To start, the tech aggressively removed my old acrylics with an acrylic nail tip which was extremely painful. I do not feel like he took his time to shape my nails the way that I wanted, and they do not look at all like the example picture I showed him. I stopped him in the middle of the appointment and asked if he could please make the nails like the sample photo and he said "I did". My nails hurt so bad today after how rough he was with them. We were headed to the Walker Stalker convention and wanted appropriately themed nails. Tommy and Trina are both so talented, creative, accommodating, and friendly. We LOVE our nails, as does everyone who sees them. We both plan to make Tommy and Trina of CQ Nails our "go to" from here on out. **UPDATE** 6 months later I still only see Tommy and my friend still goes to Trina. We LOVE CQ Nails and never leave disappointed, ever! Tommy takes so much pride in his work and is an artist.

What a lovely experience. I walked in this evening fully expecting to be turned away for a…read moremani/pedi but the staff assessed their appointments and gave me an accurate estimate of how long I'd wait (10 min). While I waited I sat in the cutest green chair and could look at the pedicure options in a booklet resembling a wine list. I thought that was much nicer than the laminated sheets you usually get handed elsewhere. The location was clean, the options and prices were reasonable and everyone was very friendly. It was very nice to see staff and customers engaging and laughing together - making it feel a little more welcoming. Sarah even offered a drink while I had my pedicure, which is always a plus! I usually try to wait to write a review of salons until I know the polish holds, but it was such a nice experience, I had to post. I'll just have to update soon. I'll certainly be back - and try to use their online booking system to plan ahead next time...
