems to be in charge. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time for a pedi, watched 3 other people come in and get taken ahead of me before I finally said something. No apology. The salon is under new ownership as of relatively recently. New chairs, fresh and clean. They have a great selection of gel and non gel polish. I had a pedi, walked in on a Friday at noon, didn't have to wait. They do however take reservations. Pedi was good, I'll be back to try other services. read more

I had an appointment for Tuesday and when I got there they had to call the tech at home to come in. She arrived and didn't ask me what type of pedicure I wanted to get. I finally told her that I want a deluxe pedicure. She said okay and began using the cheese grater on my feet. I noticed blood on the towel and she reassured me that it wasn't blood. When I was done, she put slippers on my. I went to the drying station and asked her what I owed her. She said $45.00. I gave her $55.00. I noticed that in the price board it said Deluxe Pedicure $40.00. I questioned it and was told that the prices went up. I should have been charged the advertised price. I wasn't. I got home and my two big toes were sore and there was blood on the slippers. I looked at my feet and both big toes are scabed. She looked at me directly in the face and lied to me. She know damn well what she had done. She grated too much skin off of my toes. Now it hurts to walk and put my shoes on. Thanks for nothing. read more
