It honestly felt like she cared more about wasting time on the "leg/ foot massage" than actually doing the pedicure correctly. And the cleanliness? Gross. The area next to the chair was cluttered with dirty tools and open jars everywhere. The whole setup looked unhygienic and unprofessional. For the every increasing price, this service was a joke. I left annoyed, disappointed, and feeling like I needed another pedicure to fix this one.

There was one time they told me to come in when I made an appointment and they kind of forgot about me taking a few people ahead of me in line until I asked about it. They finally put me in and I was helped. It wasn't the biggest deal, but it definitely added another 30 minutes. I feel like the technicians take a little bit longer than other places. If you don't have someone that you know really well there that can get the work done efficiently. I was fine with it taking a little bit longer since I really didn't know who to ask for every time I booked. I turned off the last time though because I tried to charge my service with a credit card. I had cash ready for the tip. They did not let me charge my service and made me take cash out of their cash machine instead. They told me that their credit card machine was broken, which seemed doubtful. There was no sign by the credit card machine that said it was broken, and I was the last customer of the evening since it took so long. So I had to go to the cash machine and pay an extra fee to take out cash in order to pay them. I was ready to tip with cash but now I had pay an extra fee in order to pay for the service (ATM fee). I did it without complaining, but I just decided that that was enough for me. I'm onto a new nail salon.

I saw Becca for a lash lift & tint and had a great experience. I was running a little late from…read morework and didn't have time to was my make up off before my appointment. She was so sweet and said she would do her best to remove it before my lift. She was very engaging throughout the appointment, making small talk but also explaining the process. It's been a few weeks now and my eyelashes look fantastic. They have the perfect amount of curl and the lashes are perfectly separated so they look whispery not spidery... if that makes sense!? The facility was relaxing and I definitely dozed off at one point! The price is standard for this area which is great because this is an easier location to navigate than the place I used to go downtown. They sell a lot of products and Becca made a few recommendations but she wasn't pushy about sales. They also have a reward program for discounted services after a dozen appointments. I will definitely book again!
