I went to get my nails fixed the 2nd time and they acted like they didn't know who I was or who did my manicure. Employees were sleeping in chairs all over the place. My nails got touched up, but they dried spotty and look horrendous. Never going back and would not recommend. read more

I have had mostly poor experiences here. It is cost friendly and you can walk in and get service quick enough but mostly I feel like I'm a burden to them doing so. I wanted to like this place so much! It's new and beautiful and very close to home but I was disappointed in the service I received for the money I paid. I got the ultimate pedi and a dip/manicure. Off the bat I wasn't offered a drink (no biggie I could have asked for one but I had my water bottle with me so I was ok). The temp of the pedi water was pretty cold! She never asked about the temp- and she cut my toe pretty bad and had to dab the blood a few times. Manicure was just ok- it felt super rushed and a little thick for dip application. Horrible!!!! We booked this for a wedding party 5 mo in advance. confirmed twice - once one month before then again the day before. They showed us that each of the five girls were slated in with someone. When they arrived at noon, there was ONE girl to service all of the girls. They waited 40 min before the first girl was taken. Three hours later they were done. When asked to speak with the manager, they were told he was too busy. I called and and complained and they acted like it was not their fault and offered to give me a free service. I politely informed them that I would NEVER go into the spa again and that they should not have charged the girls for their service either. They said they discounted the bride. Wow..... read more

This place is beautiful and the staff seem friendly, however, I was unable to communicate with my technician and it made my experience very poor. I showed him a picture of the gel manicure I wanted. He asked if I wanted my nails long (they were grown out) and I said yes and he proceeded to cut my nails and get acrylics out! He also did not understand that I wanted a design on my nails after I asked about 5 times if he could do this design in the picture. He could not communicate with me whatsoever on the color I picked out as I wanted to know if it was going to be clear or opaque. I finally gave up and just let him use the color with no design after cutting my nails and not understanding a word I said - even with providing a picture. The staff really need to be able to communicate with their customers and if they do not understand their client they need to ask for assistance with communication. It's a beautiful place but I will not be going back. read more

Went in for a mani-pedi. Sat with my feet in the pedicure water for 30 minutes and was not helped. Got looked at by multiple employees and still no help. I ended up drying my feet off and sitting down in a manicure station because I had somewhere to be. Still took a long time to get those done. Walk-ins were helped before me even though I had an appointment at 4:30. By this time is was 6. The person who ended up doing my nails was rushing and got upset when I asked her to file my nails down a bit more. Overall, not a great experience. read more

My girlfriends and I came here for the grand opening and had great service and the nail technicians did a great job. We came back 6/3/21for my friends wedding and it was all downhill from there. I told the tech I wanted a no chip pedi and she went through the motions and when she went to wipe the nails with oil, the paint completely smeared off (it didn't cure from the light) the technician next to her had to tell her that she used regular polish instead of the NC. I had to speak up in order for her to realize or else she would have just kept wiping the rest of my nails and let me go. She quickly re-did it with no chip polish and it was so clumpy with polish on the side but I let it go (thankfully, somebody did come to check her work and saw she did a poor job and re-did my nails AGAIN). When she was rubbing the hot stone on my legs she didn't even put oil! She was SCRAPING a hot stone up and down my leg, it hurt to say the least. When I got my manicure done by a different technician, he didn't warn me he was putting lotion on my arms and proceeded to glob the lotion all over my ring. He also filed my nails after the top coat which I thought was weird because I've never seen that before - it's been 4 days and I can confirm that my no chip polish is now peeling at the sides because of this. It seems that this establishment means well and tried to hire more people to counter the busy schedule but if they don't weed out the bad technicians now, their business is going to go downhill QUICK. Very unfortunate for a beautiful salon with lots of color options. read more

First of all, this place is beautiful! Absolutely beautiful, however, the services were disappointing. You might as well get a basic pedicure because the ultimate was awful. I paid $50 for a bad pedicure. I recommend that they actually do the services that are written in their descriptions. I went "all out" and regret wasting my money here. At the end she put the hottest water on my ankles and I I would think they would test the temp before doing that. It hurt! The basic pedicure at Silver Nails in Pabst Farms is MUCH better than the ultimate pedicure here. Sadly, I won't come back. It took over an hour for someone to do my nails after my pedicure. Appt was at 1pm for pedi and nail dip and I was there for 2.5 hours. I really hope they thrive, but they need to be more attentive to their customer's. The customer experience is what brings people back again and again. It should be quality over quantity when it comes to your customers. Be more attentive, increase the customer experience and this business would do so much better. read more
