He is thorough and cleanly - he wears gloves from start to finish, which in my mind, just makes sense. I've always struggled with dry cuticles, hang nails, and aberrant nail growth on my right thumb. I can't cover it with nail polish due to my work, so it needs to be filed and buffed. Jason got to work, and my nails look great just to my liking - a buff manicure. They also have the tools in "sterilized packets" and they are not as evidenced by not seeking the color seal To make matters worse, when I still chose to leave a tip, a comment was made implying it wasn't enough. That was the final straw. I left feeling embarrassed and disrespected. No one should feel that way while trying to enjoy a simple self-care service.
