The tech left three nails bleeding at the cuticle, plus rubbed the side of my foot raw with the exfoliating scrubber. For several days after the appointment one of my toes was very red, painful and swollen. The was no acknowledgement or apology as to the condition of my foot. The appointment felt very rushed. read more

The staff is very friendly and welcoming, they always get my toes perfect and the pedicures are done throughly. The salon is beautiful and super calming, they make sure to take care of you. My pedicures from them last 3-4 weeks which is amazing. read more

I would not recommend this place. Prices online and in the pamphlet they hand you to pick your service is not what they charge. They kept raising how much each service was after we already had started. 4 of us got our nails painted. After 3 hours, our nails were ruined. We did the red light and were careful 2 hours after but They still chipped and smeared . We went back to fix it and they just tried painting over The nails. It looked awful. We asked them to take polish off and redo and they just kept adding clear hoping it would fix the dented nail polish. They were very upset that they had to fix our nails even though there is a sign that says they will fix nails. My nails still chipped 12 hours later. read more

Currently sitting in the pedi chair. Lady is throwing my legs around. No personality no questions asked about what I'm looking for. I added the deluxe with has reflexology added. That has not been done and I guarantee I'll be charged for it. Very disappointing. It's been months to treat myself and this is not a relaxing experience by any means. read more

My nails turned out amazing however, they have minimal color selection so if your looking for a specific color I would chose a different salon. read more

I've had 2 manicures and 2 pedicures done here. Both times the gel has chipped off within 3 days. I went to get my nails fixed the 2nd time and they acted like they didn't know who I was or who did my manicure. Employees were sleeping in chairs all over the place. My nails got touched up, but they dried spotty and look horrendous. Never going back and would not recommend. read more

I have been here twice and I am happy with the professional treatment I received. The salon is large and clean. The prices are better than most nail salons in Lake Country. read more

I have had mostly poor experiences here. It is cost friendly and you can walk in and get service quick enough but mostly I feel like I'm a burden to them doing so. I had a TERRIBLE wax experience with welts for 3 days. The license on the wall is expired. They never say thank you for your business or tip (which, to be fair, is everywhere nowadays). They clearly think they are doing you a favor for stopping in. I did like a manicure I got there last February. I will not be returning read more

Chloe is AMAZING. She is so friendly, and always does a fabulous job! The salon is so clean and very well kept! This is a newer salon, but the prices don't make it feel like it! It is very affordable for the service you receive! I have gotten multiple gel pedis, manis and full sets, and all have been great! read more

I had Elly. I asked if she could make them shorter and then she yelled at me. She rushed through my nails and the shape is uneven, the french tip is also uneven, my whole nail is not painted, and there is paint all over my fingers I am very disappointed. read more

They were very busy when Ma and I popped in, so I made an appointment for the next day. The salon is very new and clean!! When we came in late (whoops), they were very nice and got Ma seated immediately. She got a simple mani, it took no time at all and looked great. We will be back. read more

This place opened up 3 weeks ago and I was so pumped to go here! Upon my first time entering the building it was gorgeous inside smelt good absolutely beautiful! But when it came to service I was highly disappointed. There is no point of making an appointment because they don't stick to there word. First Come first serve. I don't know why I continue to keep coming here when I've waited for more than an hour to finally have someone touch my nails. I wanted to love this place especially with it being so close to home but unfortunately it disappoints! read more

Hands down most beautiful nail salon. I really wanted this to be "my pedi place." First couple of times were ok and then downhill from there. Different technicians each time so not limited to single employee. Maybe they should have invested in their employees and spent less on the decor. Won't be back. read more

AMAZING employees! If you ever need a design done you MUST see Chloe. Everyone there is so sweet and kind and it's fully staffed which means I've never waited over 5 mins to have someone get started on my nails/toes. read more

Do not waste your money or time. This place is nice and will draw you, charge like a fancy place, but give the service and skill of the worst salon I have been too. To the owner: you need to be onsite, review your staff, menu and actual services being provided. Ultimate pedicure: does not include everything listed. Confirmed they only will Work on you for a specific amount of time even if everything listed isn't compete. Nail Dip: $40 for ONLY the dip, no manicure included that is $10 more. (Information confirmed by staff) read more

I wanted to like this place so much! It's new and beautiful and very close to home but I was disappointed in the service I received for the money I paid. I got the ultimate pedi and a dip/manicure. Off the bat I wasn't offered a drink (no biggie I could have asked for one but I had my water bottle with me so I was ok). The temp of the pedi water was pretty cold! She never asked about the temp- and she cut my toe pretty bad and had to dab the blood a few times. Manicure was just ok- it felt super rushed and a little thick for dip application. Overall not worth the 100$ plus I spent for a relaxing afternoon away that I dreamed of read more

Horrible!!!! We booked this for a wedding party 5 mo in advance. confirmed twice - once one month before then again the day before. They showed us that each of the five girls were slated in with someone. When they arrived at noon, there was ONE girl to service all of the girls. They waited 40 min before the first girl was taken. Three hours later they were done. When asked to speak with the manager, they were told he was too busy. I called and and complained and they acted like it was not their fault and offered to give me a free service. I politely informed them that I would NEVER go into the spa again and that they should not have charged the girls for their service either. They said they discounted the bride. Wow..... read more

This place is beautiful and the staff seem friendly, however, I was unable to communicate with my technician and it made my experience very poor. I showed him a picture of the gel manicure I wanted. He asked if I wanted my nails long (they were grown out) and I said yes and he proceeded to cut my nails and get acrylics out! He also did not understand that I wanted a design on my nails after I asked about 5 times if he could do this design in the picture. He could not communicate with me whatsoever on the color I picked out as I wanted to know if it was going to be clear or opaque. I finally gave up and just let him use the color with no design after cutting my nails and not understanding a word I said - even with providing a picture. The staff really need to be able to communicate with their customers and if they do not understand their client they need to ask for assistance with communication. It's a beautiful place but I will not be going back. read more

Went in for a mani-pedi. Sat with my feet in the pedicure water for 30 minutes and was not helped. Got looked at by multiple employees and still no help. I ended up drying my feet off and sitting down in a manicure station because I had somewhere to be. Still took a long time to get those done. Walk-ins were helped before me even though I had an appointment at 4:30. By this time is was 6. The person who ended up doing my nails was rushing and got upset when I asked her to file my nails down a bit more. Overall, not a great experience. read more

My girlfriends and I came here for the grand opening and had great service and the nail technicians did a great job. We came back 6/3/21for my friends wedding and it was all downhill from there. I told the tech I wanted a no chip pedi and she went through the motions and when she went to wipe the nails with oil, the paint completely smeared off (it didn't cure from the light) the technician next to her had to tell her that she used regular polish instead of the NC. I had to speak up in order for her to realize or else she would have just kept wiping the rest of my nails and let me go. She quickly re-did it with no chip polish and it was so clumpy with polish on the side but I let it go (thankfully, somebody did come to check her work and saw she did a poor job and re-did my nails AGAIN). When she was rubbing the hot stone on my legs she didn't even put oil! She was SCRAPING a hot stone up and down my leg, it hurt to say the least. When I got my manicure done by a different technician, he didn't warn me he was putting lotion on my arms and proceeded to glob the lotion all over my ring. He also filed my nails after the top coat which I thought was weird because I've never seen that before - it's been 4 days and I can confirm that my no chip polish is now peeling at the sides because of this. It seems that this establishment means well and tried to hire more people to counter the busy schedule but if they don't weed out the bad technicians now, their business is going to go downhill QUICK. Very unfortunate for a beautiful salon with lots of color options. read more

First of all, this place is beautiful! Absolutely beautiful, however, the services were disappointing. You might as well get a basic pedicure because the ultimate was awful. I paid $50 for a bad pedicure. I recommend that they actually do the services that are written in their descriptions. I went "all out" and regret wasting my money here. At the end she put the hottest water on my ankles and I I would think they would test the temp before doing that. It hurt! The basic pedicure at Silver Nails in Pabst Farms is MUCH better than the ultimate pedicure here. Sadly, I won't come back. It took over an hour for someone to do my nails after my pedicure. Appt was at 1pm for pedi and nail dip and I was there for 2.5 hours. I really hope they thrive, but they need to be more attentive to their customer's. The customer experience is what brings people back again and again. It should be quality over quantity when it comes to your customers. Be more attentive, increase the customer experience and this business would do so much better. read more
