Don't waste your money or time. This salon recently underwent new management which is a shame. New furnishings don't make up for lack of loyalty, friendliness and respect prior management (Hana) had for her clients. I've been to the salon a handful of times since the change and promise I will not be back. Very relaxing, and they treat you so well. I saw that some girl complained about them not speaking English well enough, but they have a very clear price list, and I've never had a problem getting what I want. She just sounds like a snob, in my opinion! I walked in one day on a whim, and I haven't found another salon I've liked as much since! I always request Jenny, but even the other ladies in the salon remember me and always greet me. Plus, they have new massage chairs! Woo hoo! I love coming in to be pampered. read more

I have been there a few times and each time my nails fall apart within six days of a shellac manicure which should last at least two weeks. It is that way every time I have had my nails done there over the past few months. Really poor quality. I don't be back. This last time didn't last four days! Bummer. read more

I always get good service here. I normally only get a pedi and and regular manicure so I don't know how they are with specialty nails, but what I get is a great price and always lasts a long time. I've been to other salons in the area where my toenail polish chipped off in just a few days! Royal nails has many regular customers and does take appointments. I also get my eyebrows waxed here. They always listen to what I want and no matter who does it, they have done a great job. read more

I have gotten manis, pedis, and my eyebrows waxed here at least a dozen times. Their prices are great and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I usually go to Hannah, the owner, who is excellent. I have gone to other staff members, and have received great service as well. I've only had one bad experience with the older woman that works there. She gave me a very sloppy mani/pedi. She also cut my cuticles a few times. I have been to Royal Nails one too many times, I only went there this time because my two favorite salons were booked. This appointment was for a gel manicure. To begin, the lady who was doing my nails made the cuticles on two of my fingers bleed, this was not the first appointment that this has happened. Then, she started my hand massage and stopped halfway through to fix my left hand because it was not retaining the shine. After she returned to my hand massage it felt rushed, she did not even use lotion to finish the massage on my right hand. Overall, I have been very disappointed in the service provided to me on multiple occasions at Royal Nails and look forward to taking my business elsewhere. read more

I had 2 completely different experiences in my 2 visits here. The first time I went, a younger girl gave me the best manicure and pedicure I've ever gotten. She took a lot of time to make sure it was done perfectly. When I went back, an older woman with glasses literally BUTCHERED my shellac nails & acted like I was inconveniencing her. I never write negative reviews, but felt it was necessary this time. She starting hacking away at them without even asking me how I wanted them shaped. Now some are square and some are round. She was rough, went too quickly to do a good job, and my ring finger cuticle is actually bright red and was bleeding when I left. I could go on but you get the picture. First of all, when you quote a customer a price for something, it should: 1, be at least vaguely comprehensible, and 2, be accurate from that moment until when you pay for it. Not only did she tell me my manicure would be 20 bucks amidst a crazy amount of unintelligible mumbling when I first walked in, she had the nerve to say she told me it would be 40 when I checked out. On top of that, the woman who first started my manicure broke three of my already short nails with her incredibly rough and careless filing, then dumped me onto some other girl without telling her what she had already done. As a result, the whole process would have started again if I hadn't said anything. The end result was an uneven, ugly manicure I had to fix myself when I got home. Do not go here until they improve their communication and learn to listen. read more

this place is dirty. I got a new set done and my fingernails hurt for a long time , they overly drill the top of my nails and leave nasty paperlike cut on my fingers in several places near the cuticle with the drill and that hurts alot. staffs are unprofessional and are unwelcoming. they do not take their time and customer service was just meh. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. read more

Went in for a quick eyebrow wax, waited 25 minutes then an older women waved me towards the back then she started the eyebrows and I wondered why she was taking so long. Its because she was butchering them I left and realized when I got home they were uneven and way to thin and missed spots. Very disappointed. The younger girl normally does them and she does good. read more
