The techs did not converse with us at all, except to try to upsell us. The massage chairs were wonderful. Another patron who was getting her eye brows done took a phone call. She was speaking really loud for a good ten minutes. I suppose it's not the spa's fault but it really dampened the ambience. Maybe they could post a sign saying please refrain from speaking on the phone for the relaxation of other patrons. The worst part of my experience was my nail tech clearly had a cold or allergies because she sniffled the whole time.
