I booked a pedicure online (very easy!) and there was water heating up for me upon my arrival. My technician was excellent and had amazing focus; it was quite busy during my visit but he did not seem disturbed at all. The constant stream of people indicated it is a very popular place. They had to turn some walk-in customers away due to how busy it was (on a weekday afternoon!). There were clients and techs at nearly every mani and pedi station. My pedi (regular polish) looked fantastic for well over a month. Not a single nail was chipped, not even after I fell getting off a bus and broke my leg... the ER doctors even commented that my toenails looked nice :D I laugh about this now! Now that I'm on the road to recovery, I hope to return soon as that nail polish is still on all 10 toes. read more

I've been a loyal customer here for years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I arrived right when they opened at 9:30 AM specifically for eyebrow services and waited over 30 minutes for the eyebrow technician to arrive. When she finally came in, she walked right past me without acknowledging me and went to the back. Shortly after, another technician came over and told me that she "didn't want to do my eyebrows" -- with absolutely no explanation. No communication, no professionalism, and no respect for my time as a paying, returning customer. After years of coming here, this was extremely frustrating and honestly unacceptable. Terrible service. Nails do not look like photos that was provided to Jimmy the nail tech. Didn't even get to polish my nails and I left because it was so awful. Did not shape or file them the way that I requested. They were fat and ugly. Got offended and even upset when I asked for the filing to look a little bit differently. Didn't fill well. Left big gaps in the nail bed. Walked out of there without my nails even being finished paid $60 with no polish. I have been here four times and each time I received excellent service. Whether you are a walk in or have an appointment you never waiting to long to be seen by a nail tech. I personally like the deluxe pedicure with the wax purifier. The vibe of the place is very relaxing with music playing. The nail techs pay close attention to details when doing your nails. Do not go to the new owners of USA nails. I have been going here for years and unfortunately it's been sold. The new staff has no idea how to do nails. I went it for a manicure, was given a bowl of cold water to soak in, no cuticle oil, didn't know how to file or cut my cuticles. Butchered my long, great shaped, real nails and now it looks like a little kid painted my nails and looks like they are already outgrown. Disaster! I even had Him just skip most of the manicure due to not knowing what he was doing and still paid 33 dollars for an awful experience. read more

I came in once before for a pedicure and it was good, they know what they're doing. I scheduled a manicure this time around and came in, the manicure was fine but they treated me super weird because I'm a guy. They made me oh before hand and didn't make anyone else pay before hand. The lady smudged my polish then acted stupid about it. I was waiting for like 20 minutes to get my eyebrows done and then they questioned if I paid for it. It just felt super discriminatory and like I received poor service when I paid and tipped them well prior to. I'll never return. read more

The lady working on my feet cut me up so bad!! She scrub my skin off! Cut two of my toes all she could say was I'm sorry. I hope to god I don't get an infection I don't think those instruments were sterilized. I've been to places where I've seen an autoclave and the instruments are packaged from being autoclave. My daughter came in for a full set as she had many times before. But this visit they rushed through it so fast (less than 35 mins for full-set) she ended up leaving in tears her nails were so ugly! My daughter even attempted to file them herself and they started speaking to each other in another language. Her nails were super thick, none of them the same size, very boxy looking. They almost looked far enough to be on toes. She mentioned several times she wasn't happy as they were being done but the woman doing them kept saying they were fine. I went in for a dipping Powder. he stared filing my nails he kept hitting my cuticles I told him to stop I asked him don't they soak the nails he comes back with a bowl.they had me soak for 35 minutes. the second guy comes stared filing my nails did 2 nails then I get another guy. I moved in this neighborhood thinking I found a nice little nail shop close by but when I got there they told me to come back in an hour when I came back in an hour I still had to wait 30 minutes just to get my nails and feet done the guy did a bad job on my feet and also the lady who did my nails cut my natural nails down and thought I wanted fake nails which I did not. Also the lady who did my nails said that they charge the same price to get a overlay on your natural nails as they do for you to get a full set which is Ridiculous and they're charging way too much I paid over $100 for Something I could've did myself. I've been looking for a Nail Salon for the past couple of months and found this one to try out. I do not recommend going to this place. I have gone to this nail salon in the past for a pedicure which was horrible as the tech was newer. Recently, I had my dipped nails redone and they were done terribly. The finish on top was grainy, some of the color was on my skin outside of the nail and some nails were not completely dipped. This is by far the last place I would ever consider coming to again. I was in last April - preparing for a funeral. I received horrible customer service by the man (who is said to be the owner) and he caused an entire scene in front of hIs shop because I needed to take a call. I respect everyone and I apologized and told the guy I needed to take a call as I was making important arrangements for a loved one and he did not care. I believe the service I received here should be taken a step above a yelp and good review, and filed with the better business bureau. I do not appreciate how I was treated. Went and got a gel full set here today. And about 8 hours later, my fingers are on fire. They are throbbing so bad. So I asked my friend who is a technician, and she said that it's because they filed my natural nails down way too much, and that a lot of trauma and damage has been done to my nails. On top of that, I told the lady I wanted to do acrylic, but she did not understand me and went ahead and did the gel...ALSO my friend actually got acrylic and she got charged for the gel. Not a place I would EVER think of going back. Went in to get 1 nail fixed. This is not my normal place and my nailtech wasn't available. But this is close to my job. So how bad could it be right?? they are fixing 1 nail. Well first they tend to treat you different when your nails aren't done by them. They look your nails over and over again.. What suprised that the work is FANTASTIC LOL.. but anyways :) They stick you with the person that has the least experience she acts like she is scared. I had to keep telling her its messed up. A guy came to finish but yet still My nail was lopsided, angled oddley but yet the owner (i assume) claimed it's shapped perfectly. Now I see why this place DOES NOT Get any real business, 1 star for being fast but the machines they use for Gel nails SUCK and they actually get hot on the outside. I couldn't believe it!!! My gel nail polish is peeling off by its self and it is creating holes in my nails. Just sad read more
