I usually go to Anton's but wanted to go spur of the moment this afternoon. I was very disappointed. The water for my pedicure wasn't even tepid...it was cool. The callus scrubbing lasted less than 1 minute for both feet. My feet are actually rougher now than when I went. Absolutely the worst pedicure I have ever had. read more

This was the worst experience I've had getting my nails done. I had called and made an appointment. When I arrived early I could tell that I the owner was annoyed. She was finishing another client and her husband took off my old polish. In the meantime her 3 yr old child came up and hit me which she brushed off as did I because I'm sure he didn't want to be there. She kept berating me for being too tense as she was rushing through the service. Then she told me that picking black was messy which I should know (nope no other nail tech had a problem with that color). When she finished there was black all over my skin around the nails. She certainly is fast but sloppy and rude. I will take my money elsewhere. read more

I wish there was more than 5 stars that I could give to this place. I was sold on another place that I have been going to but now, I am a firm believer that I will never find a place better than this one. A great atmosphere to walk into. It's spacious, clean, and very cheery. My friend kept mentioning this place and finally I made an appointment to go with her and check it out. Like I said, I was sold on another place so I didn't have my hopes up that much. The options that they have for people to choose from is more than enough for anyone to find what they want. I came in early and instantly was greeted by everyone with a smile. When I was getting my nails done they noticed that the fake nails were pretty old and that they needed to be replaced. They took care of them and did my nails in a timely manner. I have never actually felt as though someone cared about what is best for their customer instead of just getting their job done. Their website is easy to navigate and allows you to set up the appointments right on their without having to call. A new set (because mine were gross and old), a fill, and color change was $50. I was expecting a lot more due to all of the work that they actually put into me getting my nails done. So it was a pleasant surprise for me. I definitely will be back when it is time for my fill!! read more

The first time I went (right when they opened) I walked it and it was amazing, my pedicure was an hour of the best foot massage of my life. Nails didn't look good but I didn't care because I was relaxed and happy. This time, I brought two friends for a special day out for a birthday. The pedicure took 22 min total (for all three of us) my big toenail is cut diagonally and my friend is dropping blood from the side of her toe. We sat there for a while thinking they were coming back to clean up the blood and do a second coat or top coat or something...nope. We were done. Ive had better pedicures from children playing. I don't leave reviews but this was such a joke I have to warn people. read more

I went here twice. Both times I was rushed in and out in about 25 minutes and that was having a dip removed and new dip put on! My manicures were so sloppy and I think the table and towel that were used on me were dirty . I left with the tips of my fingers glued to my nails and powder stained all over my hands and last time she nicked my cuticle and I bled and she never mentioned it. Her son was climbing all over her while she was doing my nails and he kept hitting me while I was there. It was not a good or pleasurable experience. I do not recommend this salon and will not return. read more

I have been going to #1Nails for quite a while and have always gotten an excellent dip-nail manicure and spectacular pedicure. Price is great, fast service, perfect for at least three weeks. This past week I brought my husband along for a pedicure. He loved it. As luck would have it, he tore his Achilles' tendon and had many medical professionals ooohhhhing and aaahhhing over his pretty feet! read more

I have been to this location three times now. Each time has been excellent. The place is very cute inside, clean and have had two different girls do my nails. Each girl is very pleasant and informative and they both do a great job whether it be my fingers or toes. I would definitely recommend this place to others and it is a gem in Wales. OK first let me say I have been getting my nails done for 8 years. In 8 years I have NEVER had a salon tell me to leave with my nails wet. That 'it takes a long time'. I first went here for a full set.$50.00 then fill with gel $35.00 then fill with regular polish 25.00 and today fill with regular polish. I like to go every week...so I actually pay more than most would with the regular schedule of $35 for gel every 2 weeks. BUT NO! They want you to buy the gel polish for an extra 10.00 so when I said my nails are still wet I think she didnt put the topcoat for the light on...he says..No thats only for gel color. I said I have had many manicures and they always put on a topcoat that hardens with the light. NO KIDDING he wanted me to leave with wet nails. So I said dont you have a spray or something? He reluctantly went under the counter and sprayed my nails. I told him I was just there last week and my nails were hardened with the light after 1 cycle. NOW if you are not using the uv topcoat...why dont you at least give a fan dryer? This is nonsense..I cannot believe they would treat a customer who came 4 times like this. I will go back to Nail Arts in Delafield where a fill in is 20.00 and I dont leave with wet nails. I liked that this was one block from my house. Shame on these owners.NOT NICE. read more
