I've been coming to this salon for years for a gel pedicure and it is now under new ownership. I have never had an issue with gel polish and my pedicure would last 4-6 weeks PLUS. In summer conditions even with chlorine, sun exposure, etc. This pedicure was done on Sunday 10/8 in the afternoon. I was informed of the increased prices and got a deluxe pedi for $55 and gel add on for an additional $15. I tipped my nail tech $12 additionally in cash. That's $82. On Wednesday 10/18...literally 10 days after visiting, the gel had chipped off. I am a stay at home mother who rarely is wearing shoes or under conditions where my feet would be abnormally exposed to "oily" or sweaty conditions, yet the OWNER tried to tell me I may have this issue. An issue I've never had before her ownership with different gel products and nail techs. I kindly called on Thursday around 3:00, a mere 11 days later, and she refused to honor a polish change. She expected me to pay additional money for her faulty product. Her policy states 7 day guarantee with gel polish and she "can't guarantee it wasn't something I did wrong". I informed her that I felt she should offer a polish change free of charge as it was clearly her product to blame as I've never had this issue once in the past. She also acknowledged "yeah that does tend to happen with the black color". I told her I felt it was the least she could do to a customer who lives in the neighborhood and comes to this salon regularly and that I can't recommend this salon in future, to which she hung up on me. This place has been through a few ownerships and all have disappointed me except for the newest owners who took over August 2023. The couple updated the salon, cleaned everything through and have many years of experience. They won't just hire anyone to hire anyone, they only hire experienced and detailed nail techs. Not your typical nail salon where it's hard for them and you to communicate and rush through a service just to make money, they actually took the time to give me a great massage and made sure my nails were painted nicely. Definitely looking forward to returning every two weeks for my fills and pedicures. I suggest making an appt verses walking in as they are limited on workers. read more

I went here about 2 months ago. It was mediocre mani-pedi but things weren't quite yet "open". Went back. Worst mani-pedi I ever received. I had to ask the guy to clip the cuticles and around the toes. He did after he painted my toes. My toes are already pealing after 3 days. Manicure was by the worst. I had to make sure he clipped my cuticles and around the fingers. I started chatting with another lady getting her nails done. I felt his hands shaking but thought nothing off it until I looked down and all my fingers were bleeding!!! He tore my cuticles up something fierce. I waited for the other nail-tech to finish. She did my other hand but did it half-assed. Then she tried to have me pay full price while I was holding a paper towel to my fingers on the other hand. The guy who was doing a pedi said I kept moving because I was talking to the other lady. I ended up paying half for the mani but it was still too much money in my opinion I paid for the worst mani-pedi ever. I saw a lot of similar reviews (I guess I should have gone here first) but I just moved into the neighborhood and thought this was convenient. Don't go here....and honestly with all the same reviews they should be shut down. Especially when they're making fingers bleed. She wouldn't even get me bandaids and when I asked to comeback at a later date she just kept painting my bloody fingers and the dipping the nail polish back into the bottle. The current owners have been there for about 6 weeks. I came for a pedicure. They took me to a chair immediately. The gentleman that did my pedicure was polite and had great attention to detail. I've been going to this place for years and never had a problem until last week. I went to get a manicure and pedicure prior to a vacation. I had the pedicure first which at the time seemed fine. However, while I was on my vacation out of the country my toe started to hurt. It is extremely infected, swollen and red. For the manicure I had a different lady who was in a rush. I showed her a picture of the nails I wanted. I had them done exactly like this prior at this salon so I expected it to be the same price but it was $20 more. While doing the acrylic she was very sloppy leaving it all over the skin. She wasn't going to trim my cuticles but I asked because they were overgrown. She pulled out a clippers from the dirty bag and carelessly trimmed my cuticles as if she was annoyed to do her job. I had to go to a clinic for antibiotics for the infection she caused. When I called and asked if there was anything they could do for me the lady on the phone said come in and I'll fix it. There is no way they could have fixed the infections they had already caused nor would I want to go back for them to cause more damage. read more

Just went for a basic pedicure this morning. First off, she was on the phone the ENTIRE time which was annoying but whatever. When "trimming/cleaning" my cuticles all she did was tap my toes with the trimmers. She barely even rubbed that grater against my feet and now that I'm home my feet are still rough and cuticles still looking bad like I never had a pedicure. Furthermore, she put hair 5 coats of nail polish, kept making mistakes and covering them again so although I waiting 20 minutes (10:40-11:00 literally) they didn't dry complete so now I have sock marks embedded in the polish. Won't be returning here. Waste of $30. read more

I love this nail shop, they are quick and clean. They have the latest trends for nail products such as Tiger's Eye shelac polish, lovely!!! If you stop in for a mani or pedi they'll almost always take you right away, but I always suggest make an appointment for the best service. I really want to like this nail shop since the location is very convenient, however I didn't have a great experience. The nail shop does have really nice message chairs. The gentleman that did my pedicure was nice and gave a good leg/foot massage but the pedicure chipped in less than a week. My shellac manicure from a gentleman I think was the owner looked good when I left. Unfortunately the paint started to crack the next day (I've never seen this happen before) and then chip by day three. I'm sure if I went back the staff would have fixed my chipped nails, however I felt it was a waste of time for it to just happen again. read more

Very happy with service. It's hard to find a place amongst the many options where they are clean and courteous. There is a language barrier issue when trying to convey certain things you are looking for but over all the service has been great. They always offer a beverage to drink and have new options available to keep up with trends. Colors are always available sometimes too many to choose. read more

A couple of small complaints- it was a humid day out and they had the door open and no air- I didn't feel too fresh after leaving there. Very frustrated on how my visit went. Staff was friendly but had a bad experience. I recently got a mani and pedi with a friend. One of the staff members couldn't get the color I asked for. Then she tried to upgrade for something I didn't want. Then did a horrible jobs on my toes. Then as we went over to my mani it was horrible. She didn't clean up my ridges and they just look horrible. I asked myself why did I just spend this money? When I know I could do this at home for free? Was also a little confused on why two people had to do my mani? I went in for a pedicure on Memorial Day thinking it may be a slow day. It was busy with all chairs full for pedicures. Extra Staff was called to handle the business as 4 clients were getting manicures as well.I didn't wait more than 20 minutes....But my pedicure was a rush job and not up to their usual standards. Buffing of the calloused areas were minimal and the polished areas look sloppy. Not worth the 35.00 price. I will not be back. read more

I was very happy with the salon when I walked in. They were very friendly and the salon was very clean and looked well-kept. Like the previous reviewer had said it was very quiet in there. They did have a TV playing, but it was so quiet you could barely understand what was being said. The lady who did my nails couldn't speak English so it was kind of dead silence in the salon. The pedicure chairs were amazing, they seem to be brand-new. My pedicure was $27.00 and for that price I was extremely happy and I definitely will be going back. read more

By far the worst nail salon I have been to, we were there for 2 hours continually being lied to about the time wait. The lady next to me said she has been there from 11:00am to 2:00pm untouched. The language barrier is horrible and while they were doing other people's nails they would switch over to do other people's nails at least 3/4 times and they are rude especially the gentlemen. ( got married in Vegas) the owner ( not sure his name) did my shellac mani and was very friendly and did it exactly the way I wanted it.. Matched my toe color perfect as well.. the worst nail salon i ever went too. me & my 2 daughters went in for 2 full sets & a full they rushed through. our nails were bumpy, different sizes, terrible pant job. they refused to fix, we went in the next day lady & guy were being extremely rude doing our nails. lady tried to cut my daughters actually nail & was hurting her. just terrible services, the man did not know what he was doing at all. i definitely would not recommend this terrible place. super unprofessional. read more

The nail polish they use is very cheap quality, the setting heat lamps burn (very old and poor quality) and the application does not work well - mine came off after only three days. I paid first and these guys did a shoddy job. They told me to come back in a week if I had any trouble. Well three days later my shellac fell in my salad. I called C.Spa Nail and I was told by the new owner (as of April 1st) that she had to see it. I drove nearly 30 min to get to the salon and when she saw how terrible my previous manicure and the shellac was, she told me she would redo my nails. As I was having the paint removed by Tom, man who did my nails under the previous owner, the female owner came to watch. She told me that I needed a new manicure and that she would have to charge me. I explained I just paid for the shoddy manicure the previous manager Mike did less than a week before. Tom, a worker who did my shellac the previous time pleaded with her to let him redo the manicure and shellac. He even told her he would take it from his own pay. She refused and told him to SHUT UP. I left. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and consumer affairs. The new owner has no business sense - do not go here, she is underhanded and greedy. She wanted to charge me for a new manicure when I was told that it would be redone when I walked in. Greedy, greedy, greedy. Don't waste one cent on these 3 day gel manicures. Do it right the first time by people who care. Don't go to a place where you have to step over children to get your nails done and have the gel fall off when you least expect it. read more

Took my daughter and I there for a pedicure treat this week. Basic pedicure was $27.00. The two nail techs we had were polite and gentle and did a great job on our feet and toes. 'Massage' pedicure chairs were amazing and I got a wonderful foot and leg massage from my nail tech. I think it may be the best one I have ever received! The salon was very attractive and clean. The young man I made the appointment with was also the one who greeted us as we walked in. He had a welcoming smile and friendly attitude. I will definitely return!
