The facility was relaxing and I definitely dozed off at one point! The price is standard for this area which is great because this is an easier location to navigate than the place I used to go downtown. It was literally my first day wearing it and I really just loved it but it's pretty ruined at this point unless I wear my hair down, which I dont a lot. I understand my shirt of choice for this color service could have been different, but I also know there are things that can be done as stylists to minimize accidents like this. My only other quick take away was that I was hoping to liven up the highlights that I had that were dull/lacking luster and had faded quite a bit. I was hoping to feeling the tone of them but I didn't really notice a difference in color. But my hair was shiny and my stylist did an AMAZING job with my blow out and making me feel really beautiful when I left. Again, I was just so disappointed about the fact that my new shirt was ruined and the glaze to tone down/deepen the color wasn't really as noticeable as I had hoped.. but overall, I love this salon. The staff is incredible friendly and kind and I have no doubt that this was just a one off experience. I made my first appointment a little over a month ago after reading hundreds of reviews for multiple spas/salons in the Milwaukee area and settled on a place close to home. The facial service is $79 for 60 minutes. It was the most relaxing 60 minutes of my life. My skin was glowing, smooth, and I felt extremely calm afterwards. I had my second appointment a month later and my skin has been going a little crazy from some stress I've been going through. Michelle did some extractions, which are usually painful, and they weren't painful at all. She recommend a high frequency treatment and explained throughly what the treatment would do for my skin and how it would feel. It didn't hurt but my facial muscles were a little twitchy afterwards. She also recommended some Acne relief pads to reduce breakouts. When you get a facial you get a bit of arm, shoulder, and head massage. The level of pressure applied was perfect. Two days later and my skin is looking so much better! Breakouts have stopped and the extraction site redness is gone. Needless to say I've booked my third appointment and will probably continue to make appointments to keep my skin in check.
