Some wanted regular manicures, some gel, one a cat eye gel... some pedicures and some both! Our entire party was taken care of so efficiently and we all had a great time! And let me tell you we were an unorganized group! The nail arts in a lovely white room with crystal chandeliers and great music vibe. Lots of nail variety! I went to Nail Arts today for the first time, to have a pedicure as a birthday present to myself. I had the deluxe pedicure, and it was wonderful! My nail tech Helen was attentive and careful with my sore feet! Everything was wonderful, from the cold beverage to the massage chair, and the scented whirlpool foot soak was heaven! Iive gone here for past 5 years for monthly pedicure. I used to rate them 5 stars. They've recently remodeled and.sice two months ago all the staff has turned over, and their pedicure process has gone completely off. I used to get th $68 treatment, now the same treatment is rushed and much shorter. Looking for anew place. read more

this place was great until their skilled tech left. Eager to get their staff up and going, there is a tech that inflicts pain with the fills. He digs his nail into the side of your so hard sometimes he causes you to bleed. Nails are not cleaned underneath and doesn't clip hang nails. Service went from a 10 to a 2. Worst experience ever!!! From a licensed nail tech herself the process was completely wrong, the nails were left extremely thick and lumpy, edges rough so they will catch on my hair clothes ect.. I didn't see any of the techs licensees posted which is a state law so I would assume they are not all licensed. I was recently here with my granddaughter. I had requested specific technicians and neither was there. This has happened my last few visits. It seems like there is a lot of "apprenticeship technicians " there. I was not very happy with my dip polish. The young man doing my nails kept hitting my skin with the rotary tool. My granddaughter who is six felt uncomfortable and usually she loves things like this. I've tried to give this place a chance but I will not be returning after this visit. read more

Worst dip manicure of my life. First he filed my nails in the wrong shape. Oval vs square and there was no going back because I wanted them short and they were already clipped. Then he skipped steps and didn't do the base clear layer. I asked, he didn't understand. Then he left my nails way too think. There is no apex curve and he never addressed my cuticles, left glue debris all over my finger. I may be spoiled because my usual tech does a wonderful job. I just couldn't get in before my trip to London tomorrow. I feel like I got ripped off and ended up with a tech that (maybe he isn't) newly licensed. The good...my manicurist was very nice. The bad...the overall quality of the manicure & pedicure. The ugly...the way my polish looks. It is uneven near the cuticle. Missing on the sides of the nails. Chipping off after 1 day from the tips and sides. My big toenails were cut to very different lengths. Sadly, I was not paying attention because I was preoccupied. I should have looked them over. Went in the other day with my girlfriend for a new full set with gel, and she got a fill with gel. The lady my girlfriend had was really nice and did a great job, however, my nails turned out really bad. The nails did not even cover the whole nail, the lady cut my skin while filing them, they look really jagged on the sides, and some of the polish did not even cover the whole nail. When she was done doing them, she did not put any cuticle oil on them or lotion. She didn't even wipe them off with alcohol to make sure they weren't sticky. She clearly was rushing to get us out of there so she could leave. She did ask me a few times if I liked them. I did at the moment, but looking at them once I got outside and the next day, I noticed all the mistakes. The worst part was once she was finished, she asked if I was paying with cash or card. I said card, and she asked "But you have cash for tip right?" I went up to the register to pay and gave her my card. She again asked, "Do you have cash for tip?" So rude..... Might give it another try but with a different worker. read more

This nail salon is super friendly and provides great customer service. I got a gel nails manicure and gel deluxe pedicure and was pleasantly surprised how long they lasted. My nails lasted 4 weeks without any chipping and my toes was 6 weeks. The wave gel polish is my favorite out of the other ones I've tried here. Went in for a gel manicure and the whole thing was just kinda sloppy. She filed my nails super unevenly and after I kindly asked her to fix them, they still ended up uneven. She also applied the polish super fast and didn't care to wipe it off the side of my nails before putting them under the heat so now i have polish on my skin. On top of that, she seemed very irritated that I had even asked for adjustments in the first place. Overall just a disappointing experience. I do not recommend going if you care what your nails look like. I'm anticipating these will start to chip in less than 2 days. read more

I was a walk-in, and got a gel pedicure from Daniel, which was nice, and a gel manicure from Ann, which was horrible. Worst manicure I've ever had. She kept filing the nails down to even them out, until they were much shorter than I wanted them. Then she spent a LOT of time trimming my cuticles, leaving them sore and red. The gel polish was applied very poorly. I could have done a better job blindfolded. Ann would apply a coat, and then spend the next five minutes scraping the excess polish from around the nails using her own thumbnail. Did I mention how sore the cuticles already were from the aggressive trimming? I would have had someone redo the polish, but I had already spent over 2 hours there, and needed to get to an appointment. I would leave a zero star review for Ann, and a four star for Andrew. I have no plans of ever returning to this salon. read more

I just got my nails done here 3 weeks ago right before my wedding and I couldn't have been happier with the customer service! I specifically requested an appointment online with Don for my Acrylic Nails after going to endless amount of nail technicians only to be disappointed. From the moment I walked into the door and sat down to the time I left I felt so relaxed and conformable it was phenomenal! He is super funny, sweet, and a genuine guy who is nothing but professional. I came in with a picture of what I wanted for my big day and I freaked out when I saw the finished product because it was so much better than what I had shown him. I have been getting my acrylic nails done for ten years now and I have many friends and have worked in the cosmetology industry for many years so I know what I like and what is good quality..etc. I gave this place 3 chances and it keeps getting worse. So I always alternate between a fill and new set because the longer you continue to fill your nails the easier they will break unless they make your nail really thick which is not what they should be doing. It makes your nail look fat and crooked. I alternate because my nails grow really slow so I can have a set of acrylic on for up to 8 weeks and they still look new. The first time I came in here it was time for a new set. The guy doing my nails was a younger guy and the ENTIRE time he kept saying "oh we should of done a fill", "this is really hurting your nails". Getting acrylic in general is bad for your nails! Since I let my nails grow out so much its not a big deal. Either way they are grinding down on them! I am the customer, so please just do a full set! So he finished and I left. The quality was average but I hated being ridiculed the entire time I was there. Next time I came in was great. I had a gal named Bao. She was funny, welcoming, articulated and made sure you liked her work. However, she seems to always be on vacation when I ask for her so I had to go in and just get someone else. The third time I was in here, I got the owner and I was thinking hes gonna do a great job because everywhere else I went, if I got the owner I had a great experience! BUT this has been my WORST experience. I had to come back THREE times to get them fixed! Originally the over all look was great and the polish is what I wanted. During my service, he noticed the polish wasn't drying right but he still continued to get it all over my fingers and paint over it anyways. The next day ALL but two of my nails were peeling. I ALWAYS get gel and this has NEVER happened. So I go back and they STILL charged me for the new paint even though it happened within a couple days AND he KNEW it wasn't drying right! Then a few days later my thumb nail broke because they keep pushing me to get a fill instead of a new set like how I want. They always say "we would damage your nail or have to soak them off" NOT TRUE. YOU CAN TAKE THEM OFF BY CUTTING THEM AND PEELING UNDER. So instead of taking my broken nail off and putting a new one on to fix it, she puts powder and tried to mold a corner back on! So now I have this huge, bulky thumb nail that doesn't match and looks ghetto. THEN my index nail broke! I decided to take off the remaining nail so that wouldn't happen again and I went back to have them put a new nail on. I don't think the guy had a license (I don't think half of them do) because first he didn't even glue down the nail right and I knew it was going to snap off within days and he made the acrylic powder go over both sides of the actual nail and its currently resting over my skin and so now I have two wide ass finger nails because they are lazy af and don't know what they are doing. This place is horrible and I am reporting them to state board to make sure they have all their licenses for their workers! I pay too much money for random people to fuck up my nails! read more

I asked him to take it off and the guy then offered to not redo the dip, but to do a gel manicure, which I didn't want anyways. I ended up just leaving after he removed it and went elsewhere. Good and bad. Only a 5 minute wait to be seated and soaked for another 5 . Staff friendly, except for my provider . She is the older lady at the salon and didn't say more than 10 words to me the whole time. She talked me into the higher priced package, the same one as the person next me, but boy was our treatments different. This was the worst acrylic fill I have ever had! The shellac polish was not even dry. My thumb nail broke as I was trying to scrap off the polish that was all over my finger tips. I asked for square & they were rounded. The thickness was uneven & I was over all very unsatisfied!! I asked for a refund but they refused & kept insisting they would fix even though I didn't want them too. The guy also burned my cuticles with the file as he was trimming my cuticles. This place is pretty nasty. It's clear there haven't been any updates in years...there are dust bunnies everywhere, scuff marks on walls and pieces of dry wall chipping off corners. All the gel manicure color samples are falling off the strip so that covered the entire thing with tape, making it not only hard to fully see the colors but also really gross because dust and dirt are sticking to the inside of the tape strips. Not only was the environment unsatisfactory, but the actual manicure was pretty poor as well. My nail tech let me leave with polish all over my finger tip and one nail half shined/have matte. I will not be returning to this nail salon again. read more
