I've been here twice and each time had a good experience. But this time was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon, I left my appointment in tears. To start, the tech aggressively removed my old acrylics with an acrylic nail tip which was extremely painful. I do not feel like he took his time to shape my nails the way that I wanted, and they do not look at all like the example picture I showed him. I stopped him in the middle of the appointment and asked if he could please make the nails like the sample photo and he said "I did". My nails hurt so bad today after how rough he was with them. I am just so upset after spending $70 to leave not pleased or even with what I asked for :( I just want my money back at this point and will not be returning read more

See all

i've been a of had an appointment today at 6 PM. He sent me in his chair before 6 and went in the back and never came back out. I left at 6:20. I will not be back. read more

They have amazing service here! I walked in without an appointment and waited for a short time before I was moved over to the nail station. I waited a little longer, but it was very understanding, considering they were very busy. The gal who helped me with my nails, was extremely talented, and knew exactly what she was doing. She shaped my nails with ease, and took them from a square edge to an oval shape. Overall, I had such a great experience, and I will definitely be coming back whenever I visit Oconomowoc ! read more

I came in for a mani pedi today... the manicure was fine. but the pedicure was not. everytime i have gotten a pedicure there they always use the cheese grater thing to scrape the bottom of my feet. i had just finished a lot of hard work standing on my feet and expected that. i did not get that and was very upset, and honestly it left my feet looking and feeling worse... im honestly not happy at all and dont necessarily want to go back. it also felt very uncomfortable walking in, i was the only one in there and when i walked in it seemed like everyone was lounging around about to fall asleep. read more

AD had the best service and is always the nicest. Never fails for a last minute nail appointment day of an event!! I will most definitely be coming back!! read more

They are always very nice, and I think the prices are reasonable. Make sure to set an appointment, because they do get busy, especially on Saturdays. read more

Super bad service I was there from 12:00 to 2:30 just to get a nail set the first guy that was doing them just told me don't leave and went home apparently and didn't say a word I was sitting there for 30 min before someone was able to help me then the guy that started doing my nails went for a cigarette break and left me there for another 15 minutes without saying anything. Not only did they cut me once but 3 times I had to tell him not to file them anymore and he still continued doing it so I moved my finger when it started bleeding and he just laughed about it. I was supposed to get designs I only ended up with one design because he couldn't even do heart design. read more

The women were unprofessional. The product that they applied was junk. Hard time understanding the broken english. Buyer beware.

Services were good the first few times but not so great anymore. Will be looking for a new salon

I have been going to this salon for nearly a year now and I wanted to put in writing how impressive their services are. My techs name is David, and he is not only a perfectionist but he is also super talented! Yesterday I had him recreate a pattern I saw online and wow! He copied it perfectly and I couldn't be more pleased. Glad I found this place and it's in my hometown too! Thanks AD nails, you guys rock! read more

Called ahead to make sure they had availability. Told them I had a tight schedule and he assured me he could have me seated in 20 mins. I get to the shop and they have several people waiting in addition to a full row of clients already being serviced. I picked my color and kept inquiring my about how long it would take and after 15 mins of asking and being told "just a couple minutes" I left. Not a fan of the customer service at all. WILL NOT be returning!!!! read more

I had a mani (Dip) and a Pedi today.. AD Nails never fails to meet expectations and provide efficient and timely services to anyone who walks in or makes an appointment. Staff is Friendly and Skilled HIGHLY recommend over any other salon in the area for nail services! read more

nails very very good. service disappointing, had a very specific design and the male told me to change the color and length. very annoyed that they give opinions so freely and argue with what you would like when you are paying a very good sum. read more

First pedi in 3+ months, but so worth the wait. This has always been my favorite shop for cleanliness, but the extra measures are very much appreciated. All staff are masked, gloves and with face shields. Additionally, mani stations have an acrylic divider. Clients must wear masks and use hand sanitizer upon arrival. Thank you AD Nails! read more

I am pretty much furious with this salon. My poor mother went in for a pedicure. Has been waiting for one all year. Not only did they make her feel uncomfortable and upset, but made fun of her feet. She's over 80 people and I know how hard she's worked her whole life. Thank you for making her experience to the point of tears. I WAS an existing customer and have spent so much money there. I will NEVER EVER RETURN!! Shame on you, so disappointed I sent her there. read more

They do a great job, I've had Pedicures and Manicures here- I've had dip, tips, shellac and acrylic-I've loved them EVERY time. I'm that jerk who never makes an appointment, and even when they're busy- they always seat me right away. I always leave impressed! read more

I was getting a pedicure and was cut twice. The attendant tried to tell me the cut was there and she did not cut me. I stopped and put my shoes back on. The manager asked what was wrong and I explained and he said ok and walked off. read more

I look forward to my visits to this nail salon! The owners Don and wife are friendly and keep the place jumping with clients streaming thru this salon!! I NEVER go in unless I have an appointment as I'm a busy lady and appointments on time (most of the time)work very well for me, A and D is always very neat and clean with all the techs and owners doing their share to keep it this way!!! read more

My daughters surprised me for my birthday and we all went and got deluxe pedicures. They did an amazing job. However, they spilled a half a container of oil on my shoe and never said a word to me about it. I thought it would just dry but it ruined my shoe. I called to speak with the manager and they said to come back in and they would "clean" my shoe. Mind you this was New Years Eve, and I was not about to go back for them to clean my shoe. I stopped there the following Monday and they still insisted on cleaning my shoe. What happened to Customer service?? I will be very reluctant to go back again. read more

Some weird, not so good experiences, try CQ Nails! Consistently good experiences! No cuts! Little wait! Friendly staff!

What a cute little salon! In addition to the friendly atmosphere and the wonderful mani/pedis (neat, clean, precise) there is an added touch that goes above and beyond the average nail salon- a mini fridge stocked with water & soda, a serve-yourself coffee machine, and some candy for the taking. I feel like I could relax here all day with the amount of services that A D Nails provides! read more

As a first time customer. I was greeted with respect and professionalism. The staff appeared relaxed and happy. My friend and I made an appointment for a pedicure. We were attend promptly. The atmosphere was perfect. Not to noise or to cool in the place. I will be returning again. read more

I used to work there and not only that they are all good with acrylic and they are really clean . Don is really uptight about cleaning. Michael will keep you laughing the whole time ! Alice is a perfectionist. But I was still the best ! Lol read more

I got my nails done about 3 weeks ago here. I believe I had Sammy as a nail tech. He did a fabulous job on my gel French manicure. It still looks fresh and the gel polish hasn't came off at all. I am thoroughly pleased! read more

A. D. Nails is my favorite nail salon by far! They are never too busy to help their customers and I've never had a bad experience . Don, the owner, is always there and is extremely accommodating. I've never been rushed and every employee is very patient. The salon is always clean and has a huge selection of colors! I wish I could give more stars as this is the only nail salon I will be going to! read more

I am feeling disappointed. It went from $20 to $30 for my shellac manicure and it only lasted a week. :(

I always have a great experience while I'm there. However, they seem to be very busy every time I try to get in. I guess weekdays after work and Sundays are too busy. Shellac nails always last a minimum of 2-3 weeks. read more

Worst experience ever! We made an appointment and asked if they would do 3 year olds. They said yes. When we got there we had to wait for 45 minutes AFTER our appointment to get in the chair. They did my mom first so my little girl had to wait another 40 min. to get started! As you can imagine was so overtired at that point that she started screaming and they were about to kick us out! They also messed up mom's nails with bubbles and chips in the gel. read more
