There were three of us getting manicures and pedicures, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The staff? Absolutely hilarious and so much fun! They had us laughing the whole time, and their energy was contagious. Not only did they make us feel right at home, but their attention to detail was impeccable. This was my first experience in the salon and sadly my last. The man that did my pedicure needs more experience. Initially he filled the pedicure bowl with cold water, and I had to tell him it was freezing. He had a problem getting the jet to work properly; jet was very weak. He definitely needs practice with the nippers. I could feel that he nipped my skin (while attempting to trim cuticles). around my toenail several times. Ouch! He did not shape my pinky toe nail at all. Surprisingly, the leg massage was actually good. One of the men tuned the Tv to a horror movie!!! There was also a young child present the staff was playing with and they were loud at times. Definitely not an enjoyable or relaxing experience! I always left a good tip when I visited. While Charlie seemed to be trying to be funny, his jokes sometimes made me feel a bit uncomfortable. During my appointments with him, there were occasional issues with the nail work, and I felt like the blame was placed on me, even though I try to stay still and haven't had problems with other nail techs. Julie, on the other hand, was lovely--very friendly and attentive. She always remembered details about me and did a great job on my nails. My mother also had a great experience with her. That said, the overall atmosphere wasn't a great fit for me, especially during visits when Charlie was working. I also noticed a child often present in the salon, which made the space feel a bit hectic. It seemed like one of the staff recently moved to another salon as well. While some people may have good experiences here, I personally won't be returning. read more

The customer service was great, but I'm not happy with my nails. He asked if I wanted them medium/short and I said yes, but they are short-short! They don't even cover the ends of my fingertips. Also was never asked about shape, probably because they are so short that I didn't have any options. I didn't realize how short they were until they were done and I was finally able to look at them. This place was reccomend to me. Friendly environment, but not happy with my service. I had an Acrylic fill with gel polish. Polish is chipping in 1 day. And polish was not applied evenly, edges are rough, so they are getting snagged on everything. I paid $50 ( Including tip).... disappointed!!!! read more

I got a pedicure done and the pedicure itself was amazing!!! Then went on vacation and less then a week after 2 of my toes, the shellac came off! I called them as soon as I got back from vacation and the gentleman who answered said only touch up after the first week. I explained I was out of the states and he said of course you were. I highly recommended this place when I left there because of the amount of time they took but will not recommend them now since they don't back up their services! The whole reason I did shellac was so that it would last longer than a week. Huge disappointment with their service! read more

Will no longer be coming here after getting my nails done by Qyneh today. Barely did any of the cuticle care during a typical manicure, applied the polish completely uneven, no nail polish on the sides of my nails at all, didn't file them to the shape requested at all and overall just a mess. They look like blobs. I think I came in there with my nails looking better than when I came out. A little upset I even paid for this service. read more

Not a good time, workers did not listen to what we asked for. My friend had asked for a coffin style acrylics and got sq-oval, she had also asked for a certain blue but when the lady who did her nails came back with the color, she had grabbed a completely different color. Meanwhile my friend and I tried to explain to her it was a different color than what I wanted, but she couldn't understand us that well. I had asked for medium-sized coffin style acrylics, and I got un-even not what the f*** I wanted type of acrylics. On the other hand, they were sweet workers and had a friendly staff. read more
