Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for a pedicure and they got me in right away. Small salon but very friendly staff. Only about 4 pedicure staff but they did a nice job! I would suggest an appointment time just in case! read more

I love Andy & K. They are the sweetest people, the prices are totally fair, especially as someone who comes in from big cities. If you become a regular they always find a way to fit you in! I get acrylics and they look so natural & thin. They give great advice on which shape or color that goes with that shape. They've done coffin, square, oval, stilletto on my nails and they really stay up with the trends. I always go here when I'm in Wisconsin because they are FIRE. K really takes her time and you never feel rushed. I don't think I have ever had one of my acrylics break. They are definitely the best nail techs I've ever been to. read more

Very dissatisfied......not answering phone for two days (no message that they were closed for vacation). Then when I finally got thru and tried to buy a gift certificate for a friend who had just moved to Delafield was told that they didn't do gift certificates over the phone.....if I drove the 120 miles to their place, they'd accept my Visa, but I couldn't give them my info over the phone......will phone someplace else. We were here with a large group and Andy accommodated us in just a day. They did an excellent job!

Not impressed. Came in based on positive reviews. This place is small and really outdated! I wanted a pedicure and dip powder manicure. Their powder options are limited. I got only the pedicure, while it was good it took longer to paint my nails than the actual pedicure itself. I won't be back and I'll be going somewhere else for my manicure. :-/ read more

i was extremely disappointed with my service here. I went in and asked for a black acrylic set and they definitely gave me that, however, i was rushed through the process. my nail tips are almost vertical, the color turned out to be a dark navy (not black), the acrylic is so uneven it's insane. and i was only given one coat of top coat. the polish is already chipping. there is acrylic dust under the top coat. overall poor experience and poor customer service read more

pedicure was great, super nice people overall. manicure though was disappointin. I asked for a French manicure with blue tips. I was expecting my nails to be longer, but they were cut right to the cuticle. the guy I was working with didn't say one word, and was really rough with my nails. they still burn from the harsh rubbing and acetone. the blue is completely uneven and it looks almost unprofessional. really unsatisfied with the outcome. read more

Perfect nails all the time. I'm usually in every 2 weeks for a pedi and gel mani. K and Andy own their salon and they both work. They don't employ others, though they have had a family member apprentice until she was able to open her own salon. Being aware of some horror stories out there about the quality of life of nail salon employees, I assure you this is not one of them. I love K and Andy - they're hard working, super friendly people and we talk about family, travel, Delafield gossip. :) It's my place to relax at the mercy of foil wraps and a massaging chair for a couple hours every couple of weeks. Weekday afternoons are great if you can't wait. Since it's just the 2 of them, evenings and weekends are pretty hectic. Call for an appointment if you want a guaranteed time. read more

Used to love going here... got such a messy/rushed gel manicure this last time, all over my cuticles!!! The boy who did my manicure could not have got up and left faster, he had to of known he did a mess of a job. I will no longer continue going here unfortunately!! read more

Oh my goodness,this place rocks. Just had the first pedicure of my life and I was in absolute heaven. It was so relaxing! Conveniently located next to jewelry store in downtown Delafield. Polite and cheerful. Not rushed at all! Chair was a massage chair and I think maybe lavender in the water. Nails filed,clipped,cuticle care and callus removal and massage with lotion on feet and legs and polish with air dry. Huge bargain also. Please be sure to tip well because these people charge less than anyone in the area and put all their effort into their work.I'll def be back again soon. read more

So dissatisfied. I saw previous reviews and took a friend here because we both needed manicures. First impression was that it was nothing fancy and quite dirty. I should have followed my instincts and left. The manicurist proceeded to share his services between the two of us. Why couldn't they just tell us they didn't have enough employees so that we could have our OWN manicure at the same time? AnywAy, the service was hurried and uncaring. The end result for MY nails was ok, but my friend's was poor. We couldn't believe that in this ugly shop, with the two of us, it was $20 each. Never going again. read more

Took daughter in for a $20 nail fill. When I ran a 10 min errand, they told my 11 yr old daughter they needed all tips removed to start over. While a few may have been loose, many were put on 10 days earlier by their staff. I was presented with a $45 bill! Took advantage of my young daughter and ripped me off! Lost my business forever and I will share my feelings with friends in the area. read more
