Torn a little bit by this review because I went with a friend and yet our experiences were different. My experience was much better. So it really goes to show that who your nail technician matters; it'll make or break your experience. I had a woman. My friend had the man. The man greeted me when we walked in, but he definitely seemed to be in a rush. But this place was not busy in the least. I picked two colors because I wanted to see what one of them looked like. The lady happily put the color on my one toe to see if I'd like it. And I did! So that was nice. My pedicure was very nice and relaxing. The leg massage was very nice and totally lasted more than just a few minutes. My friend did not get the same service that I did, even though we were paying for the same service. We came in on a Sunday when most places are closed, so that was a bonus. Other bonus is that my entire pedicure with the massage was only $26, without tip. It's in the plaza next to my favorite sushi place; also a bonus. Parking can be hit or miss depending on time of day you go. I did dock a star for my friends service and because they charged her and sent her on her way, then came back and asked for more money because they apparently forgot to charge her? Good job but I was over charged according to there signage. I got basic no polish mani and pedi. She charged me an extra 20 over their display sign. Will not return However job was done well and conversation was pleasant. That's the only reason they are receiving two stars and not 1 read more

I used the regularly come to this salon but the management has plummeted over Covid. They can politely take the walk ins welcome sign off the door as they most assuredly do NOT have time for them. On any given day there's only 2-3 employees working there. If you're going to go DEFINITELY make an appointment. Kathy at the 1st desk does phenomenal work. (As she should since I'm pretty sure she's the manager) she has great attention to detail. Unfortunately the last time I actually had my nails done the shellac peeled clean off while I was on vacation. To say I was unhappy would be the understatement of the year. I've never experienced this in my life which tells me the polish she used was probably old. They are not up to date on nail art so if your looking for a spectacular design this ain't it. 2nd time in 2 months I've walked out after waiting 45 minutes without even the courtesy of a hello. This place has gone way down hill. Constantly short handed and the quality is terrible now. I complained around Christmas (as a regular) after my gel came off 7 of my 10 fingers after a week. She could've cared less. Pos-Staff was very attentive from the moment I Walked in ( bonus). I came in for a pedicure and the unexpected leg massage was amazing, must have lasted for 10 minutes!! All who left seems very satisfied, and by the time I left the place was packed! Neg-However, the curtains were dusty closer to the ceiling and the front carpet was stained due to high traffic area. Second time I went there and second time I walked out. Very slow service, and they never even greeted me when I came in. I was there for a full set, waited 30 min before I was told it would be a little longer. 30 min after that I went up to ask what was going on and was told it would be another 20 min. Not sanitary at all. They do not clean the pedicaure bowls after they service pedicures. The pedicures are done in plan water nothing added. They don't sterilize their tools after use. I was just disgusted. They use the same two towels dirty towels the whole pedicure. Even after dropping it on the floor. I do not recommend this place at all. Especially during the pandemic. This was my first time coming here and I waited an hour with only one person in front of me. No one greeted me when I walked in. There were two employees doing absolutely nothing where they could have served customers instead. In a business it should have never taken that long to be seen. Consistently overcharged with inconsistent quality. They make up extra charges. They also charge for cut downs and if you don't cut down they charge you extra for long nails! So either way you are charged more and they don't even tell you until you are paying. I went for a full set and showed her how short I wanted them and they were even too long for me but I went with it. Then I was charged extra for long nails! If there is an extra charge for something the customer should be informed in advance. "If you want me to cut down your nails it is an extra $" or "If you want long nails it is an extra $" or "If I smile at you it is a extra $" or "If I do your nails correctly it is an extra $". To add insult to injury, my nails are way too long to type this, they are crooked and lumpy! This was my last visit. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me! Traveling on business and needed to get my nails done really quick, stopped by here. Place is clean, only waited for about 10 minutes for a walk-in. Needed a French shellac manicure, got a young girl who could hardly understand me, but honestly did a fantastic job. She wasn't very gentle with the cutting and filing, but I've never had someone do such perfect lines on the French manicure free-handed. Very impressed. Average pricing, cost $35 for the French shellac. Would come again :) read more

Terrible. Chairs are so old that the massage mechanism is poking through the "leather" making it very uncomfortable. The person that did my pedicure was talking on his cell the whole time. I finally told him to please focus on my service and not on his personal call. Not to mention the germs transmitted from his phone to my feet as there were no gloves or face masks used. This place sounded so great in reviews and was packed when I arrived that I was sure I'd come to a good salon. However, the technician didn't listen to me about how short I wanted my full set and shaped them too wide. When he applied the polish (natural with colored tips) it was uneven and my nails were left bumpy. Horrible quality for the price. read more

Went in to get my acrylics removed. Walked in and the man(most likely the owner) sat me at the first nail table and there were long, yellowed, dirty clippings on the table. He didn't remove them nor did he clean them up when he put my hands to soak in the acetone. He said it would take 15 minutes and it took 45. He went and helped another client in the middle of helping me and didn't come back until I called him over to me. In the past, they've never charged me for it, but he decided to charge me $10. When I got to the cash register, he charged me $12 and said he forgot the price. I told him that his service was awful and there were disgusting clippings on the table and he didn't seem to care. I have many many friends that work in the area and I will make sure not a single person goes to the dingy, dirty, low class nail salon. Drive the extra 10 minutes to Southridge mall and go to Auro. read more
