The people here are really sweet. I chose the location because it's open on Sunday and only 7 mins from the airport. I squeezed in a gel pedi and dip mani before my flight and they were very accommodating. The guy who did my pedi was very gentle and polite. He took a little longer than I expected so when it came to my mani, the two woman in the salon double teamed my dip mani so I could make my flight. So sweet! Not the best dip mani I've had but their customer service was great and they were working fast so maybe under less pressure it'd be different. Either way, they got it done! DO NOT GO HERE save your money! Questioning if some of the workers here Tony especially even have the right licensing to do nails. I have been here many times in the past I'm new to the Milwaukee area and was trying to find my place thought I found it until I had went to get wedding nails made an appt and someone new named tony had done my toes they looked so bad compared to the photo I let them know nicely I wasn't happy with the outcome especially because I was in the wedding for my sister in law and she requested a look which was stated and shown multiple times before the finished product... known to mind you they did have Amy do my nails she is great unfortunately they should try to keep the same experience of professionalism with the others they hire . I had gone today to get my wedding nails removed even after the last time I had gone there and told them I didn't want tony to do my nails they didn't even ask me and signed him up for my removal which I am not someone who usually complains and since he wasn't painting my nails I gave him another chance he didn't wait long enough to soak off the fake nails and acrylic in the acetone & then proceeded to take a fake nail out of his box to start picking off the remainder of what was left after the acetone soak it completely tore my nails till they were brittle I was so uncomfortable and embarrassed to even say anything but money is money and I work hard for it and last time he did my nails and I didn't like them they gave me a 5$ discount my nails total cost 140$ and tipped Amy and tony 20$ well just because that's who I am. So after my appointment I was very upset and uncomfortable due to my brittle nails I called my mom and she told me I need to talk to the owner I called and ask explained what happened they hung up on me first so I called back and got very rude remarks with little sincerity. I am writing this because getting your self pampered as a women is expensive takes time and is supposed to be a special experience unfortunately sparkle nails will no longer be the place I wanted it to be I hope you all find somewhere where you are treated with humanity not just looked at as $ in the pocket. Because what I've learned is everything good in life takes hard work and is earned. They did offer me 14$ what I paid to get my nails off on my next visit I highly do not suggest this place to anyone! read more

No one works here. Waited hours for my appointment. Nails turned out decent but the service :( bad.

This place started out good but they have had lots of staff turnover and now I won't be going back. I have had my nail burned due to excessive use of tool they used to remove polish. I have had skin taken off my big toe that caused an infection because one of the gals was not being careful! My nails typically do not last because of the poor job they do and when you go back they make it seem like you are looking for free service. Dipped nails should last more than 1.5 weeks. I question the people they hire and if they are trained. Very poor service. I will not be going here again and would not recommend them! read more

My 3 girls and I came to have our nails done here last Tuesday. by Tuesday of the following week my daughter had 2 of her nails pop off. so 1 week later! I called and asked how long acrylic nails should last and was told 3 weeks. They told me they would fix her nails. We came in at 10am and staff didn't know why we were here. had to call the owner. Amy came in and fixed only the 2 that popped off. didn't paint them to match either. other nails are lifting. It turned into an argument in front of other customers to get her to "fix" the rest. bad business practices. I called to avoid this. we've spent over $250 here just a week ago.... This place is exceptional, I've been looking for a nail shop close to home and found this cute little place go to Nayeli she does great work on acrylic nails I've gotten so many complements on my nails and there only white tip French with a design on my index fingers so pretty and chic... I love this place, on Sundays they open at 11-3pm and they have a special for 18 dollars for pedicures, which in my book is awesome... Nails start at 25 and up, but definitely worth it! I went in after a great recommendation. The tech was distracted for most of my full set, & when it started to get busy, so aggressively filed me that my finger started to bleed. After 2 days, I noticed some lifting. 4 days, every nail was lifting. I called & was told to come right in. Ashley was amazing! She trimmed my nails, redid the entire set & did a new design for me! She was slow & careful. My nails look so good, I could see keeping my acrylics long term. I can't wait to see her again. When I explained what happened, she apologized & told me that was very odd for the other tech, who must've been having an off day. I have never had such a great looking set. She was absolutely fabulous- I am so thankful I went back! I definitely found my new salon, & if possible, I'd love to see Ashley for a pedicure soon, too! If you are considering acrylics or even a mani or gel mani, I 100% recommend Ashley. Since my original tech was the one recommended to me, I'm sure she was having a bad day, so any tech at this salon is probably pleasant on an average day. But try to go during the week, as weekends are busier. read more

I went to the salon several months ago and a man (I don't remember his name) made me a pedicure, which was fine. Then I asked to schedule me for the next morning for 9 am to get my manicure done. He scheduled me and said twice: " Remember to come tomorrow morning at 9 am. I will be waiting for you for your manicure!". I said: "Ok, sure! I will not forget!" The next morning I arrived exactly at 9 am. The door was closed. I waited for 15 min outside the salon and tried to call twice just in case. Nobody responded... It was cold outside and I decided not to wait anymore. It was very unpleasant to be promised and even reminded of the appt and nobody even showed up... This salon is close to my home and I thought to give the salon one more chance. I called twice and the person would just hang up on me. The person would say something that it would be impossible to understand and then just hang up on me... I even didn't have a chance to say what I wanted. I never write negative reviews. This is the 1st one, because I just feel so much of resentment. Very rude! I feel discriminated for no reason. read more
