If you're looking for a clean, professional environment to get your nails done, Epic is the place for you! I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years; I have mistakenly gone other places and they have RUINED my nails while taking my gel polish off. Epic takes the extra time to soak them off and gently remove the old gel vs grinding them to oblivion. All tools used are sterilized and unopened until ready for use. Lots of pretty colors to choose from in regular, gel, and dip. Highly recommend making an appointment as they have many long standing customers. I'm hooked on Tommy! Coworkers recommended this place after my regular place left a nasty taste in my mouth. This place is clean, no children running and screaming inside. The staff is friendly, acknowledging and polite. Tommy is gentle and very very good and what he does. I need my old set removed and new set put on. I loved that he soaked and scraped off. My nails never hurt or bled. I will definitely be back!! read more

Myself, mom, 3 cousins, aunt and good friend came in to Epic Nail Spa on Saturday for 5 mani/pedi's & 2 manicures in preparation for my wedding this week.. We were in and out of the appointment within the time frame I expected to be there, even though the workers mentioned being short staffed due some unforeseen circumstances that day; we still had great service. They made me feel very special being the bride & made the experience extra fun. They also recommended something different for my nails than I was planning on doing and it came out EXACTLY how I wanted!!! Had an absolutely wonderful experience today! Recently moved to the area and was looking for a new Nail Salon, drove past Epic and thought I'd check it out. They were able to fit me in the same day for both a full set & no chip pedicure! Tommy did both services and took his time to make sure it was perfect and exactly what I wanted! The staff wears masks and they require customers to wear them as well. They also have plexiglass between you and the technicians. Overall I felt very safe. I definitely would recommend and will be going back! read more

If you're looking for a nail place, stop looking. I've been hooked into coming to this salon every two weeks and I NEVER thought I would be that person. First of all, I love the vibe in here. Second, the service is amazing. I type all day, so I'm looking at my hands. There are 0 imperfections consistently. The nail techs are very funny, personable, and nice. Prices are reasonable. If I could give zero stars, I would. I recently moved and was looking for a good nail spa. After seeing positive reviews about this place, I decided to give it a try. I told the person that my feet were very dry and needed extra attention, and she said okay. When we finished and started working on my hands, I checked my feet and they still looked terrible. I pointed this out to her, and she said, 'I'm sorry, we only do extra scrubbing for customers who specifically request it.' I won't be visiting this place again. read more

Dala did an amazing job I will making her my nail technician! She was patient and follow directions well understood that I was big on my shape and took her time and follow the picture I showed her very well I would of took my shape in a little bit more to make it more narrow but I truly have no complaints she did awesome...now I can go on vacation feeling complete and satisfied! The staff is very efficient. You just tell them what you want, then sit back and watch them work. Techs are friendly without being overly chatty. Prices are reasonable...take advantage of the cash payment bonus. I really love the fact that the salon is super clean. If you live in the area, it is definitely worth experiencing. read more

They had great reviews, so thought we would check it out. We definitely won't be returning. Felt like the pedis were rushed - as it only took them thirty minutes from start to finish on a gel shellac pedicure. My pedicures have usually lasted an hour, and that's without shellac. They were very nice though, so I have them the extra star. read more

My favorite nail technician I've ever had! Sue is the best. She is so good that you need to make an appointment about 2 weeks in advance. She does nail art and is down to do whatever crazy design I have in mind. I consistently run late and she is so accommodating that she just knows to schedule in an extra 15 min for me. The manicure she did for my wedding was absolutely perfect, a color she made from a few different paints and perfectly filed and shaped. I highly highly recommend her and Epic Nail Salon. read more

It is a cute salon & they have later appointments which is nice. Got a pedicure and the technician cut my toenail too curved and now I have ingrown toe nails which is frustrating because you go somewhere professional thinking you're getting a good pedicure but I should've known due to the roughness of the man doing my pedicure, made me bleed & filed my toes way to short. read more

I called and booked an appointment, same day. The salon is clean and beautiful. The workers are friendly and helpful. I paid $45 for a full set of acrylic nails, with gel polish. Connie did my nails. Germaphobes -- it's ok! This place is for you!! You get your very own nail files, so that is kind of cool. They have some sort of number system to look you up and get your same files back again. I wonder how long this is for... ? I mean if I never come back eventually they will have to get rid of mine, ha! Ok so, let's get to the nitty gritty -- the actual service. My girl was young and sweet... but (eek, sorry there's a but) she didn't do that great of a job on my nails and was slow. Usually I notice they do an extra swipe across the front tip of the nail so that that polish stays on longer. Boy people sure dont review here. I was here so I thought I should come in after the referral from someone at the farm supply store. So I had a great experience with Mary. She has transferred from a different location she said and her a few weeks. I'm glad! I had to do a repair plus pedi and fill with schellac. The massage chairs are comfy but not a lot of selection but it was enuf. My boney butt was comfy. Pedi was nice, oil massage ( my choice) , scrubbed my calluses and did ingrown without hurting! Mary also did my fill. She was very enjoyable to talk to. She fixed my repair and on with the fill. She did a pretty good job. I also got a cute little design flower with a swish. Cute! I did ask her to glue under my nails ( a little overkill there but ok) and one nail got away from her lol. She had to wipe some excess up which was ok. Then I told her I'm turning __ next week and got a Senior discount!! Wow so the $5 tip was earned!! She is a keeper!! read more

tommy is the best! these are the acrylics he did for my trip to maui! this is them about 2 weeks grown out and they're still perfect (and all 10 are still on!) this is the only place i will be going to, everyone there does exceptional work for very fair prices. my favorite salon in WI !!!! read more

Excellent service and they listen and do what you're asking them to do! I asked for "natural" looking nails and I got just that. they make sure you're satisfied before you walk out the door. I've gone here before but it's been a few years. Last time they only took cash or check. Now accepting card, whew. Went with a friend and got a no chip manicure for both of us. Both of our technicians were truly pleasant and professional to work with. We appreciated them fitting us in and providing excellent service. I moved here 3 years ago and started with Dala and now request her for all my appointments. She's attentive, pays attention to intricate things in your nails and she is very funny. It seems as they all are talented and appreciate coming to work. I'm particular (before Covid) and they're complying with cleanliness. We all make mistakes and if another hand wash is desired (forgotten) she has no problem doing it! I wash, you wash, and we do the best we can to both keep clean. Honestly she and I've always kept 'washed' from the beginning. I appreciate the smiles and enjoy my visits. I recommend calling and making an appointment soon. Treat yourself! I went to Epic nails for the first time least week, and it was great!! I got a shellac mani and regular pedi by Julie. She did a great job, was friendly, and really nice!! I love that each client here gets their own files and buffers! Word to the wise, they have different prices for cash vs. credit/debit, so bring your cash! Very clean and you get your own box for file and buffer! I've really enjoyed my first time at epic, everyone was very friendly and sitting back with a complimentary drink. They give you the best massages too! The two owners are very very nice and makes sure that you are comfortable. read more

The place is clean and the people are nice. I was looking forward to being offered a drink after reading reviews but I do think they do that any more. They had a pretty good selection of shellac polish colors. Not very happy with the shape of my nails - part of it is because my nails are very thin and weak after having acrylics - but after my manicure all my nails are different shapes! If you're in the area it's not a terrible place to go but the prices are OUTRAGEOUS, wish I had checked the price before starting my manicure because I would have gone somewhere else. $37 for a no chip manicure?? I've been to salons that are far less expensive and do a great job. Left feeling disappointed. read more

I was very impressed at the fact that she didn't try to rip my nails off instead she soaked my nails and little by little she drilled them off. When that was done she put the new set on and we got to the nail polish portion. I showed her a picture in my phone and asked her if she was able to duplicate it. She said yes. I honestly was shocked. The last place I went to said that they could not do anything they said they only did nail polish no designs. The girl that was doing my nails told me that she could do any design rhinestones it didn't matter what it was bring a picture in and she can do it. I was so impressed because I have so many pictures in my phone that I have always wanted on my nails. So she put a design on my nails with foils. I absolutely love them! She did an amazing job. My nails are perfect! She took her time and had patience with me. I will definitely be returning! I forgot the girls name that did my nails. I have gone to this salon a few times with no issues. I wasn't a regular but I go for special…read moreoccasions and have recommended several people their services. This last time changed my mind. I went with a friend, and she called to book the appointment weeks ago, with specific technicians. We get to the salon and I let them know I changed my mind and want gel now, not acrylics. A few moments after we walk in a woman comes in and says she has an appointment with one of our technicians. They let her know they overbooked and wouldn't be able to service her. The woman told the technicians that she had called a couple days before and scheduled, and they must've messed it up. Then the technician who's overbooked comes over and tells us we're going to switch so she can do the other woman's nails. To me, as a business, this is bad practice, you shouldn't put your customers in a position like this. I understand that mistakes happen, but they should've honored the people that made the appointment first. In hindsight, I should've advocated for myself better, but I don't think businesses should be putting their clients in this position. They had us sit down because they weren't ready, and we had to wait an additional 15 minutes. At that point I was on a time crunch, and didn't have time to go anywhere else. The technician who did my nails was very upset that I wasn't doing acrylics anymore, and asked me three or four times if I was sure. I didn't realize it at the time, but she cut my cuticle open, and didn't say anything about it. I got home and my finger was in a lot of pain. Bad communication and honoring clients who booked after your other ones is a no for me.

I returned to the salon on 1/5/26 to present my nails, prior to booking with a different nail salon to have my nails fixed, and I was told that there was no manager/supervisor on duty and that I should have returned after the first nail broke. I re-explained that I was in California from Monday-Sunday and could not return to have my nails fixed, and that I have never had this type of experience.The individual I spoke with did not convey any type of interest in addressing my issue and simply continued working on the client's nails, which she was currently working on. The nail tech was not at all interested in what I was showing her or explaining to her. I've never seen anything like it, in my entire life. I understand that having nail services done in the MKE area is extremely difficult, vs. the east coast, so I simply left her with "Your establishment needs to do better." Sadly I will not be back as we all try to find a spot where someone can take care of us and make us more beautiful, and locally support our businesses, but this is not the case. I've moved on and "nails crossed" they will prove to be worthy of my business and loyalty. Good luck out there!!!!

I was able to call the salon and they happily adjusted my change. When I arrived at the salon, I was given a book of options to select from. I did have to wait about 20mins to begin the service, but this was because all the nail techs that were experienced in dip nails were busy with other clients and they communicated this to me through the wait - which I appreciated. The salon area was clean, nicely lit, and comfortable. I'm very pleased with how my nails came out. Thanks!
