She was so sweet and said she would do her best to remove it before my lift. She was very engaging throughout the appointment, making small talk but also explaining the process. It's been a few weeks now and my eyelashes look fantastic. They have the perfect amount of curl and the lashes are perfectly separated so they look whispery not spidery... if that makes sense!? The facility was relaxing and I definitely dozed off at one point! The price is standard for this area which is great because this is an easier location to navigate than the place I used to go downtown. They sell a lot of products and Becca made a few recommendations but she wasn't pushy about sales. They also have a reward program for discounted services after a dozen appointments. There was one time they told me to come in when I made an appointment and they kind of forgot about me taking a few people ahead of me in line until I asked about it. They finally put me in and I was helped. It wasn't the biggest deal, but it definitely added another 30 minutes. I feel like the technicians take a little bit longer than other places. If you don't have someone that you know really well there that can get the work done efficiently. I was fine with it taking a little bit longer since I really didn't know who to ask for every time I booked. I turned off the last time though because I tried to charge my service with a credit card. I had cash ready for the tip. They did not let me charge my service and made me take cash out of their cash machine instead. They told me that their credit card machine was broken, which seemed doubtful. There was no sign by the credit card machine that said it was broken, and I was the last customer of the evening since it took so long. So I had to go to the cash machine and pay an extra fee to take out cash in order to pay them. I was ready to tip with cash but now I had pay an extra fee in order to pay for the service (ATM fee). I did it without complaining, but I just decided that that was enough for me. I'm onto a new nail salon.

It stayed up for the entire night! The bride went in early to practice her hair and makeup, so the day of there were no surprises. They helped attach her veil to her updo and show us how to remove it without ruining her hairstyle. All the stylists were very friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere for the morning of the Wedding day! Prices were very reasonable and fair for everything. If I lived closer this would be my go to spot for haircuts. I felt as though she knew exactly what she was doing and tailored the facial to my skin type and needs. As she administered the facial, Amy educated me on my skin type and noted problem areas and gave me positive feedback as well. I never felt as though I was being "sold" on a product throughout my time there but actually learned a lot about how to use products in general. It had been a while since my last facial, so there was a lot of deep cleaning and extractions to be done. Despite the deep-clean, I left with little redness and my skin feels so clean and smooth.
