I never once felt uncomfortable or worried about my cuticles being cut too aggressively (which always happens to me at other places). They were so gentle and precise, and my nails have truly never felt healthier. If you've been on the fence, I highly recommend the builder gel--my nails have gotten noticeably longer and stronger since starting it. The pedicure was delightful as well. They advertise 10 minutes for the signature pedicure, but they definitely go over that. It really feels like they go above and beyond to make sure you leave relaxed and happy. Beautiful work, kind staff, and an overall luxury experience--I'm so glad I found this place!

I chose the most expensive pedicure option -- called "the organic" I think -- in part because I was in the mood to treat my 9mo pregnant self, and in part because I really needed all of the extras that comes with this service during the cold & dry winter weather. The technician did an absolutely wonderful, in depth job. So much exfoliation on not only my feet but entire legs. A very long and relaxing massage of those same areas as well. There must have been a half dozen different steps completed before he even polished my toes. This pedicure was a whooping $80 but again, I think it was worth the cost as it was much more than your basic pedicure. I'll note too I chose gel polish which increased the cost (would have otherwise been $60). I wouldn't hesitate to return here for another service. Very friendly staff and nice overall salon.

I generally just opt for a 'polish change' or 'polish only' instead of getting an entire manicure. I find the result to be the exact same and it's of course cheaper that way. All of the techs I've had do a great, clean job with nail painting. Never had a result I didn't like! Most recently came in for a dark polish on my finger nails and she did a wonderful job in 15 minutes. The salon itself is always clean, but it's certainly outdated. Could maybe use a little upgrade in that way, and maybe a little lower on the intense overhead lighting- just mini suggestions on making it a little more spa-esque. It's tucked into a little shopping strip off of Santa Monica, so it could be very easy to miss. Give this local spot on your next mission to get a mani/pedi!

I was sat in a chair that didn't have a working massager; that was disappointing. Then, the tubs for the pedicures were not working. Mine trickled cold water and I sat there for about 10 minutes before a tech was freed up. When I told her the water was freezing she had to fill up a bowl and get water from a sink. Not the end of the world but it made for the right temp to be reached. The whole process seemed rushed and the massages were mediocre at best. All fine since also, the pedicure was $35 when I'm used to paying $45-50. The nail tech herself was friendly and she did a nice job on my toes.
