Jackpot! Or so I thought. I parked my car and I was walking toward the door when that open sign was suddenly dark! Oh no, I thought. Just my luck... I turned around and sullenly walked back to my car. But from behind a voice shouted "what do you need?" I turned and found friendly man and politely said, "pedicure?" Savior! Just like that the man took me inside and said they could do a pedicure. They explained it was a slow night so they were closing early but he saw me as he turned off the sign and decided to usher me in! Not only were they nice enough to take me in, they did such a good job on my pedicure! My feet look great! The salon was clean and orderly. Employees were so nice and very welcoming. I am a new customer of this little salon! They are a more appointment only kind of place but they do accept walk-ins. They do accept credit cards but seem like a more cash friendly place. They offer drinks, water, soda or wine. And they also have a punch card for regular customers. All around great place. Lesson learned: schedule nail appointments. Will return soon!

I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years; I have mistakenly gone other places and they have RUINED my nails while taking my gel polish off. Epic takes the extra time to soak them off and gently remove the old gel vs grinding them to oblivion. All tools used are sterilized and unopened until ready for use. I don't usually do such extravagant things like get my nails done every 2-3 weeks, but my cuticles were bleeding. Washing my hands like I have to in the hospital was causing my nails to split down into the quick. Everyday my hands were bleeding. Jackie recommended this oil that I put on my cuticles after washing my hands. I did it faithfully. After 3 sessions, my nails are gorgeous. The hospital has banned acrylics, so I only does gels.
