My first time being in here it a good experience, but it was my second time doing a Pedi. Overall, they did a good job. The guy who did my Pedicure did a good job his name is Phiter. Love the massage in my back from the chair I was sitting on. And also massage my neck. I paid more for the whole nine yards. To do everything it was $55. Which wasn't too bad. I gave it 4 stars cause he could've cut my nails down more on my big toes. Absolutely amazing. This was my first time going and Helen did my nails. She was so persistent and took her time making sure the acrylic was laced down smoothly. She did little hearts on my nails that turned out so cute and overall my nails look cute and I got so many compliments to them. I recommend this place, they stay busy because they are all good nail techs. If your looking to get your nails done for not so cheap but not so expensive then this is the perfect spot. Friends, this place is filthy. I usually go elsewhere for my infrequent pedicures, but I had an errand to run nearby so here I went. There were several people waiting and almost every seat was full so I took that as a good sign. I asked how long it would be, and she told me "not long" and to pick a color and sit in a pedicure chair. I then waited for 30 minutes, so was able to take in all of the dirty practices. I absolutely should have left, but I'd planned on this pedicure for weeks, left my baby at home...I was committed. The pedicure bins are not rinsed after each customer. Think about all the filth in there....blurgle. Every tool used on me had been used on someone else, and clearly not sanitized. (Pulling the cuticle trimmer out of a shower caddy; she'd just used them on the person a few seats down from me) The surfaces are grimy, the floor is nasty...I'm pretty sure the little sandals and toe separators are re-used. I mean, I wouldn't be surprised if the hot towel was re-used also. Yuck. I'm really irritated with myself for staying because it was so risky, and my toe is hurting a bit near the nailbed and good god if I get an infection I will be furious and can only blame myself for not trusting my gut that this was a bucket of filth. So I've been here a couple of times and originally it was just because of the convenient location. The last time I was there however I think I no longer will return. The cleanliness of this place just makes me a little uneasy. Ashley is an excellent manicurist if you get her she's very meticulous and chatty. I've had a few other manicurists and the actual results (only gotten gel manicures here) have been fine, but the last time I was there the older gentleman I had cut me twice (okay - it happens) and used a plastic glove that had been obviously used before on one hand which I was rather confused about. The odd part is that he was reusing a plastic glove that had old polish on it from other customers. Also gel polish was sloppily along the tops of my fingers as well as I get my nails cut very short. Again - comes off easily after washing my hands or showering but it was just a little sloppy. He seemed more interested in watching his show on his iPhone propped next to the workspace than applying the polish carefully. Another gripe is they've started to charge $1 to use a card to pay for services and just the tabletops and everything seem like they could be cleaner. Everything just seems a little sticky or dusty. Nail polish bottles look kind of dirty, tabletops felt sticky, etc. I've had good manicures here but the dustiness and inconsistent cleanliness has me feeling a little uneasy. read more

The place was very clean, bright and fresh looking. Everyone was smiling and friendly. I think I hit the jackpot with Lisa. I have thick, difficult nails. I was truly disappointed with Oasis. It's near my house so I was hoping this place would work out so I could keep coming back. I went for a pedicure and they were able to take me right away even though they were pretty busy (seemed promising). At first everything seemed fine but then almost every worker was talking way way way to loud for how small the shop was. At one point, one worker was yelling from the back of the shop to the front. The lady doing my pedicure scrubbed the dead skin off of my feet without the cream or lotion that is supposed to be used, it hurt so bad. Then she proceeded to rip an 'in-grown' from my big toe but I never had one! She made me bleed TWICE! It was supposed to be a 40 minute pedicure and took an hour and a half! I went home so mad and ended up giving myself a pedicure that same night. So disappointed that I paid full price for this awful pedicure. read more

My cousin, and I went here for pedicures a couple days before my wedding because it was really close to my house. We didn't have an appointment, but when we walked in, there were four people there receiving nail services and they were able to accommodate us right away. They asked us to sign-in and pick a polish, and then we were seated in two big massage chairs. We both selected the basic pedicure comes with a soaking, cuticle service, massage, and polish application. My technician's name was Ashley, she was super friendly and nice and chatted with us about TV and movies that we all had in common. I thought she did a great job asking questions a about what I wanted, and her polish skills were amazing! My cousin's technician also did a great job, though we didn't speak to her as much (which is OK), and we were both happy with the service. Overall, the salon is clean and the people are friendly. There is a TV with a random show in case you are there for awhile, and they do take appointments. I will probably go here again because the technicians were really friendly, but we were indeed a bit put-off about the 20% coupon. I believe it is actually illegal to advertise a sale and not honor the lowest price, so they REALLY need to correct that. If they can't remove the coupon, they need to talk to yelp about removing the check-in offer because it is false advertising/misleading. read more

What a WONDERFUL experience my sister and I had here on Saturday. We were greeted and accommodated immediately when we walked in. The two chairs they put us at for our pedicures were not working (the massage feature). The owner sat behind them for a good 20 minutes making sure that they were both working for us - nice. We chose a color and the techs got to work. They were both very nice and took their time. They went above and beyond with the leg and foot massages, using a pumice stone, a ped-egg thing, a sea salt scrub and a lotion. They took hot wet towels and wrapped them around the feet and calves, massaging and relaxing them. After that they clipped the cuticles, painted a bottom, color and top coat. They put on the cheap sandals and led us to the dryers. For the $25 you will likely spend anywhere, Oasis was professional, curteous, friendly and most importantly - worth every penny. read more

I have gone here for years and was always pleased with Ashley as my technician. Today was a horror story. I know they are always busy, so called 3 days in advance to make an appointment for 3 pedicures. Ashley for myself and told them whoever was available for my 2 friends, who had never been there before. When we arrived, my friends were taken in immediately, while I waited for Ashley. 45 minutes later, my friends are done and I'm still waiting. The purpose was to get pedicures together! I left without one and will never be back. To top it off, both friends have horrible pedicures! Nails are crooked, bad paint jobs, calluses left on their feet. This place has truly fallen. Came in for a pedicure a full set and a mani. Called for an appointment they said come on in right now, came over they had no tech for the full set available until the pedi was over half done kind of annoying when you come with someone and then have to wait. It seems like a bit of chaos alot of people coming in sitting down it's a very busy nail salon. My pedicure was ok not the best feet still had dry areas I tried the paraffin wax for the first time that was fun. The full set was cheaper than a few other places in west allis some by 10 $ the girl did an even job on the nails for the length and color but cut my daughters skin three times. But yesterday i got someone I haven't had before, seemed nice at the beginning of the mani. Once he started applying the base coat I noticed immediately he was doing a horrible job as he was applying it like he was on a hurry and didn't cover the entire nail. I let him proceed since i know the next two coats will cover the tiny mistakes. Once he was done they looked stricky, I could see my nail through the polish and was an uneven application (my 7 yr old niece does a better job). I nicely let him know and he offered to apply another coat. I said "if its going to cover the strickiness and look more even yes, if not please re do it." He redid them and they looked better but still a horrible application! He's the only reason i desucted 2 stars because not only did he mess them up twice but he had an attitude. I started going to this place a few years ago. I went in for a Polish change and eyebrow wax. She did a great job on my nails but didn't like the fact that they didn't have any drying tables which I thought was weird because it was a nail salon. She had to spray rapid dry on my nails causing me to have to be extremely careful not to touch anything. Ok so now comes my eye wax. The wax was way too hot. It burned when she put the wax on. Eyebrows came out nice but I noticed the next day that I had blisters and burns from the wax.
