Nice, relaxing, clean pedicure and leg massage. The massage chair was comfortable and the staff were all very friendly. I enjoyed the service and would return. read more

They were very nice people! I had the dip nails done, they are less sturdy than acrylic but have a more natural feel to them. They can do very cute simple designs well and have a limited selection of designs and colors though. The vibe and environment was nice and it's good place for a last minute nail day! read more

We are here from out of town from California and my daughter wanted to get her nails done so we went here. David did such a great job on her nails! She got french tips, he shaped them all perfectly and took the time to make sure she liked them. The shape, color, and length are perfect. I highly recommend this salon and David! read more

not only are they racist and smirk and talk about the black people in their language, they are lazy. they rush thru pedicures because they want to leave at 7:30 when they close. I booked an appointment at 6:30 it's not my fault you are ALWAYS over booking. my pedicure is tacky as fuck and I am heated. my polish on my pinky is literally lifting now I have to go back and inconvenience my damn self to get my toe fixed. because $85 is not cheap for a pedicure then it's rushed??? once I get this toe fixed I will never be back and I will do everything in my power to bring your rating down to 1 because that's what it should be rated. read more

I absolutely love them!! Amazing service and amazing staff Everyone is so kind, and the stylist are phenomenal.

I moved here and searched for a good place to get my nails done. Finding Han at N&S feels like winning the lottery. Fabulous job. The studio is clean, the employees are friendly, and the choices are beyond what I expected! read more

Bad experience at a place I used to frequent often. Had not been in for a pedicure for 4 plus months and was looking forward to it. Unfriendly gentleman was assigned to me. Didn't move chair arm for me or provide menu. Took hardly any time w cuticles and did no cutting of nails. Put lotion on w mediocre massage and then washed off the lotion! Have never seen this in all of my years of getting pedicures. I questioned him and then he got defensive. After arguing me and professing his experience, He turned me over to another person . The manager came over and the whole thing was very uncomfortable and not relaxing at all. Pass on this place where the customer is not valued. read more

They are so friendly and very professional. They are very helpful and make you feel right at home. The place is very clean and neat. They are top notch compared to other places in Menomonee Falls as I have been to two in the falls. I highly recommend the staff. The pedicures are wonderful and you feel they really pamper you with any of their services.. read more

I have visited this nail salon a few times. To set the stage, I am pretty low maintenance. I usually get a mani/pedi twice a year and for the mani I will either do straight up polish or sometimes gel. I cannot really comment about acrylic or elaborate nail art. The most recent visit I was bummed to hear that they were under new ownership and the ladies I had gotten used to (Kiana and Tammy) were gone. I tried someone new (Teresa) and she was very nice. She took her time and was very professional. For your basic mani/pedi, you should give it a try! read more

I didn't have a good experience. Ended up with a mail infection. These people suck. I got a pedicure and manicure here on Monday.Everything was fine, the person doing my toes cut my cuticles and It started to bleed (which happens sometimes) The lady used the solution to stop the bleeding but touched the bottle to the cut - which kind of gave me a red flag. I told the lady to not continue service on my one foot because of the cut and it was hurting. (Like the bags of wax treatment) She and another member from the store insisted that they continue and that it would be fine. So I did but this was another red flag. After this, the other employees came up to her and would look at me and my nails spoke in a different language and would giggle. Clearly I didn't understand, the whole experience made me feel embarrassed. Moral of the story - totally got an infection on my toes, just went to the doctors today for antibiotics. read more

Amazing service here! And quality work with good prices! We had a large group and they accommodate us last minute. I asked for a soak off for acrylic nails and they took the time to maintain the integrity of my nail. Loved Tony and Kiana. Lisa and Bella are great too! read more

Love this spot. So good to me every time I come in for my pedi. They do a great job! I bring my kids every so often and they're so sweet with them, too. Thanks you guys! read more

Love love love. Kiana is amazing. Friendly and goes the extra mile. Always turn out beautiful and unique.

Great selection of colors, not rushed, and nice atmosphere. Very reasonably priced for services as well!

Used to go here. Won't come back. Randy was absolutely awful. Very rough on my hands. I had just done a lot of yard work and my hands needed some TLC. What I got was rude comments and a horribly rough manicure. My fingers actually hurt for two days. When the manicure was removed my nails were in awful shape and still haven't recovered. Stay away! read more

The worst manicure I've ever received. First, the technician used the wrong color that I didn't pick out (2nd time this has happened with this guy...) and I have WET SHELLAC all over my hands. It's still wet. Yes, it's inexpensive but I'd rather pay a little more or the same price and have a good manicure. read more

I have gotten many pedicures at Nail Spa and this is my first review. Every pedicure has been awesome! The massage is always great! Staff is friendly also. read more

From the moment I walked in I was glared at and felt unwelcome. I said I wanted a gel manicure and pedicure in which I was immediately asked if I lived in the Falls. When I was getting my pedicure, I felt very uncomfortable and he rushed the whole time. He again asked if I "lived in the falls" continuing the passive aggressive vibes. Jaycob used the same products he used on my feet as he did my nails. He slapped my hands as he gestured for my next hand. I left the salon with gel polish on my fingers. Horrible experience and I do not recommend this salon and please don't go to Jaycob if you do! read more

I have been going here for years and LOVE my nails every time! I recently started doing dip, (I always do french), and they last at least 1 month and my nails have never been this strong, they have to clip them now, they don't break or peel like shellac. I love Vi and Henry, highly recommend!! read more

I had taken a break from doing nails and tried a few other MF locations over the last couple months. Went back to Henry and Vi and am so glad I did. They were welcoming and kind. They would not say a bad word about their competition. They are professional and polite. They do a great job! Nicely remodeled and all new fixtures, pedi chairs etc too. Quality place! read more

My daughter and I came for pedicures for our vacation and the polish chipped a day after we got them done! I called when we got back from our vacation and was told to come in for another pedicure. We didn't get another pedicure. They simply repolished and let me tell you- for the original pedicure I asked her if she could put acrylic on a toenail that had split in the middle. She never acknowledged what I said and just put super glue on it. That didn't last and part of my toe nail broke off on vacation. When I went in today, she wasn't even going to file the nail down that broke, she was simply going to repolish. (and I thought we were getting full pedis) She told me she didn't have the color used at my original appointment so had to quickly pick another. I was displaying how unhappy I was and the fact that the girl didn't put acrylic on and just used glue. Henry's wife came over and said we don't put acrylic on toes. I told her I have gotten it once before at another salon. She then said well it's $5 extra. Ok fine! But I told her the girl didn't even acknowledge what I said. Another employee chimes in from across the room and said maybe she didn't understand you. If she doesn't understand, maybe she should not be working there if there is a language barrier. Proceeded to paint my toenails and what a sloppy job! She got polish on my skin (didn't notice until I got home) Very rude & unprofessional employees. read more
