She said, "this didn't lift very well in the back so you can come in another time and I will do a free touch up, I don't have time to fix it now". Huh? How about if I don't have time to come back? So, I left with poorly colored hair and never did have time to get back there before my next haircut. Close to $200 with tip. I went back for my next cut and color (like a fool) bit asked for a different stylist. Stylist #2 colored my hair, also a very poor job. When I pointed out the incorrectly colored part of my hair, she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about, then proceeded to cut and chop that part (until it was way too short) to try to remove that area. She said she would do a free touch up if I wanted to come back in but couldn't fix it right then (could it be because it was the end of the day on a Friday?) Again, who has time to come back in? She did not show me the back of my hair (which is very unusual). When I got home, I know why. One look in the mirror.....awful in the back!!! $170 and this time NO TIP. I will never go back. Way too expensive to come out of there having your color not correctly done and an unsatisfactory haircut. Now, I will spend $$$ somewhere else getting fixed. This is the first time I have EVER complained about a haircut. My feeling, "it's only hair, it will grow back"....but I want to warn people who might not feel the same. I will not go back there

Even after I call upset no one answered or returned my call but argued with me over messenger that what I wanted requires years of schooling/experience and Special techniques that weren't included in my promotion. All I asked was that they don't start the layers on the top layer of hair but they could be started on the next layer (they could touch the root of the hair in every other layer, I just didn't want the strip look on the top of my head) so far everyone I spoke with was extremely difficult to deal with. I had just purchased a new white shirt with mini/low mock turtle neck. A towel was never placed around my neck/shoulders. It was literally my first day wearing it and I really just loved it but it's pretty ruined at this point unless I wear my hair down, which I dont a lot. I understand my shirt of choice for this color service could have been different, but I also know there are things that can be done as stylists to minimize accidents like this. My only other quick take away was that I was hoping to liven up the highlights that I had that were dull/lacking luster and had faded quite a bit. But my hair was shiny and my stylist did an AMAZING job with my blow out and making me feel really beautiful when I left. Again, I was just so disappointed about the fact that my new shirt was ruined and the glaze to tone down/deepen the color wasn't really as noticeable as I had hoped.. but overall, I love this salon.
